• Nedko (8/5): Conveient - good location, served its purpose, was easy and convenient. parking was easy. staff were responsive. reception desk hours are limited, but you only need them to scan passports - everything else is done virtually, which gives you a sense of freedom. cleaning and towel change once every 4 days - manageable and fine, but more frequent is of course better. If done once every 4 days, would prefer to have an extra set of towels - that would have gone a long way.

Abbastanza vicina al centro con parcheggio pubblico e facilita di accesso in quando sia cancello esterno che apertura porta appartamento si effettua con un link che ti viene inviato . recapion solo la mattina ma molto disponibili e reperibili telefonicamente

• Jenny (10/5): Fabulous Place - The apartments were a perfect distance away from the strip. They were in a lovely quiet and private area, secured with a pin code at the door. The pool area was cosy with enough beds for each apartment. Our beds were made, and bins were emptied every couple of days, which wasn't expected but was appreciated. The beds were comfortable. Netflix app on the TV. Small apartment, but it had everything we needed. Nothing, we had a great time and would definitely return.

The cleanliness was above and beyond, around the pool area and the Apartments had everything you could need. It was a bit daunting not having the reception open when we arrived as we never accounted the type of lock to enter the block and the apartment door. They were easy to use once we figured them out.

• VALERIE (10/5): Un agréable séjour dans un lieu confortable ! - Nous avons apprécié la quiétude de notre joli appartement neuf, propre et fonctionnel situé à l’étage avec vue sur une belle piscine d’eau de mer et en arrière plan vue sur l’océan. Une pépite, proche des commerces et de l’aéroport, ainsi qu’un bon point de départ pour découvrir l’île. Aucun problème pour se garer gratuitement devant la résidence. Bref, je recommande ce bel endroit calme où le personnel de réception est à la fois adorable et professionnel! 🤩 Un lave-vaisselle aurait été un plus!

In 10-15min zu Fuss am Strand, für ca 5Euro mit dem Taxi am Strand und an der Ausgehmeile ubd trotzdem schön ruhig und friedlich! Für 3 Personen. Wobei ein Bett im Wohnbereich liegt... Aber bequem. Preis eher hoch.

The pool area is spotless and perfect for a relaxing pool day. Even though it is a family property, I would say it is aimed for more adults. Staff are amazing and polite Loved the complex, it is about 5/10min walk from the beach/main strip area. Depending on how fit you are, there is a little bit of a walk up a steep hill.

• James (10/5): Paradise! - We loved our 5 nights here and wished we could have stayed for longer. Apartment was so clean and tidy, and had everything we needed. Fan was perfect for April time. Staff were lovely. Location is great about 7-8 minutes from the strip but it is hilly on the way home, although plenty of taxis available. We would definitely stay here again.

• Mc Gonigle (7/5): - Complex was very clean and staff very nice. No facilities onsite although there was a Spar or a local shop 2mins walk. Very quiet. There were 3 of us in the apartment 2 adults and a 17 year old and because the apartment is small it felt like there was no room. Small for 2 people but really pushing with 3. Beds not really comfortable unfortunately.

If I had to be picky: the swimming pool wasn’t heated. And the extractor was not great for cooking. The smell would linger even with window open. A better extractor would be better.

В 3 минутах ходьбы находится небольшой супермаркет, до магазинов Lidl и HyperDino - около 15 мин, до главной улицы – около 10 минут. Все апартаменты имеют свой отдельный вход: на втором этаже - по лестнице, на первом - через террасу. Балконы и террасы всех апартаментов выходят на бассейн. Мы приехали, когда ресепшн был закрыт, но всю информацию о заселении мы получили за несколько дней до этого, а коды от апартаментов в день приезда, поэтому заселение прошло без проблем. Апартаменты компактные и оснащены всем необходимым. Очень удобные кровати, две подушки (мягкая и жесткая) на выбор. Уборка и смена полотенец проводятся регулярно. Территория комплекса очень чистая и ухоженная. Бассейн небольшой, много шезлонгов и зонтиков. Очень тихое место днем ​​и ночью. Бассейн чистили регулярно, а площадка вокруг него и шезлонги мылись ежедневно. Персонал - отзывчивый и дружелюбный.

The reception and ground staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The area around the apartment was very quiet. We loved the view from the balcony. Nothing. Everything was really good.

The electronic door lock was a massive problem and wouldn’t work several times so we were locked out and had to contact staff to come out at night to let us in.

They were cleaned regularly and beds made, towels changed etc We stayed in apartment 9B, which was definitely the best with the biggest balcony and views. It had private access and overlooked the pool. This apartment wasn't overlooked at all. Lovely position. Our weather was sadly very bad, so we didn't use pool area at all, but it looked lovely. Couldn't fault these apartments. Nothing really.

Location was fine for us, 10 min walk to beach, shops and restaurants and only 5euros taxi if you wanted to travel back from the farthest point of the strip. Lack of towels towards end of holiday, no bar but we were aware of that when we booked last minute

• Paris (10/5): Amazing Stay highly recommended! - Amazing stay – highly recommend! We stay in Lanzarote every year and this was our first time at Princesa Guayadeque. Based on the price, location and reviews online, we thought it would be ideal – and it did not disappoint. We arrived late at night when reception was closed, but all check-in information was sent a few days beforehand. Reception were in contact from the moment we booked and answered all questions. Check-in was seamless and the apartment was immaculate – spotlessly clean, cosy and had everything we needed. The pool area is lovely, calm and peaceful. There was never any rush for sunbeds and all guests were very respectful, with no noise at all. It felt almost adults-only, which was perfect for us as we value peace and a good night’s sleep,it’s not the place if your a party animal, we are a young couple also but we like quiet. You can bring your own food and drinks to the pool, there’s no extra charge for the iron or safe, washing clothes is free, and water is just €1.30 for 5L which saves daily supermarket trips. That said, there’s a supermarket 3 minutes away, a lovely pizzeria 5 minutes away, the main strip around a 9-minute walk, and Lidl and the shopping centre about 15 minutes away. Rooms are cleaned every single day, with fresh towels and sheets. The staff work non-stop and are all incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment feels very safe and is in a lovely area just above the main part of Puerto del Carmen. Although there’s no air conditioning, the fans are more than sufficient – very powerful, adjustable, and kept the room cool. There’s plenty of storage, lots of plug sockets, and a great full-length mirror for getting ready (the girls will appreciate that!). The reception staff were amazing on our last day because there was a storm so Thankyou! Overall, an amazing stay. We’ve already booked for next year and this will now be our go-to apartment every time we come to Lanzarote. Nothing it was all perfect we absolutely loved it!

Brilliant facilities for leaving your luggage on your last day. Reception sold 5 litres of water for €1.30. No rip off. Reception staff very nice and helpful Maybe air conditioning in the summer time would be required. We were fine in December with bedroom roof fan .
