Guest Reviews
- Kaci (10/5): -
- Heather (10/5): - The host was so nice and friendly. I liked everything about my stay
- William (3/5): I'm surprised booking.com gave them an 8 out of 10 - The bathroom and the tv The bed was big but very firm almost hard , I've never been in a motel wirh pink sheets made me look twice. Hard pillows that smelled very musty ..
- Omar (5/5): -
- Heather (10/5): - Great location. The room had recently been redone. The guy at the desk was friendly and efficient. I will be back. Everything was good.
- Alian (10/5): -
- Eyal (2/5): Stay away!! - Disgusting!
The owner was nice, but the place was terrible.
- Angela (6/5): - The room was clean. Very outdated. The sign out front of bldg offered free breakfast. However, the clerk informed me that they had'nt served breakfast since covid. Other than that room was accomidating for an overnite stay.
- Teresa (8/5): Good place to stay - In the rooms was really unexpected the remodeling was awesome Just the outside need to be modernized
- Daniel (2/5): - Carpet dirty, office full of crap, towel rack falling off wall
- Nicole (10/5): - The bed was so comfortable I didnt want to wake up
- Sheryl (8/5): A nice surprise - This is an older property, typical of the highway "motor courts" of the 1950's, but nearly everything has been refurbished and updated. Only the wood furniture in our room looked worn, which was OK with us. Everything else seemed to be brand new and everything was clean.
The reason for giving 4 stars rather than 5 is that the room was quite small. We had a very nice King sized bed--which is what I reserved--but I'm sure that our room wasn't built with such a big bed in mind. It was difficult to figure out how to lay out our suitcases, which we usually prefer to put on the floor, rather than on the bed. But we managed, and the bathroom was plenty big and quite nice. Considering the price, we felt we got more than our money's worth.
- Maria (9/5): Superb - The friendly ness of the staff The ac didn’t really cool
Off the room so it was hot in there
- jared c (8/5): - There was not a breakfast due to the 4 year old Covid restrictions. My first night, the police pounded on all the doors at 1:30 am b/c they said they got a 911 distress call from the property. The WiFi was easy to access.
If you just need a place to crash and are not worried about amenities such TV, breakfast, etc, this place will work.
- Sharon (6/5): Ok - Reservation was made thru hotels.com but was not in their system when arrived. Young girl was very nice & able to help with making sure we had a room. Room, musky smell, bathroom bugs & hair on floor. Bed ok, pillows flat. A/C worked good.
- Lyss (8/5): - Inexpensive, clean room. Breakfast not offered, if available. Sink damaged, but room was clean and bathroom was otherwise in good condition. The office building is worn and unimpressive. The rooms surround a large courtyard of gravel. It was windy and empty aluminum cans noisily blew around the courtyard.
- Carolyn (6/5): - The hotel did not look like the pictures. My tv and remote did not work properly. Half the channels were out and the remote didn't change stations properly. Television is my thing. I hate that the main stations that I watch didn't have any sound. I told the owner and they tried to switch me to the room next door but it had the same issues. The room was so much smaller than what I'm accustomed to staying in. The whole place was rundown. There was no bolt lock on the door. I made my complaints known and the owner was not concerned.
- Wiens (4/5): I never got to see my room because there was no staff in the office to check me in - The fact there was no staff to check in
- Tasha (1/5): Storm was tough, but guests come first. - The outside was clean. There was a car parked under the only awning for check-in. I understand that storms can be damaging to some vehicles, but guests should be able to get in to check in. Power was out, again not the fault of the hotel, but there were no signs anyone was at the front desk at all. Due to this uncertainty in the middle of a large storm, we went to a hotel that was operational and had guest access.
- Katrina (4/5): Disappointing - Not enough pillows for me and my family
- Laurie (9/5): Great value - Very clean room. Comfy beds. Good wifi. Friendly people. Great rate.
- Ibonne (5/5): Passable -
- Manuel (7/5): it was a great stay!!! - easy to get to nothing
- Nancee (6/5): Don't know what to say.... - The check in person was very nice.
The room smelled terribly musty when I went in. There were small air fresheners but it wasn't helping too much. Took a while to get the TV on but had to unplug to turn it off.
