- EvyBee (8/5): Nice hotel, great location - The hotel has a great location and you can walk to the Kreml and most landmarks from there. Yasnaya Polyana is only about 20 min by taxi from there. The hotel has a pleasent lobby, a lobby bar, a restaurant and also the large breakfast room. There was also a spa/fitness center but we did not try it. The rooms are standard hotel rooms, we had a view onto the city which was bautiful (stayed on the highest floor). The hotel is pet friendly, we travelled with our 2 pet rabbits. The breakfast was included in the price and was very good. Lots of options from the buffet. Fresh juices, omlett station, salad, eggs, warm and cold food. Staff is friendly. You can ask for free waterbottles to your room. I would stay here again.

Шикарный завтрак, большой выбор всего, включая сторонников ЗОЖ: соки фруктовые и овощные, Фрукты, гранолы, сыры, каши, бекон, рыба - что ещё можно пожелать? Рекомендую!

- 652arinas (2/5): Very disappointed - Good location, but no way this hotel should be rated as a 5 star hotel. Very dark and had a Soviet feeling (not the nostalgic one, but horrible dark and soulless). The first room I was offered had stains all over the carpet like someone has been sick on it. The second room overlooked the Main Street, was very noisy and ... wait for it... had BLOOD STAINS on the curtains. So I decided not to stay there, booked Armenia hotel instead which is 300 meter walk from SK and half the price. Canceling the reservation took ages, the guy at the reception didn’t offer any apologies and clearly demonstrated he was not happy with me. And still haven’t received my money back which I had paid for the room. Shocking!
- Ksenia (10/5): Отличный отель в Туле - У нас был просторный чистый номер, все принадлежности (тапочки, халаты, полотенца и косметика в ванной) были на троих, не надо было ничего просить принести. Отель располагается в самом центре, приятно прогуляться вокруг.

Check out the photos: - stains on carpet - stains on the phone - scuff marks all over bathroom doors - dirt in the shower - sink installed the wrong side - shower head barely has any pressure + If you are booking for the SPA - don’t. Apparently you need to have a reservation to use the SPA. And on the day of our stay it was all booked. Also the pool is much smaller than on it is on the photos. Hope something is done about this. - Dinara (8/5): Зайкрой СПА на ремонт - Учитывая что это один из самых ДОРОГИХ отелей в городе Тула есть некоторые замечания: 1. 2. Парковка платная 300 рублей сутки сумма не большая но в 5 звездах хочется не думать об оплатах заплатить за номер и наслаждаться отдыхом.
- joshipramo (10/5): Location, Location and Location - The hotel is good and the plus point is its location. Its located very near to Tula Kremlin and various shopping options. Many good restaurants are at a walking distance. The only thing bad about this hotel is that its hard to find English speaking staff, only reception guys can speak in English. The choices in room service menu is very very limited and the tea bags are given only when you ask for it, housekeeping doesn't replenish it even if there is no tea bag.

- Alexander (8/5): Отличный отель в Туле - Правильный отель для Тулы. Второй раз уже здесь - не искал даже ничего другого, просто бронировал. Отлично расположен, до всего пешком менее 10 минут. Есть стоянка подземная, правда в этот раз на стоянке все было в лужах. В номере все хорошо, но без особых изысков. На завтраке в этот раз (в прошлый не помню) не было возможности заказать яичницу под себя. Но это мелочи.
- Ivan (8/5): - Проживали семьёй с 22 по 24 февраля. Сам отель отличный! Но в 513 номере было не комфортно из-за низкой температуры и холодных полов в санузле, не спас даже доп.обогреватель.

