• Giulia (8/5): - La posizione è ottima. A 5 min dalla stazione dell’autobus. L’hotel è stato recentemente ristrutturato. Le camere sono praticamente nuove. Le batterie del telecomando del condizionatore erano scariche

• VERONICA (4/5): - Le parking et la proximité 15min de l'aéroport Nous avions réservé 3 chambres avec des enfants et avions demandé à avoir au moins 2 chambres côte à côte.apres 30min on nous a dit que cela n'était pas possible.sur les 3 chambres une était dans l'aile non restaurée et etait horrible, une odeur de renfermé et impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre car scellée. Apres être retourné à l'accueil pour échanger et après encore 30min nous avons finalement eu 2 chambres quasiment côte à côte avec juste une chambre entre.

The aircon was amazing and the shower was great. No fridge and location was not the best but that’s just being nitpicking. Pool could have been nicer.

• Pieter (8/5): Redelijk - Goede lokatie. Veel op loopafstand. Zwembad bij hotel was lekker op een hete dag. Het ontbijt was heel karig en werd met veel desinteresse geserveerd in een cafetaria naast het hotel.

• Ruth (8/5): Good bargain stop-over. - Very helpful friendly staff. Big place nice pool area and several restaurants close by. Easy walk from ADO. Close to several banks and a Soriana. Quiet at night. Bar kitchen food is good. Very easy checkin, checkout. On site restaurant food is not so good.
• Hélène (5/5): - Hôtel bien placé proche d’un parc très animé avec stands pour manger et acheter des souvenirs. Chambre plutôt confortable et piscine. Le gros problème est la musique dehors (qui provient du bar devant ?!) jusqu’à 2h du matin, très pénible, dommage.

• Alejandra Magdalena (8/5): Buena experiencia de estancia en un hotel sencillo. - El hotel es sencillo pero tiene lo necesario oara una estancia cómoda. La habitación limpia y las áreas en general bien cuidadas. Tiene alberca, no tuve oportunidad de usarla pero también se veía en buenas condiciones. Me parece que le hace falta mejorar la fachada. La apariencia exterior del hotel da mala imagen y hace pensar que es un hotel descuidado, ya al ingresar cambia la percepción pero por fuera sí le hace falta mantenimiento.

• Lobke (7/5): Basis hotel dichtbij de luchthaven - We bleven er 1 nacht na aankomst in Cancun. Standaard hotel. Te korte, te smalle en te harde bedden. Ietwat verouderd. Weinig ruimte om je valiezen te laten.
• Zuna (10/5): Práctico y seguro! E - La ubicación, a un paso de Ado, en la Av Tulum muy central para todo. La cama cómoda, la pequeña piscina, aire acondicionado, ventanas grandes, muy agradable dentro de una sencillez práctica! Recomendable! El aire acondicionado tan frío en el desayunador!

• VERONIQUE (1/5): - La chambre était sale, avec une demi-douzaine de grosses mouches noires dont une écrasée sur le drap. Surtout, l'odeur était insupportable, une odeur d'égout ou de fosse sceptique. La chambre des autres voyageurs qui m'accompagnaient était vétuste, avec une douche à l'ancienne ( rideau en plastique dans une vieille baignoire) et une vitre collée avec un gros morceau de scotch. La jeune-fille à l'accueil a tardé plus de 30mn a retrouvé l'une de nos réservations pour finalement nous dire que la chambre réservée avec lit King size n 'avait ni eau chaude ni wi-fi! Echange de dernière minute avec 2 lits! Fuyez
• Belen (9/5): Buen hotel calidad-precio. - La ubicación cercana a la estación ADO como paso entre aeropuerto y otra ciudad de Yucatán o Quintana Roo. La ducha no salía muy caliente, pero solamente había que dejarla un poco más tiempo.
