• Lester (9/5): Prima hotel voor een kort verblijf - Naast het hotel aan de achterkant is en een cafe met een heerlijke koffie. Verder waren we meerdere malen in dit hotel geweest. Belupzaam personeel. Bed is iets te hard.

• Dicky (7/5): - Location is okey, near from culinary and the center city, railway station Satpam is not proper with their duty. They do nothing, mean White we enter the hotel. Seem like, without guilty feeling
• Micah (9/5): We had a nice short stay in Surabaya - We were one family split in to 3 rooms but the hotel arranged adjacent rooms and 2 rooms were connecting. The staff was ever so friendly and smiling. The rooms and beds were comfortable and clean. Our first room had an odor in the bathroom. After the staff attempted a fix that failed, they immediately relocated us to a new room, and compensated us with 2 delicious platters of fresh fruit. They really did their best to please. Besides the initial problem in the room that was solved, all was fine!

• Robin (10/5): - Waren als zwischenaufenthalt eine Nacht dort. Zimmer waren sauber und Personal sehr nett. Unser erster Flug ist ausgefallen und wir kamen einen Tag später, dies wurde auch sehr freundlich und kostenlos direkt für uns umgebucht.

• David (8/5): - Hotel was good + clean + value for money. However our air con did not work but we couldn't be bothered to change rooms for 1 night as it was a quick stopover. We ate in the restaurant, food was good quality however took a long time to arrive and meals at different times. My wife finished her meal before mine came and then my vegetables were cold. We were the only ones eating in the restaurant at that time.

Locatie is goed: centraal en in een goede buurt Het enige is dat de airco uitgaat als je weggaat omdat het gekoppeld is aan de elektriciteit in de kamer. Dan kan het behoorlijk lang duren voordat de kamer weer koel is

• Mita (9/5): Surabaya Trip in April - The staff are excellent, very kind, smiley and helpful, especially the front office staff. They welcome you and make you feel at home, well taken care of. This trip, I got the room where the bathroom some time release unpleasant odor. Not all the time, only in early morning. Other than that, no other issue.

• Shaheena (9/5): Comfortable stay - Bedroom was well laid out. The huge bed was really comfortable. Great shower. Breakfast was buffet with a mix of western and Indonesian. Make sure what you have on the menu is available. How can you not have chicken steak!

The deluxe room stated in booking.com has a balcony, but in fact, there is no balcony room except suite rooms. We got some debate going with the receptionist until I showed them what it stated in booking.com, and then they relented as this is their e-commerce mistake and need to be corrected to avoid misleading info.

Fridge did not power on, soap could have used a dish because it just keeps slipping into the sink otherwise.

• Carrina (9/5): We had a pleasure time in swiss bell manyar, worth the price. We will be back again.. - We really like the hospitality of the team, ready to help us to have connecting rooms. The room is adequate for family of 4. Almost nothing..except the breakfast is just standard.
