Monica (6/5): A functional hotel as a base for a trip to mount Bromo. - All the staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good with lots of choices, both Asian and western options. Nice and comfortable lobby area with a good cafe. The bathroom shower curtain was really dirty, the bathroom was very small, the toilet leaked, the fridge didn’t work and the location was a little out of the town centre. We were quite disappointed with the quality of the food in the restaurant. The hotel was very big, very busy and lacked character.

BackPacker528365 (8/5): Great hotel in perfect location - The hotel is well-established, with a solid structure and managed professionally. From a location perspective, it’s excellent 👍 — very close to the mall and offering easy access to various activity areas, especially for culinary exploration. Everything is within a short drive or even walking distance, which we really enjoyed. The front office staff were helpful and informative, and overall communication throughout the hotel was clear. The room was clean, and the shower experience was great. We can see that the hotel has been making continuous improvements, which is appreciated. However, there are a few areas that need attention. The extra bed (single bed) should be replaced or upgraded, as it feels below standard — you can clearly feel the springs when lying down. Towels also need refreshing, as some are worn out, torn, and rough. Regarding the F&B service: our booking included breakfast, and due to an early morning tour, we requested to take simple items like bread and jam with us. Initially, the staff did not allow it and insisted that breakfast must be consumed at the restaurant. After politely explaining our situation and asking them to check with a supervisor, they eventually agreed. In situations like this, a bit more flexibility would be appreciated, especially since the breakfast was already included in the room rate. Staff training in handling such cases could be improved. Overall, no major concerns — we had a pleasant stay and would be happy to return in the future, perhaps trying a different room type. E.A

Finding dinner was easy because there are many food options around the hotel. The staff were friendly and quite helpful. The only issue I experienced was that I did not get a plastic bag for our laundry. It would be better if the hotel provided this facility more clearly. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back.

Jendela di 301 ada yang tidak ada penguncinya (rusak sepertinya) walau aksesnya hanya ke mesin AC luar, cuma saya agak berlebihan dalam memikirkannya.

Ronald (7/5): Friendly staff and nice facilities but no good atmosphere. - - Friendly and helpful staff. - Good mattress. - Refrigerator in room. - Within walking distance to shopping mall with cinema. - Great swimmingpool. - We choose to stay in Swiss-Bel due to our great experience with Ciputra (owner by Swiss-Bel) in Semarang. However, Ciputra is of a much higher class than Swiss-Bel while the price is similar. Swiss-Bel is ok but the quality can't match Ciputra in Semarang. - A lobby without great amosphere. It looks more like a store than a lobby. - For some strange reason every evening from 20.00 to 22.00 live music is outside in front of the hotel? Why outside? With rain almost every evening and cold weather we don't want to sit outside to listen to live music. This performance should be inside in a bar area. - Bathroom is too small compared to Ciputra and Swiss-Bel in Surabaya. - Mattress was clearly of lower quality than Ciputra and Swiss-Bel in Surabaya. - Warm water for only 5 minutes after which it was cold.

I traveled with my parents, and they really loved the fishing pond that the hotel has. The fish that we caught could even be cooked for us. The hotel itself is in a very strategic location—it’s in the center of town and literally next to two shopping malls, making it easy to get anywhere. The only part I didn’t like was that I arrived on very busy days, so I understand that not all of our rooms could be on the same floor. That was just okay. At dinner, there was a small incident where one of the restaurant staff accidentally spilled a hot beverage on a family member. However, it was handled very well by both the staff and the manager, who came immediately to assess the situation. There were no hard feelings—bad days can happen to anyone. I really appreciated how the manager handled the situation and even checked back with us the next morning to make sure everything was okay.

SEBASTIEN (6/5): - bon emplacement le spa n'a pas été une bonne expérience, j'ai payé un massage pour mes filles et moi même. les personnes qui nous ont massés, étaient sur leur téléphone portable pendant le massage, ce qui provoquait des arrêts pendant le massage, de plus elles parlaient entre elles, et recevait des messages (petit bip de réception) ce qui ne procurait pas un moment de détente. l'endroit était sommaire, rien de comparable à un spa. je ne recommande pas la musique un peu trop forte en boucle dans les couloirs de l'hôtel le matin. pas terrible pour se reposer après l'ascension du Mont Bromo

They sell indonesian menu, and the best pasrt its while we can enjoy our food . They have a live music also . And beside the hotel there is 2 mall. its Transmart and Malang town square
AHMED (7/5): For short trip is ok - Location is very close to the times square mall and mart. Walking distance. The pool is big. We booked for new queen bed room, but it looks like it is not new any more. Also there is a rennovation going on on 6 floor, construction noises cam be heard till 8th floor. As i stayed at floor 8. The staff is friendly, but reception never came back regarding upgrade information.. as i al genius level 3 member in booking.com.. looks like not for hotels not for booking.com it is worthless.
