That's about all I like mow Room wasn't cleaned for the lone week stay...no changing of beddings and towels, no tea amenities provided after the first night, sliding door was cracked..dirty bathroom

- Lynda (2/5): Disgusting, place and area. The street itself was disgraceful. False advertising. No free taxi from airport. - The last night. I was moved to a nice unit. No hot water in my unit The first unit had no tv reception 2nd unit water was lukewarm/cold 2nd unit tv had to be fixed. Remote's were the issue. I had to ask for towels. Mirror in bathroom held up by tape. Shower leaked, no where to place feet when on toilet due to leaky shower. Which made floor dirty. Smashed window in sliding door. Swimming pool dirty so that was closed for over 2 days. I could go on forever.

- tumoi (4/5): - Staff was friendly and the location was very convenient It wasn't what I expected especially with the rooms was much different then what I saw on the website they really need to upgrade the photos to what the rooms actually look like and the room wasn't what we expected paying $180per FJD night and I stayed for 2 nights.. the bedsheets was like it wasn't Washed probably and the pillows well that needs upgrading and toilets and the bathroom. Overall it wasn't what I expected and not worth the money!!..

Especially spacious rooms and assistance by staff, the parking spaces and location was so convenient...the swimming pool was enjoyed by our children. If there was a dining area/restaurant or a kitchen to allow food preparation and convenient store.

- Miriama (10/5): Amazing staff - would go again - Front desk, very hospitable. the cleaners are so nice and really care about their guests, making sure we are stocked up on coffee and tea essentials and shampoo, toiletries, towels, etc. Only thing was, some lady’s hair was floating in the pool and a hair extension was near the fountain area of the pool so I didn’t feel like swimming at all afterwards

- LoveTravel792816 (2/5): Disappointing Stay – Needs Urgent Improvements - I stayed in Room 307 , and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The TV cable wasn’t working, and to make matters worse, the water ran out around 2am — making it extremely unpleasant to use the toilet with no running water. The Wi-Fi password was never provided, which added to the inconvenience, although I will say the air conditioning worked well and kept the room comfortable. It would really help if the hotel had a proper checklist system in place to ensure everything is functional and ready before guests check in. When guests are paying for a stay, they expect basic amenities to be in working order. If you’re running a hotel business, please take the responsibility seriously — people are paying not just for a room, but for a comfortable and reliable experience. I hope improvements are made for future guests.
