• Naziha (7/5): Overall stay was a nice experience - The receptionists and other workers were very nice people.The room was very neat There were mosquitoes in my room,the fridge was not working,WiFi in my room had poor connectivity .I will recommend you spray the room anytime someone checks out
• Isesele (1/5): I could not sleep in the room and had to go sleep elsewhere. - The place was too filthy I couldn't imagine having their breakfast. I'm still amazed at how poor the place is. There's mould on the walls, terrible smell, TV didn't work. It's a rat house.

• BYUNGKYU (3/5): - The dining venue is an outdoor restaurant behind the hotel. The menu was omelets and coffee. No bread or anything else was provided. The bathroom door didn't close properly. And there was long hair scattered all over the bathroom floor.

I have nothing to complain about regarding my stay and the property .

• David (9/5): Positively Surprising for the Price level - Honestly, I read the reviews and was very skeptical, seeing as this was the closest place to the venue of the event I came for. But it was really nice, the lovely front desk staff was helpful even when I needed local transportation. She informed me that the hotel facilities were renovated and upgraded. Which kinda explains why it was very clean and comfortable. Well, food can be cooked without murdering the pallets with pepper. 😂 I’ll rate the service with food 7.5/10, maybe the spice levels and etiquette for serving for needs to be looked into

Their staff and customer service were very nice and welcoming. The Food was great as well. I enjoyed my stay and experience at western dreams I didn’t really have any issues with their services

• Rafaatu (1/5): Stay away from Western Dreams Hotel Abuja-Nigeria, they are dupe and thieves - It was the poorest and most unkept hotel I have ever seen. I was debited 22,000 on my gtbank account via the hotel's gtbank pos on the 8/06/2023 at about 16:36hr and they claimed they didn't see the credit. Only for them to forcefully make me to make another transfer of 22,000 to their account which made it 44,00 I paid for a standard room. Hotel management board should please look into that hotel beacsue they are bunch of thieves and dupe. I will make sure to spread this information around social media for people not to fall victim again. Going to Western dreams hotel is like taking yourself to kidnappers den. People please stay away from this hotel

My first reaction when I entered my room was how did this hotel find its way to booking.com? it's a breeding ground for infections. very dirty and unkept. cleaning trolling litter the corridors on all floors, naked electrical sockets, let me not talk about the toilet and bathroom, you will need to book a night for you to appreciate my feedback but good luck with your experience

• Elena (2/5): - Western Dreams Hotel is in need of serious renovations. I complained about the hard mattress and manager said they were Posturepedic, but every night it felt like I slept on rocks. I booked hotel for two guest and only one complimentary breakfast was included, worst than that there was roaches in the coffee pot. Poor WiFi and cable service. I would give this hotel one star rating and would not recommend anyone staying here. Elena USA

• Ndukwe (2/5): - I booked on Expedia for a 1 night stay. I got there about 9 pm only to be told my booking was 'unconfirmed' and there was no accommodation. While waiting at the reception, I tried to use the toilet and found it was overflowing and could not flush properly. After about 30 minutes, I was given a room with no functional air-conditioner. Had to leave the facility after calling the reception 2 times to fix the air-conditioner without any action from the hotel. All in all, it was a terrible experience with the manager trying to make it look like it was my fault for making an 'unconfirmed reservation' even though I had been debited by Expedia and informed that I did not need to reconfirm booking. I was neither re-reimbursed by Expedia or hotel but I left the facility without sleeping there to keep my sanity!

• Jill (10/5): Good place for travelers in Abuja - This is one of the few hotels in Abuja that offers 2 Queen beds per room. This is especially good if you're traveling with a group. They provided airport transportation at a reasonable price. It isn't far from the airport. The staff were accommodating and friendly. I would come again.
• Kenny (2/5): Worst Hotel Ever!! I had to check out early! - On checking in I was upgraded to the Ambassadorial room which wasn't up to standard but I had to manage it since it was an upgrade. AC worked perfectly on the first night but the wash hand basin was blocked! The following morning the AC wasn't blowing cold. The breakfast I ordered wasn't fully cooked and I HAD A stomach upset! WHEN the AC packed up I had to check out early coupled with the fact that I NEARLY fell inside the shower. When I was checking out, the staff at the reception begged and promised to change my room but I declined as I was already totally frustrated and I believe changing my room won't make me happy.

• Ayo (2/5): This hotel is not worth its charges - Appaling - I have been to several hotels in several continents of the world, but this hotel is indeed a BAD DREAM. The pictures posted here are so deceptive and the facilities are far from the pictures. The rooms have only one towel and the bathrooms are so appalling with faults in several room. I had to change to several rooms before I could find one to manage. However, the staff are so amazing in trying to please you even in the midst of the disjointed facilities. The neighbourhood is peaceful and that is why I gave 3+ for the neighbourhood. But overall, the hotel needs upgrade urgently and will improve if the owners can invest in.
• Onyeka (8/5): I will recommend it! - It is a good hotel for a short getaway. The room was clean but could do with a bit of upgrade in furnishing. Though I missed the breakfast for the 2 days I stayed but their food was good. The customer service was good as well though the staffs should learn how to be a bit cheerful looking at all times. Overall I will recommend it for anyone that wants a short getaway, in a cool neighbourhood.

Previous rooms had issues with tv, electricity etc. However themaintenance staff were superb and never gave up trying to help! until i gave the word. The owners need to invest in upgrading thee hotel with simple items such as new bedsheets towels, etc
