• Amjad (8/5): - The receptionist was friendly, helpful, and professional, which we truly appreciated. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with several aspects of my recent stay. Firstly, the swimming pool experience was not as expected. We were required to purchase swimming hats and could only access the pool at specific times. Additionally, the pool appears to belong to the gym rather than the hotel, which was not clearly communicated in advance. Secondly, the breakfast was disappointing. Due to Ramadan, there was no open buffet available, and the options provided did not meet our expectations. Overall, these issues significantly affected our experience, and we kindly ask you to address them accordingly.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby until the second I checked out, everything was handled with such grace and professionalism. The Staff & Management The heartbeat of this hotel is undoubtedly the people. You are greeted by an amazing, friendly staff that treats you like royalty; they genuinely anticipate your needs before you even ask. What impressed me even more was the respectful management. It is clear they value their guests, but it’s equally beautiful to see how well they treat their own staff. That positive energy translates into the high level of service you receive. The Room Experience The accommodations exceeded all my expectations. I was lucky enough to receive one of their free upgrades, and the spacious room was absolutely pristine. After a long day, falling into the very comfortable bed was a dream—it’s easily one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a hotel. Dining & Value You cannot stay here without mentioning the food. Their breakfast buffet is super, offering a massive variety of fresh, high-quality options that cater to every taste. While there are many choices in Amman, this hotel is truly worth the price for the peace of mind and luxury you receive. Final Verdict: I would stay there a million times without a doubt. If you are looking for a place that combines traditional hospitality with modern comfort, look no further. Nothing
