- T&T (8/5): - 初パタヤで２月中旬に５泊しました。 立地・外観：パタヤセントラル通りのボウリング場がある交差点から徒歩１０分程度。（ビーチと反対側に進んで、３つ目のセブンイレブン前を左折し100ｍ程度でファミリーマート。） フロント：皆さん親切。但し英語は少々。デポジットは現金のみ。 周辺：普通の路地裏通りで静か。バイク、車の騒音も気にならない程度。 部屋：スーペリア ダブルルーム キングベッド 1 台。シングルルーム３０㎡は広くて快適。照明は明るく、コンセント多数。バスタオル交換、ベッドメイクは毎日で清潔。机、椅子あり、ハンガー多数。冷蔵庫はよく冷えました。エアコン、テレビも新しく私には十分。（スリッパ、ティッシュ、歯磨セット、石鹸、セーフティBOXは無し。バスタブ無し、WIFIは遅い。シャワーは熱いお湯は出るが湯量が少なかったのが残念。虫はあまりいなかったです。） サービス：いわゆるホテルサービスは利用していないのでコメント無し。 ビーチから若干離れている点に抵抗がなければ、良い環境だと思います。個人的にはリーズナブルで快適。リピートOK。次回はグレードを高くして試してもよいと思いました。

The Family Mart is in the same building. 7/11 store is a block away. The WiFi is not really consistent and will be on and off, but still reliable most of the time

- Verified traveler (6/5): - セントラルパタヤロードからソイに入り100ｍ位のところにあります。レンタルバイクがあり裏道経由でホテルに戻れるので一方通行のビーチロード、2ndロードを経由しなくて済みます。静かなエリアですが、エアコンは爆音型で自室のものを止めても深夜他の部屋のエアコンの室外機の音が窓から入ります。バルコニーがないので残念です。この後MARCH ホテルに宿泊しました。ソイの奥まったところにありますが千円程度の追加で部屋は快適でプールもあります。倹約型でなければMARCHホテルをお勧めします。

- Chad (10/5): - Very clean and big room. Decent area with lots of convenience stores. Easy access to motor bike taxi's or a short walk to the 10 baht pick up trucks (ask if you need advice). Overall great stay.
- Noina (6/5): 静かな場所だが壁は薄くTVの音が聞こえる - 宿泊費を踏まえれば不満はありません。ビーチからは離れている事もありビーチ沿いのホテルの様に部屋にバルコニーはありません。プールもありません。セントラルロード（パタヤカン）のソイ１２から500M位のところにあります。別件ですが、PJ INN Pattayaとは別にJP INN Pattayaという名のホテルがセカンドロードにあり、某地図検索ソフトのMAPでは間違えて表示されておりますが、このホテルはセカンドロード沿いではありません。（ちなみにJP Innの方は決してお勧めできません）
- HIROKI (8/5): ホテルのコストパフォーマンスは合格、でも周りが〜 - 場所が分かりにくい。周りはローカルすぎて入れない感じ。
- Verified traveler (10/5): 너무 좋아요 - 공항 도착 후 바로 파타야로 이동해서 잠만자려고 예약한 호텔인데 생각보다 깔금하고 넓어서 1박만 한게 아쉬웠어요. 다음에 파타야에 간다면 또 이용할 계획입니다. 가격이나 서비스, 청결도 모두 완벽해요. 다만 화장실 수압은 조금 약했어요. 저는 바로 공항에서 호텔까지 택시타고 이동했고, 다음날은 호텔에서 바로 투어 업체로 넘어가서 위치 부분은 잘 모르겠습니다.

- Dirty Harry (10/5): Ein sehr gut geführtes familiäres Hotel! - Ich war im PJ Inn mindestens schon ein dutzend Mal und da ich jetzt im Ruhestand bin werde ich im Mai wieder ins PJ Inn gehen nur nicht 3 Wochen sondern 3 Monate ! Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits aber da ich mir schon im vorletzten Urlaub ein Automatikroller gekauft habe und im PJ Inn geparkt habe denn der Mopedparkplatz wird auch nachts gut bewacht! Mir gefällt es sehr im PJ Inn Hotel!