- Vitaly (8/5): - Отель отлично расположен в самом центре Тулы, рядом множество ресторанов и достопримечательностей. В самом отеле очень хороший ресторан-бар Check-In Bar. Хороший выбор блюд за завтраком, но персонал не справляется со своевременным пополнением шведского-стола, иногда приходилось ждать некоторых блюд минут по 10-15. Ну и столовые приборы за завтраком как-будто из советской столовой, при том, что посуда вполне достойная. Вроде бы мелочь, но не делает чести отелю, претендующему на 5*. Достаточно просторные и хорошо оборудованные номера, но страдает качество уборки. Если Вы на машине, то получить место на подземной парковке - это лотерея, с весьма не высоким шансом на выигрыш. Но в целом отель можно порекомендовать для остановки на несколько дней в Туле.

- Anton (8/5): Хороший отель, но могут обмануть!! - В целом отель хороший, но была одна ситуации, которая немного испортила настроение. Я забронировал двухместный стандартный номер через Hotels.com и получил подтверждение своего бронирования. Когда я приехал в отель, мне сообщили, что у меня забронирован одноместный номер и свободных такого класса номеров для двоих у них нет, а есть только люкс, за который нужно доплатить половину стоимости номера, который я изначально бронировал. Мне это не понравилось и я решил позвонить на горячую линию Hotels.com. Российское представительство не работало и мне пришлось решать проблему через америку. К сожалению, решить вопрос так и не получилось, тк сотрудники Hotels.com не смогли дозвониться до отеля (мне кажется не захотели общаться по английски, ну или просто не знают языка). Спустя 20 минут мне сказали что пойдут мне на уступку и дадут номер класса «поссольский люкс» без доплаты. Я обрадовался и пошел в номер, но когда я зашел, то понял что это номер далеко не класса «посольский люкс». Зашел на официальный сайт отеля и действительно это был самый простой люкс в этом отеле. То есть, с меня просто хотели взять доплату за якобы «поссольский люкс» и поселить в номер классом ниже. Я не буду здесь называть имя сотрудника, но хочу предупредить что если у вас возникнут похожие ситуации, то смело звоните в клиентску поддержку Hotels.com!

- Viswanath (8/5): A very good hotel in Tula in a prime location - Location of the hotel is very good. Good places to see around. Breakfast was decent even for vegetarians. Ambassador Suit was quite spacious and decent. Overall hotel ambiance was good. A few improvements that the hotel could look into: 1). More English channels could be provided on the TV; 2). At least 2-3 Complimentary drinking water bottles should be provided (at present only 1 is provided each day) (have asked for additional bottles of water during my stay, but the staff did not understand due to language problem; 3). complimentary spa should include a free massage as well; 4) pool timings should open from 7 am ideally for business guests to utilize the facility in the morning (it open at present only at 10 am).
- Graeme (10/5): Excellent choice for Tula stay - A well located, very comfortable hotel, located near restaurants and easily walkable to the Tula Kremlin and the other main sites of Tula. I would certainly stay here again should I revisit Tula.

- Yuliya (8/5): Неплохо, но не 5 звезд - Плюсы: отличное расположение в центре Тулы в 5 минутах от Кремля, просторный номер, панорамные окна с видом на город, своя подземная парковка. Минусы: на заезде мы оплатили проживание и парковку, но чек нам предоставить "забыли". Пришлось напомнить об этом на выезде, счет с чеком отдали, но на оплаченный минибар чек снова не дали:). Спросили о позднем выезде, нам объявили 50% от стоимости номера за выезд позже 12.00. Номер "уставший", с потертым ковром в пятнах, очень скромной недорогой мебелью. Качество уборки ниже среднего: грязная стеклянная шторка в душе, длинный темный волос на раковине, пол перед душем разъеден чем-то белым (на темной плитке очень заметно). Тапочки странные: одна пара хорошая, из белой махры, вторая - из пластика с прозрачным верхом, очень некомфортно ногам. Халаты тоже разномастные: один из 100% хлопка, второй - 50% ПЭ (жарко!). В номере нет ни чайника, ни кофе-машины, для отелей 5* это уже стандарт. Попросили принести кулер со льдом и бокалы, о нашей просьбе забыли. Завтрак неплохой, но нет свежевыжатых соков, станции с яичницей/омлетом, скудный выбор фруктов, чай/кофе наливаешь сам. В воскресенье утром все столики на 2-4 человека были заняты, пришлось сидеть за огромным столом на 10 человек. При этом официанты даже не сделали попытки помочь с выбором места. Интересно, для чего они там, если грязную посуду не убирают и кофе не предлагают?:) Итог: в целом неплохой отель, стоит своих денег. НО не рассчитывайте на продукт и сервис 5 звезд.

