- Michael (1/5): Didn’t stay want my money back - I did not stay due to bugs having a party on the bed when I walked in I did not stay I want my money back! Bugs were having a party in the room when I walked in! Looked like a scene from a movie where I get sliced up like a human steak at the end. Dirty creepy
- anna (10/5): - Everything was very clean front desk girl was very friendly and helpful, just wish there was an easier way to get there then the winding roads I'm 74 so it hard for me to drive if I don't know we're I'm going ,I was coming after our friend anniversary from lancaster liederkranz wish there was an easier way to get to your hotel from the liederkranz besides those windy roads,Everything else was exceptional and clean wish I could stay more often if I had a better way to come from the liederkranz in the dark.god bless anna N/A
- Dan (3/5): Not staying here again. - Breakfast was very disappointing. Should not have advertised any type of food if that was all the options available. Breakfast. Traveling for sports events with kids. Breakfast is a significant perk of staying overnight locally. Picked an economical hotel and will not do it in the future.
- Sandra (8/5): stay was pleasant, will stay there again - The motel is furnished nicely and staff friendly. What you would expect from Wyndam. Would have liked walk in shower, but all rooms, even handicapped have tubs. Turnpike traffic can be heard, but didnt keep us awake.
- Hershey (8/5): - Tami the receptionist is excellent in customer service Dusty room
- Jerry (8/5): -
- Bryan (8/5): Overall it was a nice place to stay - The staff was pleasant. The basics were done well. There were cobwebs in the corner of my room. The vending machine took my money
- amy (10/5): - The pool wasn’t opened. It would of been nice to know at check in or at boooking
- Christopher (6/5): I really enjoyed Tami that was working at the front desk. They were a huge help and super friendly. - The location and price. The bathroom had previous guest’s hair all over it.

- Eileen (4/5): I can understand the challenges of balancing out slow times and busy, but you must figure it out - The one employee that we saw working, Tammy, was delightful. Tammy was working as hard as one could and made us feel welcomed. It was very clear that Tammy was the only employee on staff, going from welcoming people at the front, fixing guests challenges with their room TV, setting up breakfast and cleaning rooms. I was not confident of the room or buildings cleanliness. Our bathrooms shower diverter needs to be fixed, hot water coming out of tub spout to then only allowing lukewarm water to come through the showerhead. Also we had a vanity lightbulb out. Found sauce spilled in emergency hallway.

- Janelle (3/5): - Truthfully not really anything When we got there the lady that checked us in wasn't very friendly or personable. When we got up to the room we immediately noticed crumpled up dirty napkins on the floor next to the empty trashcan. There was something nasty on the baseboard by the toilet. The A/C barely worked.... it was sooo loud when it ran and barely cooled the room. The shower head was very loose and was spraying everywhere. And the 2nd night when the blankets were untangled we noticed stains all over the down comforter that looked like urine stains. The sheets had stains all over them. And my son had a stink bug land on his face the first night. When we came back the 2nd night the side door where we had to park wasn't working and the staff member said it has been like that for a while. The elevator was sketchy. Just wasn't worth the money and it was a terrible experience.
- Brenda (5/5): Staff very unfriendly - Quiet and nice continental breakfast Had to ask for towels, no maid service, dirty wash cloths hanging on shower rod, lamp shade had holes in them, curtains hanging off curtain rod.
- Kadiatu (10/5): - I love the location of the hotel, it's very clean and quiet 🤫 I love the breakfast
- Cora J (8/5): - Bed was to hard for me
- Ruiz Toledo (10/5): - Breakfast no good need more variety,
- Brittany (7/5): - Staff was very helpful and nice. The ceiling in the bathroom had what looked like mold and it was peeling a lot in the corner.
- Sada (6/5): -
- Edward (9/5): Very comfortable. - Breakfast was not want I expected but pleasantly surprised, I would only have made the slight change with the delivery of coffee. The pool was not available to use during my stay. Would love to receive a free weekend pass and attempt to relive my youth in the pool.
- Paula (1/5): The room was not properly cleaned — there was rust around the toilet and brown stains on the bathroo - N/A I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not properly cleaned. There was visible rust around the toilet and brown stains on the bathroom door, which made the bathroom feel unsanitary and poorly maintained.
On top of that, the customer service was extremely unprofessional. When I politely asked the front desk for additional towels, the employee responded with an attitude and argued that the towels already in the room were enough for one adult and one child. That response was unnecessary and made me feel unwelcome as a guest.
