• Eshteyak (2/5): ارجو الاهتمام بالتنظيف الدقيق للغبار والوبر او تخصيص غرف للنزلاء لا يسمح بدخول الحيوانات الاليفة فيها - توفر الاشياء الضرورية قدر الامكان التنظيف كان سئ جدا جدا. ، لا اعرف ان كان بسبب ضعف الامكانات المستخدمة ام بسبب السماح للنزلاء باصطحاب الحيوانات الاليفة كان المكان رغم منظره النظيف ملئ بوبر حيوانات والتصق بالملابس وكان تنظيفه متعبا و بمجرد الانتهاء من تنظيف الملابس تعود لالتقاط الوبر والغبار بالاضافة الى معاناة احد افراد الاسرة من الحساسية تجاه الوبر و الغبار فكانت تجربتنا سيئة وغير موفقة للاسف و مخيبة للامال مقارنة بالمال 😞

Liquid detergent was provided daily - Smart Toilet Seat in the bathroom - Many thanks to the employee who immediately sent my scarf, which I had forgotten in my room when I checked out, by express delivery! - Steamed buns and fruit were not regularly refilled at the breakfast buffet - When checking in, there was a problem with the breakfast buffet included in the price: although according to Booking.com the breakfast buffet should have been included for 2 adults and 1 child, we were told at check-in that it was only included for one person, which makes no sense if you have booked for two people. In this case, however, the reservation confirmation helped. Make sure you have this available as a PDF on your cell phone.

• Ekaterina (10/5): Рекомендую особенно семьям. Относительно недалеко иут аквапарк и парк Атракционов, а также Золотой почж - Отель прекрасен, очень удобно семейными парами с детьми. У нас был номер со спальней( выход в ванну), и отдельно детской со 2 ым санузлом. Также кухней. Вода на кухне с фильтром, можно пить. Постельное белье, матрас, подушки очень удобные. Посуда вся имеется, есть стиральная машина. Что порадовало, шампунь и кондиционер огромные, и качество великолепное, у меня такие волосы гладкие не бывают даже после профессиональных средств. Щетки есть, а пасту лучше свою купить, т к размер с мизинец. Рядом с отелем много кафе, фруктов, в 20 мин ходьбы ТЦ и большой супермаркет. Их точнее 2 напротив друг друга. Персонал на ресепшене просто профессионалы. Была ситуация, нужно было срочно поменять билеты на 4 х человек в air china, сделали по звонку за 5 мин. Т к русский посредник не мог решить вопрос втечение 6 часов. Отель рекомендую Отель расположен далеко от центра, метро в 20 мин ходьбы, или лучше до него ехать на такси за 10 юаней.

• naoki (10/5): - 部屋は２０階で金馬路に面していて最高のロケーションでした。 部屋はベッドルームが2つ、バス・トイレも2つでトイレ渋滞も無く良かったです。 また、ウォッシュレットのリクエストにも対応頂き快適でした。 部屋掃除不要の札を出すと、青島ビールとコーラを各1本貰えるのもお得感か有りました。 スポーツジム、プール、ビリヤード等も使い放題ですし、4階に行けば美味しいコーヒーがいつでも飲めるのも良かったです。 朝食はカレー、納豆、味海苔も有りますが、個人的にはカリカリベーコン、ソーセージ3種類、半熟目玉焼きがお気に入りです。 娘は豆腐に掛ける餡が気に入り毎日スープとして飲んでましたよ。 20階のせいかシャワーの水圧が弱めなのと、朝食の白米の炊き加減か日によってバラバラで、硬くて米に芯が残っている日も有り、硬さを確認してからではないと食べれませんんでした。

And room conditions were very cleaned and managed well. I would like to visit here again if I come to Dalian again with my family.

Mrs. Josie always make us feel like going back home and prepare an extra duvet for my daughter just in case we need it. The rooms are all very spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable.