All the outlets had older model extension cords with no safety components on them.
One of the bedside lamps had to be unplugged to turn off.
There were no lights under the eaves and at night it was difficult to see the small steps and made it a trip hazard.
- Amanda (1/5): Bad - Nothing the roof was leaking and the bathroom door was broken took pictures of both they said put a trash can under the roof where it was leaking
- Kenneth (1/5): Bad -
- Jimmy (8/5): very nice stay - clean n quiet no grass
- John (8/5): - Clean but very basic facilities
- Veronica (9/5): Superb -
- Vickie (8/5): - We just needed a place to stay for a very short night. Pulling a boat behind us so it takes room to be able to park and there was plenty of room plus it was well lit up on the property. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
- Russell (8/5): - Some infrastructure improvements are needed and some of the grounds need to be maintained.
- Jessie (10/5): - I have stayed at this property several times and always have gotten good service I would recommend this place highly..
- Sheree (2/5): HORRIBLE PLACE - DON'T STAY THERE! - The ice maker was broken, the door dead bolt lock didn't work, the continental breakfast was suspended, the TV remote was broken, the mini fridge and microwave were in the clothes hanging area, the bed was rock hard, there was only one bath towel, the mini fridge froze my food and drinks.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Good location for my trip. Staff advised where to go for supplies in town was helpful
- Verified traveler (10/5): Awesome - I enjoyed my stay even though it was for a couple of hours of sleep I needed to hit the highways before it got nasty through the night but one thing well a few things which is not. A biggie there was no wash cloths or extra big towel bro dry with
- Daniel (8/5): topping point for 2 day drive - Stayed overnight to break up a 16 hour drive.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Only place bookable via Expedia in Jacksboro. Receptionist was not around at 3:30pm, had to wait 20 min, No internet at all, trash (mattresses, furniture, cables) all over the facility.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Quiet, out of the way. Everything worked. Friendly staff.
- Sasha (8/5): - Stayed 1 night passing through on the way to New Mexico. The beds are hard, walls are paper thin, and train track very close, BUT the owners are friendly, and the room is CLEAN. I mean really clean. Fresh paint, clean carpet, and clean fresh bedding. Everything was spotless. We were unsure about the area and it was dark when we arrived, but the hotel felt safe.
Breakfast is cereal and toast. Fresh coffee. We will definitely stay again next time we are passing through town.
- Michele (10/5): Satisfied customers! - The room was very clean, comfortable, and affordable. The staff was friendly. They served whole milk for breakfast 😃! We are very satisfied with our stay at Executive Inn.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Everything was great. I had a single room, king size bed. Had 2 fridges, a microwave. It was clean, had hot water in the shower. The only downside to the room, and as many have complained. NO TABLE. Not sure where your suppose to eat or do any paperwork but other than that it was great. Plus the price was super cheap. WIFI was fantastic to. I guess if I had to list any other downsides its that the main street that goes by the hotel is pretty noisy until traffic slows down.
- Moe (2/5): - Our towels and bedding were dirty and we totally regret staying there
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Clean room and property, fast check in, parking lot well lit at night.
- idalia (10/5): Good place - I have stayed here several times and it has always been a great place to stay. My only complaint is that on at least three occasions including this one they fail to leave bathroom tissue so check your room on arrival. Overall, well worth the price.
- Roshonya (8/5): Excellent - I was passing through and my car broke down. Everyone from the time I broke down til I left was very helpful and kind. This place was very clean and comfortable.. I would definitely recommend this place!!!!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I stay here because it is quiet and clean I have never had a problem here.
- Cecilio (4/5): - The welcome was not comfortable and he was rude not very friendly
- Duncan (10/5): Great friendly and comfortable motel. - Lovely place, spotlessly clean. Only thing missing in room was a coffeemaker, that would have been nice. Cereal and muffins for breakfast. Only down side was the area, not a very good area, bit run down, and only place to walk to eat at night is Dairy Queen and that was not good. We have a motorcycle so dont like to take it out at night. Otherwise, the room was perfect and on the spacious side.
- Dan (8/5): Great price-wise for Snyder - Older property, but well maintained, complete with new locks. Breakfast was not good.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Negatives:
No coffee maker in room.