Cleanliness and basic customer service should be standard at any hotel, and unfortunately this place failed in both areas. Because of the condition of the room and the rude interaction with staff, I would not recommend staying here.
- Renata (10/5): -
- Walter (1/5): Cleanliness again and was woke up at 1:30 in the morning with someone complaining. We were making noise without them com - Easy to get to off the Pennsylvania Turnpike Cleanliness the refrigerator smelt like food was left in there for days on end couldn’t use it at all. Also, no privacy curtains they were only on the ends of the window so when the sun came up came right into the room, it was total light very little privacy.
- Ducarmel (10/5): - I love it
- Elizabeth (9/5): -
- G (10/5): - 👍🏾 Nothin
- Norma (1/5): The worse stay and didn’t take pictures of the bugs in the room - Nothing it was out dated dirty smelly Everything the worse I’ve ever stood at ..couldn’t even sleep bed hard just horrible
- Tammy (7/5): - The price was good for the time we spent at the hotel. The staff was friendly when you spoke to them. It was clear the room was not vacuumed after the last person stayed as there was french fries on the floor. In the bathroom there was a big cobweb that if the room was recently cleaned, it would have clearly been seen.
- REBECCA (4/5): - Nothing Everything
- Mihai (4/5): -
- Holly (8/5): It was great no complaints everything went smoothly and when things did out of hand in the evening ! Tammy took care of - How close it was to the REN Faire ! It was clean Tammy made checking easy with no problems !! Great Employee she made she we had plenty stocked when we entered for breakfast she had it restocked very quickly !! No complaints
- Amy (5/5): The breakfast offered was great just the room needed some work. - It was ok just not very clean and weird set up to the room. The room wasn’t the cleanest and the bathroom had water damage at the ceiling.

- Candace (1/5): HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! - Location was convenient Run down, no amenities. We could hear all the people on either side of our room. Vending machines weren’t working. Breakfast was terrible. They didn’t even have water for us. The staff wasn’t helpful and was actually rude. They over charged us and are refusing to even provide an explanation. When I called to inquire they would not help me, I asked to speak with a manager and for the name of the person who I was speaking to and she hung up up on me.
- David (3/5): - The staff were nice. Bathroom was dirty, shampoo was basically water, stairwells had the same trash in them the whole time we were there.
- Uriah (6/5): -
- Asif (5/5): - Shower did not work properly, bathroom pretty old and well kept.
- Jared (7/5): -
- Marielle (8/5): -
- Baker (4/5): -
- Jocelyn (5/5): It’s an “ok” place to sleep if going for a weekend event - Location to event, breakfast was good. Price was decent. Needs a lot of updating, no USB, lamps had stains, bathroom had hair in tub, they use wrong cleaning products to clean elevators leaving lots of steaks/smears, walls all over hotel had scrapping from their cleaning cart and wall chipping, stains on rugs. The place needs major upgrades or it’ll just get worse. The weekend mgr man was a bit “rude” yelling from pantry to clients who would ring bell-not professional and not properly dressed (he wore a hoodie snd jeans with hoop earrings & red lipstick) and hotel chains should at least wear polo shirts with hotel names on them with name tags.
- Gilkey (8/5): -
- Marielle (8/5): -
- Nauman (8/5): It was amazing and right next to the ren fair - It was a beautiful spot to stay. Comfort was amazing. Very quiet hotel I definitely wanna come back again.
- Jose (3/5): It was ok if I would stay again no - The property is ok noting nice plain and simple didn’t like it just got it because it was cheap The room blankets had stained, bathrooms walls were damage 209 it was ok
- nicole (7/5): -
- beardy04 (9/5): Clean, friendly staff - The staff is wonderful. Clean rooms. Pool was closed

- Sarabeth (7/5): Perfect location and nice staff - Proximity to the Ren Faire. The room was a bit dark and definitely a bit run down. It could use a fresh coat of paint etc.
- Tracy (6/5): - The king bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. The mini fridge and microwave was a plus. And the hotel was in walking distance of the Ren Faire right next door. The dresser drawers where the tv sat did not close all the way, and kept opening up slightly. Also the handle to the nightstand was broken upon the arrival. The front desk was aware of it and told maintenance to fix it but it wasn't fixed. The Tv could be more updated because the picture quality isn't great. The cost for the room was very pricey especially since the hotel isn't as updated even with the Ren Faire going on.
