Krisztina (9/5): Luxury hospitality - It is a kind of luxury feeling accomodation. Rooms are nice and well equipped. Breakfast is perfect. But the most satisfying was the staff and hospitality. We liked the pool and facilities for kids, billiard and the atmosphere. Massage is also a must try. The sorrounding area has less to do. Stay here if you need pool and be closer to the airport.

Alain (10/5): Un hôtel plein de charme et très classe - L'accueil du personnel, à l'écoute, bienveillant, discret. L'hôtel est magnifique, les chambres sont très spacieuses, literie confortable, rien ne manque. Le petit déjeuner, excellent, très varié La piscine est adaptée, une 25 m, très propre avec des douches et serviettes à disposition. La salle de sport est importante avec de nombreuses machines. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tester le sauna, dommage Hôtel vraiment haut de gamme L'hôtel est un peu excentré du vieux Hanoï mais c'était un choix pour se rapprocher de l'aéroport. Utilité du grab si l'on aime pas marcher, car à 1h à pieds du vieux quartier. La vue de l'hôtel sur le fleuve est en partie gâchée par une construction démesurée. Mais malheureusement l'hôtel n'y est pour rien. Le matin on peut être dérangés par du bruit dans le couloir mais encore une fois c'est indépendant de l'hôtel.

Tricia (10/5): We felt totally 'at home' during our two week stay to be with our family. - We felt totally 'at home' during our 2 week stay because all of the staff made us feel so welcome and so comfortable. They were very kind and caring, friendly, courteous and professional and couldn't do enough for us. Because we were in Hanoi to be with our son, daughter-in-law and grandson, they were often at the hotel with us and we were always made to feel very comfortable about them having breakfast with us and using the facilities, which made a huge difference for us as a family. The very courteous housekeeping staff often happily worked around us when we had our small grandson in the room with us and were smiley and friendly. The friendly and helpful reception staff always greeted us warmly each time we passed through and one young man in particular was lovely; empathetic and with a great, quirky sense of humour! I didn't get his name, but when we were leaving he seemed genuinely sad and understood that we were sad too. The excellent, attentive restaurant staff were always kind and caring, accommodating our family and providing us with hot water every day for our decaffeinated coffee... and gin and tonics most evenings! Thank you to you all!!👍💪😊🩷 Nothing!!

Ngoc (9/5): Definitely will comeback again - Beautiful hotel with luxury facilities. The staffs are really nice and friendly. Since we are in 5, the apartment with 3 bedrooms was perfect. Breakfast is delicious with a variety of options. The swimming pool with common area are really beautiful. The nearby road is under construction so it’s a bit dirty when you walk outside of the hotel

The hotel is in a construction areas, so the area around the pool was a bit noisy but not a big problem. However they were doing some small renovations inside the hotel it seemed during our stay. So waking up to sounds at 06.00 each day was not so fun.

We had our own washing machine so was able to was my motor bike clothes after a 11 day ride from HCM city. located in an area away from the pollution and noise of old town. As a vegetarian the breakfast choices were very good and the tea was a treat as I missed it from the UK.

Sent un hotel de 5 estrelles, hauria de ser millor. El servei de piscina, gimnàs o esmorzar està bé però es podrien millorar les instal•lacions. Ens van intentar cobrar un extra-càrrec al finalitzar l’estada. Vam dir repetides vegades que no haviem agafat res del mini bar. Ells van insistir dient que havia estat un dimarts per la nit, vaig haver de demostrar amb videos i fotos que aquell dia a aquella hora, estava al carrer fent turisme. També ens van demanar una fiança que no teniem contemplada a la reserva.

Madeleine (6/5): Disappointed. - We picked the hotel because of location. When we arrived it looked like we entered a war zone. The whole area leading to the entrance of the hotel was torn down with construction with demolition. It definitely did not look like the pictures. Even our tour guide said she did not recognize the area even though she had been there before to pick up clients.We picked a room with a view but was put in a room looking at broken concrete and piles of garbage. We asked to be moved to a better room with a view . We asked for higher floor room and they put us in a third floor room which was a better view of the garden but still lacking. The buffet was only average. The only staff member who was helpful was Patrick.

(Shout out to Adam for helping me print documents) The piano - we asked the staff and they said we could play it.. Felt like a fancy hotel that was too good for the likes of me. Good price. Oh and the shower was awesome. Bed comfy too. Close to a building site but it wasn't noisy at all. Didn't really notice it actually.

В доступе стоят только чайные кружки. Всё-таки отель такого уровня должен обращать внимание на гармонию и эстетику мелочей ☺️ Рядом идёт стройка. Мы остановились на одну ночь, это не было критично. Но вид из окна теперь не только на озеро, но и на строительство вокруг.

The step into the bathtub may be a bit high and unsafe if you are not stable on your feet. The water of the shower also runs down onto the floor if you don't block it with a towel.

Dejligt morgenmad alt hvad hjertet kan begære. Maden i restauranten var også rigtig fin. Spa afd. helt i top og til meget fine priser. Det ligger midt i en byggeplads og man er afhængig af taxa til byen. Vi valgte hotellet udfra der var pool, da vi kommer frem er den under renovering og der kommer slet ikke vand i imens vi er der.

Marion (10/5): Beim nächsten Hanoi-Besuch gerne wieder. - Es gibt nicht nur landestypische Gerichte sondern auch kontinentales Frühstück. Auch für glutenfreie Ernährung ist gesorgt. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder. Die Bauarbeiten in der Umgebung sind vom Hotel nicht beeinflussbar. Während des Têt-Festes ist es erstaunlich die vielen Menschen auf dem Weg zur in der Nähe befindlichen Pagode zu sehen.

We were asked by one employee to spesifically mention his name in the review, after recieving a wrapped gift (pack of instant coffee).

Завтрак выше всяких похвал, после месяца во Вьетнаме чуть ли не первый раз так вкусно поели. Лифты, интерьер лобби и прочее- все было новым, чистым и красивым. Полностью отсутствовали непонятные запахи. Все было просто прекрасно, в следующий раз остановлюсь там же- 100 процентов. такого не было

The staff also at the hotel were very patient and warm welcoming to me and my friends. They answered every single question that we had and went above and beyond with their service, especially Johnny who works at the front desk. He accommodated rides for both me and my friends to and from the airport And also was very knowledgeable with recommendations on places in Hanoi. Johnny was absolutely amazing. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Vietnam. There was nothing I did not like about the property. It was absolutely amazing.

Clara (10/5): We really enjoyed our four night stay. - We stayed in a three bedroom apartment, which was extremely spacious. The beds and sofa were very comfortable and the block out curtains allow for a good nights sleep. The breakfast buffet was great. We had room service for dinner one night which was delicious. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The lake is a five minute walk away and there are plenty of restaurants near the lake and a little convenience store a few minutes walk away, down one of the laneways. The location is about a 15 minute taxi ride from the old Quarter and the French quarter.