- Karina (10/5): høy standart i sentrum, god frokost, bra personale - Det er et veldig fint hotell med høy standard. Store rom og komfortable senger. Badekåper, tøfler, engangstannbørster, minibar, skopussemaskin gjør at man opplever "det lille extra". Frokosten var helt fantastisk, til og med med noen nasjonale russiske matretter. Vi har spisst gode hamburgere på kafé i hotellet. Prisen for de var europeisk. Vi ble dessverre ikke informert om mulighet for å tilkoble våre utenlandske telefonnumre til WiFi. Derfor opplevde vi at wifi ikke fungerte sånn som den skulle. Hyggelig, vennlig og hjelpsom personale med god engelsk. Vi kommer hit tilbake neste gang vi er i Tula.

Bei der Bezahlung hat man mir eine Rechnung eines Gastes mit untergeschoben, der 2 Tage vor mir im Hotel war. Sonst war alles in Ordnung.

- Viktor (6/5): - Наверное просто не повезло!) Сначала заселили не в тот номер. Потом карточка не открывала двери. Потом разобрались, но и потом карточка не открывала. Потом аккурат под окном 203-его номера шумно праздновала свадьба из ресторана гостиницы.Потом драка. Думаю, что неудачное совпадение, но я привык все-таки отдыхать в гостиницах. Увы!

Если заезжать с позитивом! - Заехали на 2 часа позже,номер не был готов,номер заказывали для новобрачных,с украшением лепестками роз, это не было сделано, пришли украшать к вечеру,когда новобрачные уже благополучно почивали в кроватке.Отопления не было,принесли обогреватель.5*-ЭТО РОССИЯ!!!!!

Уберите тогда информацию, что парковка бесплатная, так как считать стихийную парковку своей и бесплатной не правильно, тем более, что на улице, где находится отель, город сделал ПЛАТНУЮ ПАРКОВКУ!

- Fedor (6/5): Отель на троечку. - Не первый раз останавливаюсь в отеле. Очень слабый обслуживающий персонал и постоянно случаются разные ситуации из-за которых общее впечатление сильно портится. Например, один раз меня не могли заселить до 18.00. Я приехал в 16.00 и еще 2 часа ждал в лобби. Извинений не последовало. Вызвал менеджера - она сказала, что так иногда бывает и тоже особо не извинялась. В другой раз, вечером позвонил на ресепшн и попросил зубной набор, на что мне сказали, что он есть в теории, но не дадут, так как не знают где его взять, а люди из обслуживания номеров уже не работают. Постоянно на пытаются взять деньги за парковку, хотя при бронировании тут написано - парковка бесплатная. Очень слабый завтрак.
- Olga (10/5): Отличный отель - Отель понравился своим местоположением, близко до Кремля и площади, торгового центра. Все новое и современное. Порадовало наличие подземного паркинга, доплачивать за то чтобы поставить там машину не пришлось. Завтраки вкусные, сосиски, закуски, каши, булочки, йогурты,свежие фрукты и даже можно было выпить шампанское! В номерах есть халаты, удобная широкая кровать! Прямо у входа в отель есть бар, вкусно и уютно! Приедем ещё!

- JoAnn (10/5): Great hotel! - We love this hotel and stay here, often. The rooms are great, as are the staff. One improvement would be if the eggs, Benedict-style, were not cold, for the breakfast buffet, and a discount were offered for frequent customers.-
- Irina (10/5): Very nice modern hotel right downtown. - The hotel is new (opened in 2014). Modern, convenient. Staff is helpful and polite. Decent buffet breakfast. I will certainly stay there again.