- Jeanette (6/5): -
- Christina (7/5): - Comfortable beds Not too much for breakfast for the price of the stay
- Carrie (2/5): -
- Janelle (10/5): - I stayed here overnight when I went to the Renaissance Fair. The room was clean and comfortable. The rates are reasonable and affordable, and it has a good continental breakfast. It will definitely be my first pick the next time I'm in the area.
- Adel (2/5): - We arrived very late and they had us pay for a new reservation rather than change it
- Chelsea (6/5): - Next to Pa ren faire, fairly quiet, staff was nice, had potential Bed is as hard as floor, sheets covered in stains, shower head did not work ,price
- constance (10/5): - Great staff
- Wisenfelder (4/5): Time travelers weekend - The location to the pa renfair and how much Tammy helped us !!! The pool being closed, the company taking more money and the shower did work
- Hannah Grace (3/5): - I came down with two questions/concerns and staff was excessively rude and ended up hiding in the office refusing to speak further to reach an understanding. We ended up leaving without spending the night.
- Jordan (8/5): -
- Billie (4/5): - The woman at the desk was very very rude when we were checking in. The room had stains all over the bed. There were huge cobwebs with dead bugs all over. And I do have photos.
- Robert (4/5): - Toilet leaked and rocked when flushing. Hair in the bathtub and toilet bowl looked like it needed a good scrubbing. Curtain was torn off the rod and was dirty. Cobwebs above the bathtub.
Had trouble finding parking.
Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning and refrigerator both worked well.
- Zoe (10/5): - Convenient with wonderful breakfast and a well-furnished room. Very comfortable
- CHRISTINA (6/5): - The room was clean but things were not in the best condition such as holes in curtain, dings in furniture and walks. The staff was friendly. It was fine for a night.
- Russell (8/5): -
- Luciana (5/5): Ren faire hotel - Best location for going to the PA Renaissance festival. Bed was comfortable. Good linens and towels. Very low pressure shower. The room needs renovations, damage on furniture, red stains on carpets and wall. Price surges over the weekend during the fair make the cost/value poor.
- David (7/5): - The hotel was very convenient as I was going to the Renaissance festival. I had a very comfortable stay and will definitely book this hotel again when I attend the event again. The only thing that I didn't like about it was the breakfast—very little selection and not a whole lot of choice for those who have a dairy allergy.
- John (6/5): -
- Lissette (10/5): -
- Cassandra (8/5): - The shower and toilet had some issues. The toilet didn’t really flush. You had to flush multiple times for it to actually flush. And the shower didn’t send all of the water to the shower head so the pressure was pretty bad.
- Amanda Mac (10/5): - Easy check I
- Patti (6/5): Cheap option - The room was not very clean. Mold and water stains in the bathroom. Food crumbs on the floor. Dust on dresser and next to refrigerator. Bed was ok, but tip cover seemed stained.
- Ervin (8/5): - A nice hotel
- Brenda (8/5): - Was close to where we were there for , staff was friendly
- Jonathan (2/5): - Overall, poorly ran establishment. Room was dirty and moldy, trash on the floor and hair on and in the bed so not sure if sheets were changed. Couldn't secure the door because it had been broken and not repaired. Also found signs of bed bugs plus one dead on the headboard. We were the only people at this hotel and when brought up the issues with the receptionist they were dismissive and argumentative. The area around the building was unlit and I wasn't going to chance somebody messing with my work vehicle. We ultimately ended up not staying at this establishment and went to another hotel.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Pool not available & bathrooms out of order - The hotel is within walking distance of the Renaissance Faire. The room was a decent size with a small sofa. Beds were not comfortable and the tv had limited channels. The tib backed up a little while taking a shower. The pool was not available when we were staying as reading reviews it hasnt been for a while. Downstairs bathrooms were also out of order.
- Brian (4/5): - I am a combat veteran 100% Service Connected and have my Service Dog and they did not want to let me stay but after discussing it for a while and speaking with General Manager on the phone they finally let us stay. They did not understand what a service dog is compared to an emotional support dog, big difference between the two types. My $100 for the room I prepaid for over Expedia was non refundable also but they did not care
- Russell (8/5): - Overall a good property. I slept well. Only downside is that tub filled up with water when showering.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Shabby but adequate - Room was clean and quiet and we appreciated the small continental breakfast laid out in the morning. The building is old and a bit shabby looking and despite it being a summer holiday weekend the pool was closed. Also it is not close to anything and a good 10-15 minute drive to any place to eat.