No iron or iron board in room.
Sheets had red stains.
Breakfast very limited to cereal and muffins.
Toilet papet is not provided unless you call front desk.
Carpet is dingy.
I would not stay again.
- lee (4/5): disappointed - very spartan. towels were sub-motel6 quality. No way this motel deserved its' high rating.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Room was not clean, spider webs on fixtures, spider in refrigerator, used shampoo packets and soap in shower from previous user
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Liked that it was clean & bed comfortable. The price was good!
- Heidi (10/5): - I booked this room last minute because I was quite tired and decided to rest for the night and was quite happy with my decision. My room looked new. It was clean, safe, and very comfortable. I would stay here again.
- Manuel (8/5): Thank you - Staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was comfortable and well maintained.
- idalia (10/5): Good stay - Small but clean, comfortable, no frills room. Will definitely stay again on my next visit.
- Randall (10/5): Texas Gem in Snyder, TX - Needed a good affordable place to stay after the OKlahoma/Texas Tech game and we found this gem in Snyder, TX about an hour away. The room was nicely remodeled for the price point and was exceptionally clean. The clerk was very friendly and helpful when we needed additional towels, etc. If you are ever near Snyder, TX and need a clean, comfortable and affordable room, give the Executive Inn a try. You won’t be disappointed.
- idalia (10/5): Good place - The room is small, the bed is comfortable. Very clean, safe area. My only complaint is the ice machine was broken
- Verified traveler (8/5): quick overnight - comfortable and quiet
- Linda (10/5): - I love this little motel. The exterior is well lit and the motel is not located on the main highway. The rooms are very clean with a nice size bathroom and the beds are very comfortable. The family that runs the motel are very friendly and pleasant.
- David (8/5): - It was a good place to sleep at a good price
- Jake (10/5): - Nice place. Plain and simple. Clean. Everything worked and was very comfortable. I'd return here, for sure!
- RansomEli (8/5): Ver nice room for a great price - We were very happy with the cleanliness and appearance of the room. It was a great value for the money and would gladly stay there when we pass by again
- Kristen (8/5): Great little place! - You get what you pay for, but this little gem started our spring break trip off nicely!
- Kathy (6/5): - Adequate. The bed was a little better than ok and it was pretty easy to get to. Not nearly as updated as other reviews had lead me to believe. Towels were thin and some had holes in them. Sheets were clean but bedspreads had been patched. The armchair in the room was dirty so I never sat in it. Still the price was reasonable and if I had to stay there again, I would.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Wouldn’t stay again unless I had to. - Guy that checked us in wasn’t friendly. Put us in a non smoking room when we wanted smoking so I had to go get that fixed. Then to try and make things better he gives us another bed. Any way we get to the room and only one key worked. There’s only two extremely thin pillows on the beds. I tried to go for ice and the ice machine wasn’t working. When we tried checking out the lobby door was locked so I tried ringing the bell and no one answered so I just left the keys by the front door so I wouldn’t get charged $10 per key.
- Jennifer J (10/5): Would stay again if ever in Snyder again - As advertised and I like older motels. Comfortable, good sleep, good wifi, thought occasional train would be distracting, but rather liked it. When coffee was not available up to promised time, front desk made more just for me. Only negative was that I like having a desk, but was good for me to stand at computer after driving so far.
- Bennie (10/5): Great Hotel - Great hotel. Very nice room and comfortable bed. Great deal for the price!!! Will stay there again.
- Kevin (6/5): Over rated - Tried to charge me more at check in. Paper thin walls: train, neighbor's TV
- larry j. (10/5): Wonderful surprise - We were really relieved to find such a roomy, clean and comfortable room in Snyder for such a good price! We will stay again!!
- Richard (10/5): All Good Here - When you book these smaller independent hotels, you never quite know what you're going to get. You don't need to worry here, just finished a 3 week road trip round the southern States and this was my best stay in that time. Cosy room, everything as it should be, comfortable, hot hot water. I'd happily stay again if in the area.
- Alice (6/5): Not too bad - Everything was good, except there was only the roll of toilet paper on the holder. Had to go get an extra one.
