- Stefan (3/5): Nice property but very rude staff - Well located, nicely decorated The staff was extremely rude and aggressive. We witnessed other guests being attacked for no apparent reason, which made us very uncomfortable and completely ruined our dinner at the hotel restaurant. The following day, we were also attacked for no apparent reason. We tried to ask what the misunderstanding was and why we were being treated like that, which only made the situation worse. It wasn’t a pleasant experience staying at this hotel at all.

Loud music played in the hotel restaurant and breakfast room could be heard in our room. We could also smell cooking coming from the kitchen in our room. The internet was poor. We often went to the train station to use the wifi.

Parkplatz hinter dem Haus, unkompliziert. Pres / Leistung ist gut. Im Badezimmer keine Abstellfläche. Kaffee war nicht im Zimmer, nur Tee und Wasserkocher. Zimmer sehr eng, für eine Nacht ausreichend.

Twee aparte bedden, tegen elkaar aan, met minstens 10 cm hoogte verschil tussen de matrassen. Het bed was slechts van 1 kant toegankelijk en mocht iemand tv willen kijken was dat niet mogelijk door de pilaar midden in de kamer.

Queremos distinguir la buena onda y predisposición de todo el personal de recepcion, resaltando a Franciscus que se ha comportado de manera muy gentil ante una situación complicada para nosotros ya q no conseguíamos transporte para abordar el micro y nos sacó del apuro alcanzandonos hasta la terminal. Odam rahat ve temizdi. Büyüklüğü de yalnız bir gezgin için kabul edilebilirdi. Beni rahatsız etmese de başkalarını bilgilendirmek adına yazmalıyım; eski bir otel olmasından dolayı binada asansör yok. Ve karışık bir merdiven sistemi olduğunu düşünüyorum. Oda numaralarını takip ederek kolayca ulaşıyorsunuz ama düz ve birbirini takip eden bir merdiven sistemi yok onu demek istedim. Bazıları için sorun olabilir.

- Björn (9/5): Ein bequemes und sauberes Zimmer in toller Lage als idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen Urlaub in Füssen - Das Hotel ist gut organisiert und liegt hervorragend in der Füssener Fußgängerzone. Die Spätanreise hat gut geklappt, ebenso das Parken auf dem Hotelparkplatz. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Bad ist groß und ebenfalls sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, dadurch gibt es wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten (kein Tisch, nur ein sehr schmaler Wandsims), das ist schade, aber verkraftbar.