- lucky sunshine (10/5): Nice hotel near main shopping areas and the beach - This hotel is 10 min walk from Central Festival Plaza and 15 min walk from the beach. Room is spacious and clean. Staff is very friendly and eager to help out if you need anything. Family Mart open 24 hrs is in same building! Many local Thai small restaurants within 1 min walk! wifi is on and off every few minutes for me on 3rd floor but I am still able to use internet efficiently almost all the time

- Elin (8/5): Bekvämt rum och fantastisk personal - Jag trivdes bra på PJ Inn där personalen var otroligt hjälpsam och trevlig och rummet, som var rent och städat, hade fördelen att ha både kyl och ett frysfack. Rummets wifi var lite svajigt men funkade oftast helt okej. Med bara fem minuters promenad från hotellet är man på huvudgatan och ytterligare tio minuter så är man framme vid stranden. Däremellan finns alla möjliga mataffärer, apotek och fruktförsäljare som är bra att ha nära till hotellet.

- Fir (10/5): Nice quiet hotel - Stayed for a night and was pleased with the service rendered by the hotel staff. Room was big and spacious. Aircon and heater was working as intended. Television came with a variety of channels to choose from for those just staying in the room. Mattress was not hard though the pillow was a bit too soft to my liking. Never go to use the service, but the security deposit boxes seemed to be all situated at the service staff. Which was free.

Of course, cheap price cant expect everything. even they never give tooth brush and paste. very simple. small bathroom. not modern, looks old environment. only price is cheap, i paid for 20 SGD per night. Bit far from beach road. too far for walking street and night life area. Only good is price. I dont want to stay again. But whoever want cheap hotel then choose this. but if you pay few dollar more you can get good hotel than this. personally I recommend April suite, read my review for that hotel.

- harry (10/5): Sehr schöner Urlaub in einem Supergeführten Hotel - Ich hatte das Hotel für 26 Nächte das erste mal gebucht und war sehr postiv überrascht!Ich hatte das Premium Zimmer und hatte eine Zimmer das keine Wünsche übrig ließ top Ausstattung und WiFi frei und funktionierte immer auch die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals muß ich sehr loben!Das Hotel wird von eienem Thai und seiner Frau geführt und er achtet sehr darauf das sich die Gäste wohlfühlen und das Hotel in einem sehr guten Zustand ist! leider ist es etwas abgelegen( ca.15 min Fußweg zur Secondroad ) Ich habe mir ein Roller gemietet so war ich ungebunden und brauchte kein 10 Baht Taxi! Werde das Hotel im September wieder buchen!
- Elias (6/5): Potentially great place. - This hotel would have been perfect if it wasn't for the noisy neighborhood and the construction site right across the street. It is a new place. The Premier room had with ample space for two people. Bathroom was ok with good hot water pressure. The queen size bed was comfortable. Plenty of closet space plus an LCD TV plus mini-fridge and the AC was more than adequate. Internet was ok for Thailand, only wi-fi and about 2 mbps download speed. However, some little touches were missing, for example, no hot water kettle(!), no tea/coffee packets and no hand/face towels, only 2 bath towels. The construction across the street went on from 7-8 am till 5pm, so you could get a nap only late afternoon. Of course forget about sleeping in late here but remember to bring ear-plugs. Ask for a room facing away from the street. There is a Family Mart right downstairs and it's a 5 min walk to Pattaya Klang (Central) Rd.
- Sandy (8/5): Economic Hotel half km away from sea beach - Good hotel for budget travelers. A little far away from the sea beach. You have to walk for 5 mins. However, the rent is only 350B standard room to 750B for the best ones. The small rooms are 20 sq m. The bigger ones are 36 sq meters. The smaller ones have Water Heater, AC, Refrigerators, King size bed. The smaller ones do not have AC or refrigerators. You can not see the sea from hotel. It is too far. From Bangkok airport, go to GATE-8. Catch a AC VOLVO bus to Pattaya (130B per head). Ask them you will go to WALKING STREET. The bus stop they drop you, the hotel is straight road, around 300m. Downside: They do not have any restaurant. You have to go outside to have any food. There is a big hotel within 50m. You can have breakfast / dinner / lunch over there for 199B per head. They do not have good power backup. On last day, there was a power failure. And there was no electricity or water for 4 hours.