• xiao (6/5): - We stayed here 3 nights and our only complaint is the apartment we ordered was supposed to sleep 6 and have 3 queen beds. Unfortunately the apt came with 1-king, 2 twin beds and a day bed. There were 4 in our party and not comfortable enough bed wise. We moved one of the twin beds into the 3rd bedroom for my sister to stay and my father using the other twin bed. What adult wants to sleep in a twin bed? The management company should change the description of the accommodations online so people aren't let down during their stay. They stated to us that they didn't have an apartment with 3 queen beds and could do nothing to help us. 3 stars

• Roman (9/5): It was very positive experience and we will stay there again definitely! - The staff were very helpful and spoke good English, the spacious apartment, the pool, sauna, big TVs and great BOSE sound system. Breakfast was very good comparing to other hotels in China. We met the New Year at the apartment with my Family, it went awesome! Mostly the location, the nearest metro station is about 30 minute walk distance. And it is impossible to catch a taxy on the road. So you either order one online or you walk to Metro.

Apartments are very spacious with big kitchens, bathrooms and all the amenities you might need. Very comfy indeed. One cannot adjust aircons in the rooms, can only switch it on or off.

The staff on reception were very helpful and the housekeeping staff on the floor excellent. It was easy to find local services, restaurants and shops nearby. Gym excellent. The location isn't downtown but it's still a very pleasant area of Dalian to explore. The breakfast was just OK but could have had cold milk available for cereals.Everything else was superb.

• Minsoo (10/5): - 이번이 두번째였는데 기존에 가봤던 인파인, 카렌보다 방 크기, 컨디션, 기타시설등은 더 좋다고 생각되네요. 특히 수영장과 헬스장이 좋습니다. 프런트 직원은 영어가 가능하고 친절하나 그 외 직원들은 나쁘지는 않습니다. 청소 하시는 분이 아침 일찍 벨을 누르고 문을 두드리고 들어오니 늦잠 주무실 분들은 꼭 방문에 들어오지 말라고 표시하시구요. 조식은 카렌,인파인,서머셋 순서라고 생각됩니다. 한국 사람들은 별로 먹을 것이 없어요. 재이용 의사 충분히 있습니다.

Improvements needed: 1. hot water supply can be low, especially if you want a bath in the tub 2. wifi is bit slow, although I do appreciate that their wifi automatically connects to a foreign vpn that allows you to visit normally blocked foreign websites 3. bath towels are getting really old, and have become almost stripped/shredded Now the positives: 1. really spacious rooms 2. full kitchen in the room 3. bose stereos in the room 4. room is quite clean 5. staff speak good English 6. • DAKYOUNG (10/5): So~~~GOOD!!^^ - 우선 넓고 깨끗한 객실이 좋았습니다. 1층에 편의점도 있고 전반적으로 매우 맘에 들어서 여기만 예약합니다.
• SEUNG JIN (8/5): 서머센 그랜드 센트럴 추천! - 대련 개발구 출장이라면 가장 좋은 선택이예요. 친절하고 근처 한국식당에 걸어갈 수 있는 거리입니다. 2번 이용했는데 항상 친절하고, 숙박시 불편함이 없었습니다. 한가지 아쉬운 점은 다른 장소는 대체로 청소상태가 깨끗했지만 화장실에는 물얼룩이 남아있다거나 샤워실 물을 틀었을때 바닥에서 거품이 많이 나더라구요 룸이 넓지만 청소는 조금만 더 철저히 해주시면 좋을것 같아요

• Joseph (10/5): Best of Dalian - Two day business trip to Dalian, for which the Somerset Grand Central came highly recommended by a customer. Everything exceeded expectations from the gigantic well appointed room, to the on-site restaurant and friendly staff. I can’t imagine lodging anywhere else in Dalian...
• Espen (10/5): Good value - My room was on the 8th floor. It had a living room, bedroom, wardrobe, bathroom and a fully stocked kitchen. It was very nice and good value.
• KWEE HUAT (10/5): very excellent team of staff and restful stay. - The team in this hotel was excellent. They demonstrate team work and been most helpful and responsive to the guests needs. The facilities are new and our stay very comfortable. Its not in the city centre which made driving and parking easy. Daily parking rate was 20rmb over night. Breakfast room was spacious and range of food adequate. U can opt to pack your breakfast to eat from the lobby to consume in the room too. We would like to specially mention the night shift staff who were working on 10th Sept, Monday. My 84 year old mom lost her way and wondered in the hotel lobby at 2.30am. The front desk staff checked our check-in record, reassure my mom she is in good hand and 2 security guards escorted her back to our apartment. All done in a very professionally way which impressed us.
• Keng Ling (8/5): Spacious room good for family stay - 1. Check-in documents were already printed at the time of check-in. Fast check-in. 2. Room is spacious and clean. 3. Towels need a change though still usable. Looks somewhat old. 4. Breakfast is not so impressive. 5. Wifi is VPN. 6. Access card will only bring you to your floor. This means other guests living on other floors cannot access your floor easily. Safe.
• Samantha (8/5): Great hotel central Kaifaqu - My partner and I stayed here for an anniversary. It is very clean, central to downtown Kaifaqu, and has comfortable beds. Would stay here again.

