• Amit (8/5): Happy & recommend - The resort is in a large hilly place with limited guests accommodation making it not even busy during the new year holidays. The rooms are spacious with a separate living room & a huge balcony with a lovely mountain view Since we are vegetarians there are limited options for breakfast & spending 3 nights were too long with not many activities around. Its a old property and need repairs atleast with tge bathroom shower & toilet spray

The staff were very professional, courteous and helpful. The staff arranged for a driver to pick us up at the hotel and drive us to Khao Yai for a day tour of the National Park.

• Bekir (8/5): Good base to visit Khao Yai NP in beautiful environment (crumbling at the corners) - Beautiful setup of the resort with a large tropical garden in a quiet and peaceful location near Khao Yai NP (if you have a car). During our (2 nights) stay, there were hardly any other guests so we felt a bit abandoned siiting by ourselves in the restaurant. First morning there was a huge buffet breakfast with quite some choice but the next morning the breakfast was minimal due to communication problems with the staff.
• Skylar (9/5): Absolutely worth the money! I will stay there again for sure - It was well maintained, even during low season. The restaurant was amazing! The bed was super comfortable and the AC worked very well. It is very amazing to just sit by the pool, or on the hotel deck and enjoy the quietness. The breakfast was ok, but during low season, you can expect to order from a la carte. But it’s all the same food as the breakfast buffet which we had on the Saturday when there were more guests.

• Bell (9/5): Superb - Surrounded by nature, mountains and fresh air were definitely a wonderful escape from the city. At first I tried to negotiate the price because my friend went to book a separate room but that wasn't possible so they upgraded me to Lake View room which was wonderful. I would love to take my family there as well since the facilities seem to be wheelchair-friendly too. We also requested halal/vegetarian options for breakfast. Since they didn't have halal, we ate just eggs and rice and bread and jam, which were enough anyway. The bathroom flush took some time, but otherwise, it was fine. The wooden floor creaks a bit, but since I was staying alone, it was alright. The location was slightly far from 7-11 (10 mins drive), and the hotel didn't have toothbrushes provided, so that was a slight inconvenience.

Location of property was 20 km from most places for our visit - from centre Pillows were too soft for comfort. Toilet flushing was an issue. Property was overpriced for condo converted to hotel. The view from our room was the construction equipment yard - not as described "country View"

I enjoyed the breakfast, rice, egg station, coffee, cereals and yoghurt etc. Second time staying here. Beautiful grounds. Near to winery if driving. Absolutely loved it! WiFi was good. Could stream Netflix to the tv easily. Nothing I can think of.

• Michiel (9/5): Beautiful resort with some downsides - Great spacious room, outdoor pool and nice stay to enjoy Khao Yai park. Peaceful place! Helpful staff. restaurant is great, breakfast as well as lunch / dinner we enjoyed a lot. Sewage smell in our room, they could not fix it but only give an air freshener. We had this for multiple days. It must be known to the staff for a longer time. Also you have to search towels for the swimming pool yourself. Reception merely speaks English but google translate helps.
• Prapimphan (6/5): 3 star hotel without hot water - The hotel has a pretty compound and the room was spacious, with microwavw and utencils. Having a restaurant onsite is alsonuseful. However, the room itself is not as nice as in the photos and the lake is smaller than in the photos on booking.com. Overall, it is more like a 3 stars hotel. It is a shame because the lake and garden bit is very nice and the room is quite big and mostly comfortable. The hot water system is very erratic and the water pressure in the shower is very bad. We often had to take cold showers. We asked them to fix it but they couldnt really make it any better. The maid also wouldnt clean the room if you dont put up a sign in front of your room before 2 pm, and nobody told us that at check in. When she did clean the room, she didnt give us new towels. The glass on the sliding doors also looked dirty as if they havent been cleaned for ages. Other problems include aircon that is much too powerful and cold in the bedroom, and the toilet seat that is smaller than the actual toilet, which was quite gross. There is also a construc5ion site opposite the hotel, which can sometimes be noisy. Oh, and the staff never says sorry for any of the problems we encountered. They just simply dont care.
