This was despite a prior phone call where we informed a staff member of our weather-related flight delay. The employee assured us that our rooms would remain available until our arrival the following morning. However, upon our arrival, the booking had been canceled. The staff offered no assistance and stated we would need to rebook at a higher rate, suggesting we look at other hotels on their computer.

Had to stay the first night in Houston and missed the funeral service. My entire trip was ruined and I should receiev a full refund for the flights amd hotel for the trip. Very disappointed

There was never anyone at the front desk. $200 per night and didn’t even include a breakfast. There is NOTHING special about this hotel. Charging $200 for this is stealing money. Shameful.

- David (2/5): Got the boot!! - Pre-checked in the day before arrival. We were on our way, we were driving in for a graduation and about an hour and a half out we received a call from the property telling us that our room is no longer available. They had overbooked, and there was nothing they can do about it.

- Jason (10/5): Great TTU Football Game Home Hotel - Wonderful place to stay near TTU. Location was awesome for TTU football game, tailgating, and partying afterwards. Staff was very nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

- Laura (4/5): Miserable stay, A/C unit was beyond LOUD - Our stay was a bit miserable. The air conditioning unit was making an awful sound. We thought the first night was just a one-time incident but the second night got louder and louder. It progressively go louder as the night went on. We spoke to the front desk and all they said was that we should've called maintenance. This noise was the worst at 3am, we didn't think of calling the front desk at that time.

- Jennifer (10/5): Beds Are Bestest Ever - The pool was spacious enough, clean, & relaxing! The outdoor lounging area was super and we sat around the gas fire pit for drinks after swimming. The hotel was clean, quiet, but seemed as though hallways had the heater on cause when we walked into our room the heat was on but we switched to ac which cooled quickly. The staff were welcoming & friendly during our stay. And oh my goodness!!!! The bed, bedding, & pillows were amazing! We didn’t want to leave or get up out of bed in the morning, it was extremely comfortable & we woke up feeling so refreshed & well rested!

- jeff (6/5): - We like this hotel alot. Beds are comfortable and facility is nice. We always stay here for the pool and jacuzzi and outside experience. The pool was frezzing and the jacuzzi was as cold as the pool. I asked about it and was told oh yeah the heater is broken and then in the morning they asked about the stay and I said we stay here for the pool/jacuzzi and he tried to tell me the jacuzzi was a cool down hot tub like I was stupid and never stayed there. It would be nice if they were up-front about it before check in!!

- Adam (8/5): - The hotel itself and staff were satisfactory. The location is surrounded by dilapidated homes and vacant lots with trash within a low-income area right next to the highway. I was extremely nervous leaving my vehicle in the parking lot overnight. There were no signs of external cameras or security onsite.

- Verified traveler (8/5): New hotel, good finishes & amenities for price - Hotel is newer, nice, with good amenities & lots of lounge areas downstairs. Room was well furnished & clean with lots of lighting & USB ports, extra pillows, crisp white bedding, extra seating & nice finish out. There's also a hidden mini fridge & microwave, plus desk & settee. Rooms have views of the city including residential, freeway & ttu stadium. Convenient to TTU & the stadium, but it borders on an area with small/unkept houses, but that's inherent to the location. Small store in lobby for essentials. Breakfast options are fairly priced. Had to wait for front desk staff a couple times when checking in or asking for something. With COVID restrictions they aren't doing housekeeping/coffee supply refills during your stay except by request.

Also they did not honor my check out time of 12 pm. At 9:45 am room service was knowing on my door to clean. Check out is 11 am. I understand management is trying to keep things clean and neat but really almost a hour and half before I check out? The room was neat and clean.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - Booked Courtyard Marriott but was called the day of travel to tell us “there was a sewage back up so we are moving you to our sister hotel Hampton Inn” no big deal until we got to Hampton. They didn’t have parking to accommodate our trailers which I had confirmed was available with Marriott. Also drove past Marriott and they had a full parking lot. Quality of hotel we were moved to was not the same quality as booked. Room we were provided had dirty shower and bathroom. If it hadn’t been 2 am when we arrived I would have found other accommodations. If your going to change someone’s reservation it should be to same quality hotel or nicer for the inconvenience!