• Toshi (10/5): Very spacious room - Thank you very much for free upgrade for my wife’s family. I stay every time I visit Dalian. They stayed this hotel before visiting to Japan. The upgraded room was 200 square meter with two story. Father-in-law was so exciting to live one night stay very much. We difinitly stay this hotel again
• DrSaiken (8/5): 広さにびっくりする。 - 開発区で宿泊しました。部屋の広さにびっくりしました。清潔でもありNHK（海外仕様）も見れて、台所まで準備されていました。その点は快適でした。風呂場のお湯が一定量で出なくなるのは困りました。あらかじめ知らせてほしかった。近隣の駅からは遠いのは疲れました。駅まで徒歩で15分。タクシーで5分です。（歩くのが目的でしたのでそれで良かったのですが）。

• おくちゃん (10/5): 設備の整ったホテル - フロントの方が親切で丁寧で良かったです。部屋も設備が整ってて広くてベッドが気持ち良かったです。朝食も美味しかったです。
• 정수아 (10/5): 호텔보단 아파트먼트 - 전체적으로 시설은 별다섯개 가장 큰 장점은 방이 대체적으로 다 커요 그래서 기준이 3인인듯 싶네요 제가 묵은 방은 업그레이드가 되서 하루 5000위안인 곳에서 잤는데 성같았어요 혼자있으면 무서울정도로 크고 좋았음 아쉬운점 몇가지가 욕조가 고장 2층 방이었는데 1층은 물빠지는 곳이 고장이었고 2층은 스파처럼 되어있는데 고장이었고 그리고 일회용품을 바로바로 채워주지 않아서 두번째로 아쉬웠어요 그 외에는 입구에 뭘 뿌리는건지..향이 너무 별로에요 근데 호텔 관광으로 가도 될 정도로 방이 크고 너무 좋았습니다 주변에 인판이나 동방보다 다들 좋다고 난리 아참.조식은 별로네요 미국인들이 많아서 그런지 빵몇개 달걀 베이컨 소세지 요플레 이정도?과일이나 채소는 많지 않고 종류도 그닥 다양하진 않았어요 그래도 재방문 의사 있네요

• yoyo (10/5): ホテルは最高。ローソンもいいね。 - 長期滞在用のアパートメントだけに、とにかく広くて居住性は最高。洗濯機・冷蔵庫・調理器具も揃っており、調度品も綺麗で良かった。空調も寒過ぎず、暑過ぎずちょうどであった。 設備面でお願いするとしたら、ごみ箱をもう1～2個増やしてほしい。 余談ですが、ホテル内のローソンに日本語の分かる学生さんが居ましたが、彼がホテルに居れば日本人のお客さんはすごく助かると思った。 次回も、ぜひ利用したい。
• Verified traveler (6/5): 大変広々としたコンドミニアムタイプのホテル - 今年二度目の利用です。　私、夫、娘の３人で利用した。　２ベッドルームを予約。シングルベット×２台　　クイーンサイズ×１台　の部屋でした。 最も残念だったのが　２人分の朝食が料金に含まれており　娘はぐーたらしたいからと私と夫の２人で利用しました。　レストランの入り口で部屋番号と人数を確認されたのにもかかわらず チェックアウトの際に３人目の朝食代を請求されました。　２泊したので２人分です。 フロントで確認してもらうのに時間がかかり空港へいくのが遅くなり焦りました。 もう少し丁寧に人数確認してほしい。　なんだか　３人で宿泊しているから自動的に追加したようです。　残念、残念。
