• 佳雯 (10/5): 二訪北海道選擇這間，cp值超高。 - 一泊二食，提供日式的餐點，小孩體驗的很開心。窗外就是湖景，不管什時候往窗外看都讓人驚豔的景色，山的倒影或煙火都很棒，且浴場泡湯很舒服，室內室外環境都很令人滿意。

• Niina (10/5): 老舗旅館！温かい対応に感謝！ - スタッフの皆さんの心遣いがとてもきめ細やかでありがたかったです。 遊覧船乗り場のすぐそばにあるホテルで、立地も抜群でした。 朝夕のご飯も食堂でいただきましたが、とてもおいしかったです。 空調の効きが悪い？（日によって効き方がバラバラだった）のだけが残念でした。 ですが、古い老舗ならではの宿の良さをとても感じることができ、快適に過ごさせていただきました。

• Shigemi (7/5): 洞爺湖は初めてだったけど行ってみて良かった。 - 夕食が美味しかった。洞爺湖全体を見渡せる部屋からのロケーションが良かった。お風呂に充実に使って良い角質落としが置いてあり嬉しかった。静かだったのでゆっくり休めた。 大浴場の一つが改装中で男女入れ替え制で好きな時に入れなかった。浴場にぬめりが所々にあった。
• Yun Yi (10/5): 很赞！得到了很好的放松。 - 和房间随附的早晚餐都非常棒，服务人员贴心。除了在前台受到热情接待外，在线提出的问题也很快得到回答。 就酒店来说，位置非常方便，离洞爷湖温泉把市中心步行只需要不到5分钟。另外酒店的温泉设施也很不错。 没有什么不满意的地方。

• のりゆき (5/5): 宿泊することが目的だったのでコスパが丁度良かった。 - 風情があって良かった。子どもは純和室に泊まったことがなかったので、喜んでいた。 大浴場が工事中だったので、約2時間ごとに男女入れ替えだった。お湯の出が悪かった。サウナが閉鎖していた。

Isolation sonore de la chambre catastrophique, j'ai parfois eu le sentiment de loger dans le couloir ! J'ai été aussi dérangé par des ronflements venant de la chambre à côté, où par les discussions pourtant très raisonnables d'un voisin.

• Dusan (7/5): Cozy - A nice ryokan that is a bit dated. Beautiful views of the lake. They were renovating the onsen, so men and women have to share. Past 10:30, it’s for women only until the morning. I think they should have alternated throughout the night.

Also, on the 5th day they randomly omitted the egg from my breakfast set, which was more or less the same every day.

• Hayden (5/5): Fine for price - would stay again but bring pillow - location was okay, when we could work out the bus to the resort it was good but really a bit far a way. car would suit. onsen was good, range of temps and even outdoor one. price was good, you got what you paid for. futon beds were good, options to stack additional mattresses for more comfort if not all were being used up. location close to lake and park. location closish to convenience store but still a bit of a walk. Front desk pretty much zero english but were friendly. pillows were terrible, felt like rice in a sack and were noisy and heavy. probably just traditional and we arent used to that. bins were pretty much non-existent, tiny bins in room that werent for general waste. no bins in lobby at all or outside.

• mariko (7/5): - いつも洞爺湖町の知り合いの居酒屋に行くために洞爺に行きます。そのため素泊まりで良いのですが、いつも泊まっているすぐ近くの洞爺◯◯ホテルは蛇口から茶色い水しか出ず、鉄臭い水での歯磨きが苦痛でした。こちらのホテルは、いつものホテルより小さくこじんまりとしていますが、お部屋の清潔感は文句なしで綺麗でした！素泊まりならこれで十分満足です。ホテルが高い時期だったのに、こちらは他と比べて良心的な金額で助かりました。スタッフの方も優しかったです。

• Chin (8/5): Enjoy the stay, my family enjoyed the onsen and shared bath room. Tatami style. - Love the tatami style and free parking. It’s a bit old, but overall it is well maintained.
• mari (1/5): 複雑な気持ち - バスターミナルに近く、立地は便利でした。 ただし、大浴場の環境にはいくつか気になる点がありました。 洗面所の蛇口から水が出にくく、使いづらかったです。 また、露天風呂の窓ガラスが清掃されていなかったようで、汚れが目立ちました。 室内の浴場は換気が悪く、不快な臭いがありました。浴場のドアも汚れており、清掃が十分でない印象を受けました。 さらに、以前サウナだった場所が段ボールなどの物置になっており、衛生面に不安を感じました。 全体的に設備の老朽化と清掃面の改善を希望します。

• Deepa (7/5): Great, affordable, lakefront place with amazing views - Good amenities, ample parking, safe, great views right in front of Lake Toya, amazing location and yet quite affordable. The traditional breakfast and dinner was absolutely authentic, delicious and a great experience. The Japanese style rooms maybe a bit cramped, uncomfortable to sleep for westerners. • kangminho (10/5): - 전통이 느껴지는 호텔. 최신이 다 좋다하는데 난 추억이 더 좋은 것 같네요. 20여년 전 집사람이랑 묵었던 료칸은 지금은 사라 졌지만, 그때의 추억을 소환하게 해준 이런 호텔이 계속 지속 되었으면 합니다. 20대 중반의 둘째넘도 넘 좋아하네요. 부모님의 추억의 장소라고...... 행복했습니다... 없어요!

• Ryoske (7/5): とても良かった！ - ・レトロで雰囲気が良い ・温泉が心地よかった ・布団が敷かれた状態で準備されていた ・他施設との距離が近く、移動がとてもラク。 ・Wi-Fiの速度はとても良い ・駐車する際にどこに停めたらいいか分からない。スタッフに誘導してもらったが、こだわりが強く何度も駐車し直しが発生した ・共用のトイレは古くて怖かった ・部屋にドライヤーがない ・脱衣所にバスタオルが散乱していた。外国の方がバスタオルの使用後にどこに片付けたら良いか分かる看板などはなかった。