- Paula (10/5): Small and cozy - Room was small but very clean, bed was comfortable, AC worked well, parking was right in front of our room which was a great asset, checking in was easy and the price was great.
- Delene (4/5): Fire harzard and critter in walls - After our first night I reported that there was a critter scratching in the walls. They did not offer a room change, nothing. When we checked out I reported the critter again, as well as lamp had to be unplugged to turn off or it flickered and the bathroom door would not shut. No sorry no offer of discount, just thank you we will let maintenance know. Not happy with the noise of critter scratching the entire stay not the bathroom door not closing past the door facing. The lamp flickering is a fire hazard. Will not stay here again!
- Roberta (10/5): Convenient and clean Hotel - Was very low priced. We were very surprised on how well kept the place was. They've been doing a bunch of upgrades and talking to the owner they have a lot more coming. I would stay again it is right next to the railroad tracks but with the doors closed you don't even hear it when you're sleeping
- Raula (8/5): too tired to drive - very nice room, ice machine was broken.
- Gary (6/5): Okay at $60, questionable at $70 - Exercise "room" is two machines in the laundry room. Nothing healthy for breakfast except oatmeal...milk, oj, apple juice.
- Judy (8/5): Nice hotel. Clean, comfortable. - Great place for an overnight. Quiet. Comfortable beds.
- Joseph (8/5): Nice room for a great price - Great price for a nice room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Gave me a room that allowed me to park my boat and truck right in front. Clean, comfortable room.
- Gayla (8/5): - Clean, nice hotel. Great value. Need a stop for the night & it was perfect.
- Jody (8/5): - Great room for the price.
- Laura (10/5): - Very surprised how clean and updated
- PATRICIA (10/5): Very Satisfied - It is a nice place to stay and very close to the Coliseum. Only about 3 blocks away
- Eric (10/5): The good reviews are spot on! - Very friendly and helpfull owners and i was very impressed with how clean my room was. The linen was clean, not stained, and smelled good. I will be back
- Manny (8/5): Snyder Texas Stay - Pretty good renovated motel had trouble with room key had to go to office a second time on check in. The room was small and had a king bed very clean and updated. Had a nightstand by bathroom door with out enough room, wife banged her leg on it's front edge. should be taken out of room due to space requirements. Overall good cheep place to stay.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great for 1 night passing through. - Clean! Nothing else needed for one traveling through, needing a good nights sleep in a clean, comfortable room.
- Paul (8/5): Nice inexpensive place to stay in Snyder, Texas. - Rooms were very clean, if somewhat small. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was large and clean. Free breakfast was included, although we passed on it. Staff was very friendly.
- James (10/5): Great for drivers of plug-in hybrids - Great for me, since I was able to park right next to my room door and recharge the battery on my plugin hybrid Ford.
- charle (10/5): nice room - very much enjoyed our stay during the white buffalo bike fest.
- GUY (6/5): - The room was clean, and the bed comfortable, but there was very little room to move around.
The continental breakfast was almost non existant, and an almost empty coffee pot [only one].
- Roberto (8/5): Nice little hotel, friendly staff.. - Good clean and spacy.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Pleasant surprise...most of it - The motel looks very old from the outside...motor courtish. The check-in was fast and efficient, but not really friendly. The rooms were beautiful, however, and very comfortable. I think they were brand new.Everything was super clean and well appointed. The next morning there was no ice. I don't know if the machine was broken or if everyone had already raided it. I would not call the breakfast a breakfast at all and again, by the time I went over, around 9:15 - 9:30 there was absolutely nothing. Of course that could have been because it was late, but my son and grandchildren said there was not much to choose from..sugary celeals and a honey bun.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Snyder - Bed was very hard. Towels were dingy. Pillow and sheet covers need to be thrown away.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I think is a wonderful hotel. The only minus I give it is the breakfast. They need more variety even for a Continental breakfast
- Ramiro (10/5): great hotel - This is a great little hotel my Plus was no smoke smell. Very clean
- Road Tripper (8/5): Great Stay - Stayed one night while traveling across country. It was very clean and well kept. My companion heard trains all night which blare the horn as they come through town. I only heard one as I slept well! Good beds and good pillows. Didn't try breakfast.
