• Rizk (10/5): Amazing hotel from all perspectives. - Location, staff , service. Nawaf at the desk was very helpful and professional. The room service was fast and professional, from the gentleman at the restaurant and the ladies for cleaning service all with great attitude. Nothing for me.
• Anna (10/5): One of the nicest hotels I ever stayed - I travel a lot internationally for business and seen a lot of accommodations, but this is one of the nicest hotels I ever stayed! It’s ultra clean, super spacious and does not smell like tobacco (which is quite common in the city). Even though the hotel is not new, all facilities are in pristine condition! Additional compliments to the staff, as I forgot some clothing in the closet - they carefully packed it for me and returned when I came to collect a suitcase after the checkout. It’s slightly pricey, but more than worth it if you are opting for a good level of comfort. Seems like airconditioning unit in my room was slightly broken - once in a while it gave quite loud knocking sound, so I had to turn it off for the night time

The room was clean everyday and is well appreciated. Room service great and cheap for the quality of the food and service. I invite to upgrade some services in the hotel: a) Two small bottle of water in the refrigerator for a 4 stars hotel is unfair, simply is not a service; b) the staff must understand English being in a cosmopolitan city. Several request in English and nobody be able to satisfy me c) please check the bath where the perfume was not good

• mustapha (10/5): Good - It was a beautify hotel in the centre of baciktas. Value for money the hotel charged me the hotel rate which was higher instead of the rate I got from bookings.com. You would notice this because all payments and transitions were done in Turkish, so only realized when I got a debit alert.

• xtacine (10/5): A perfect stay in Macka, the Beverly Hills of Istanbul - Came for a week to deal with various personal and business issues and chose this very good AC property. Was very pleasantly surprised when my Marriott Gold status gave me a junior suite upgrade. Room was literally perfect; even if facing interior courtyard, zero noise so I could work, sofa area was totally separate and sleeping area not visible at all (yay Zoom without background), and bed was comfy with excellent linen and many good pillows/ comforter. Shower was great - couldn’t be happier. Hit the gym every morning - small but had exactly the cardio and weights I needed. No one was there and had all those towels and water to myself. Breakfast was good enough; I asked for real Turkish yogurt instead of plastic Activia, and they served me a huge dish every morning. Also, there are little stores up the street where I bought fruits and pomegranate juice (they take Amex at Macka Market). Had my coat dry cleaned and while not express service, they did a great job. The real winner is dinner - I ate in the pretty much empty restaurant several nights and food was exactly the way I like it - healthy, no grease, natural flavors. Very nice staff in the entire hotel and yes, they do care. Coming back for sure because five stars for a 4 star hotel!

• irinakJ9705VY (2/5): Very disappointed - I'll start by saying that I'm a member of Marriott Bonvoy. I rarely leave reviews , but now I want to warn people. I stayed at this hotel from September 28 to October 1. They have a well-developed theft tactic here. I put the money in the safe (not a small amount). A day later, I noticed that when I entered my pin code, I couldn't open the safe. I asked them to open the safe and change the password. But I couldn’t understand why my code doesn’t fit. But only then, before leaving, I counted the money. About 4000€ was missing there. In general, only one man cleans the rooms (which is very strange). And every day he comes and asks if cleaning is needed and what time we leave, checking if tourists or local citizens lives in the room. Only then I realized that one of the workers opened the safe - took the money, and without knowing my code, He had to change it to a new one/ so that he could close the safe(so I couldn't open the safe with my code). They work for tourists, knowing that there will be no time to go to the police station, which is what they offer. After reading the reviews, I understand that this is not the first case. I don't recommend this hotel. Be careful with your belongings . And yes, They don't deserve to be a member of Marriott Bonvoy!

• Ali (10/5): Immer wieder gerne. - Sehr gute Lage. Personal sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und man fühlt sich im Zimmer richtig wohl. Die Trennung zwischen Dusche und WC ist auch ein grosser + Punkt.
