• Ali (9/5): The Hotel is in a very pleasant place and close to the City Center, just perfect. - The Room was very clean. As for the location of the Hotel, we could go to all the tourists spots just by walking since the area has many places of interest to visit, but also coffee shops and restaurants. There are also buses going to Touristic ans Shopping areas. We highly recommend. The bad part was that at some point we had to leave the place... :)

L'isolation extérieure est bonne, par contre on entend bien les voisins qui parlent fort et rentrent à toute heure.

Bien ubicado y comunicado, limpio y cómodo. - La habitación tenía muy buen tamaño, la cama y las almohadas muy cómodas, el baño estaba bastante nuevo y limpio, la ducha suficiente. Hay espacio para dejar la ropa y la maleta cómodamente. Hay cafetera con cápsulas, hervidor de agua, té, caramelos de chocolate... Te llenan una botella grande con agua del grifo y además te esperan botellas de agua en la nevera el primer día. Todos los días entran a limpiar (si no les indicas lo contrario), te cambian toallas y te ponen jaboncitos. La ubicación está bien, no está en el centro pero hay parada de metro y bus muy cerca. Repetiríamos. A veces algunos ocupantes de otros alojamientos del edificio se dejaban abiertas las puertas internas del ascensor (es un ascensor antiguo) y tocaba subir o bajar a pie. Sería interesante que en el check-in de todos los alojamientos recordaran a los turistas que lo hagan porque si no es un incordio para los demás. Por el resto, todo genial.

• Narea (2/5): Mala - No había desayuno , la ubicación buena La persona de recepción estaba al lado de mi habitación eso quitaba la privacidad en un 1000 % , no salía agua caliente de la ducha , tuvo que entrar el a arreglarla y cambiar la llave , privacidad 0 , el edificio antiguo el ascensor era problema para tomarlo se demoraba mucho y muy pequeño un par de veces tuvimos que subir por las escaleras , las fotos que enviaban mostraban que era como un café abajo pero el café es el edificio del lado , la entrada que muestras en la página no es la misma del edificio

Недалеко есть хороший магазины пар - Понравилось что Дестро находится прямо рядом с кафе где можно было рано утром попить кофе и скушать вкусный круассан. Также 20 минут до испанской лестницы понравилось место расположения удобно к центру. На фотографиях комната казалось больше и уютнее. Но в реальности комнатка оказалась очень маленькой, неудобные матрасы но было чисто, был неприятный запах на второй день с канализации. Администратор вежливо предложил убираться каждый день в комнате но так как место находится рядом с индийским посольством и весь персонал индусы не очень-то и хотелось чтобы кто-то за заходил в комнату когда не было никого.

• Vitaly (8/5): - Обычный бюджетный отель, скорее не отель, а мини-апартаменты. В целом это большая квартира которая поделена на комнаты с личной ванной в номере. Есть где-то потёртости, что-то отваливается, но это Римская старина :). Отличное расположение. Рядом много транспорта, 15 минут до Термини пешком. Позавтракать можно в кафе, которые находятся на первом этаже в этом же доме. Есть самостоятельный заезд в нерабочее время, если вы прилетаете поздно. Очень слабый напор горячей воды в душе. Перед использованием надо ждать пока потечёт хоть какая-то тёплая вода. Не сильный запах сырости в ванной комнате.

However, the hotel is quite basic, and the shower had a problem (the water wouldn’t heat up). I had to take cold showers for three days. Even after informing the reception, they were unable to fix the issue in time.

• Federico (7/5): - When the price cut in half for the promo, it felt like this should’ve been the norma price. Very kind staff. Level of maintenance was so and so and the bathroom tank was noisy during refill. Poor soundproofing and noisy minibar. Bathroom door and room door did not have enough sound proofing as well. The push emails to pay city tax in cash felt misleading. I lived in Rome for 5 years and it’s not like this. Luckily the gentleman made me pay upon arrival however I wanted to, and did not let the other guest pay as was resident in the city.

• Filip (9/5): - The main advantages are very friendly and helpfull staff, the rooms are very tidy and cleaned regularly, the hotel's location was very good. Splendid value to price ratio. The walls are quite thin and if you have noisy neighbours sometimes you can hear them. The rooms are not too big, but then again, it is enough for this price.

Zona tranquila pero algo alejada del centro La habitación era demasiado pequeña para 4 personas pero nos arreglamos. La ubicacion no estaba muy céntrica y lo más cercano era la plaza de España. A la vuelta por la noches el camino andando se hacia largo.

• martina (7/5): buon soggiorno a roma! - la posizione vicino a villa borghese, leggermente fuori dal centro storico ma permette di risparmiare soldi se si scende in macchina, in quanto i parcheggi vicini hanno prezzi inferiori rispetto a quelli piu centrali. L’accoglienza del receptionist che ci ha fatto sentire a casa, grazie anche al piccolo omaggio a capodanno. la stanza doppia era leggermente piccola, anche se curata nei dettagli in quanto veniva fornita di tutto cio che era necessario per il soggiorno (ciabatte, bagnoschiuma, cambio giornaliero delle salviette…). Consiglio di mettere l’antenna TV per facilitarne l’utilizzo e di cambiare gli infissi, in quanto si sentiva cio che succedeva al di fuori della camera.

• Elisabetta (4/5): Stanza piccola e angusta - La stanza era molto piccola con spazio insufficiente per mettere persone e valigie. Non ci sono spazi adeguati per un soggiorno di due adulti e un bambino. Il letto del bambino di 8 anni era a ridosso della porta dalla.quale sotto la stessa entrava la luce del corridoio che si accendeva quando passavano gli altri ospiti. Quindi durante la notte si vedeva nella stanza la luce molto spesso. Il bagno non adeguato mancava il bidet ma presentava una doccetta accanto al wc e mal funzionante. Pulizia buona così come buona la posizione. Il servizio navetta per l' aereoporto ad orario diurno era di 10 euro superiore rispetto alla tariffa normale del comune di Roma per lo stesso identico tragitto quindi non capisco come mai questa differenza per la stessa distanza (ovviamente parlo per averlo sperimentato personalmente).. Ritengo che il prezzo della stanza a notte non sia adeguato in relazione a quanto viene offerto. Avevo la sensazione di stare come dire in una stanza studenti mal arredata avendoci vissuto io per anni da studentessa. Il personale alla reception era presente la mattina dalle 10 in poi (almeno il giorno che eravamo presenti), ma il bancone dove stava il personale era attaccato alla porta della nostra stanza. (Le condizioni di privacy non sono rispettate). Ieri notte alle 9.30 il personale è entrato nella casa (perché si tratta di una sorta di mini appartamento con stanze) e si è messo serenamente a chiacchierare al telefono in vivavoce in lingua straniera e dopo essermi affacciata dalla porta della stanza perchè stavamo dormendo ha smesso di parlare. Penso sia sufficiente la descrizione. Mi dispiace ma ci sono rimasta male. Tutto

L’appartement est propre et bien entretenu, et il est situé dans un emplacement idéal. Nous avons pu visiter tous les monuments à pied, et il y a aussi un arrêt de bus pas loin, ce qui est très pratique. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

• Paulina (10/5): - I literally walked everywhere from the Vatican to the pyramid.. I'm not joking! perfect location! the service man was also nice and helpful and it was cleaned every day! there is no kitchen, but in Italy you should eat out :D
