Is our 4 or 5 time in the same place , because we just to love the location and the space inside the property The facilities were change a lot in the last years. The elevator was out of service. The restaurant just have pizza. The pool don’t have good facilities.

- Chimango (10/5): Home away from home 10 minutes from Disney! - Only 10 minutes away from Disney. A home away from home, but with high hotel standards of service, amenities and cleanliness. What we loved: - a large and fully functioning and kitted kitchen with seating; - the property was spacious, with large self-contained bedrooms with good closet space which is something we always struggle with in long-stay accommodation . - Target, Walmart, Publix and restaurants were all 5 minute drive away. - a cleaning service offered for a fee - a club house with restaurant and very nice pool which we didn’t use though because it wasn’t so hot being December. We also got to see what we are sure were Disney New Years Eve fireworks from our Balcony. What a treat! Absolutely nothing! It was perfect. The cleaning service was a but pricey, but worth it. We used it mid-stay and the house was spotless with fresh towels and bedsheets.

- annao07 (6/5): Meh - This property is not what we thought it would be. When researching this property online, some people describe it as a “resort”, and others refer to the property as “luxurious 3- and 4- bedroom townhomes with full concierge services in a gated resort community.” I wish it had been either of those. There is no vacation vibe associated with this place. It felt like we were staying in an apartment complex. Some units clearly had people permanently living there as a lot of units had Christmas decorations, lights hanging from the balcony and Ring cameras installed. Our unit had a run-down, outdated feel to it with ripped screens, dirty windows and a very blah-looking interior. The living room furniture was old and worn, and the TV channel selection was abysmal. We had plumbing issues: no hot water would come out of a couple of the sinks, toilets had very weak pressure to flush, and our freezer was leaking onto the kitchen floor. Although there is a gate to enter the property, there is no security here. The exit side is always open. One night on our way in, we saw two individuals get dropped off and just walk through the open exit side. A few positives: the kitchen appliances were newer and nice, the unit was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the people in the clubhouse/lobby were polite and helpful and maintenance responded in a timely manner to our plumbing problems. It is located close to Disney parks and easy to get to grocery stores.

- Lavern (8/5): The property was of an exeptional standard, safe and it felt like home, a welcome pack would be nice - The complex was maintained to a high standard, the condo was clean and very spacious with comfort in mind. The rooms were of excellent size bright and airy The kitchen lacked equipment somewhat and unlike other stays given the prcie there was nothing in the property apart from a 50ml bottle of washing up liquid and kitchen paper. It would have been nice to have had a few basics as we had no idea where shops were and we arrived tired. The property isnt cheap to rent. Some of the additional charges seemed excessive, leaving anytime after 10 had a charge, leaving the bin in the house, not cleaning the barbaque, the list went on. We did pay for the house keeper so this was somewhat harse

Pool is lovely. Hot tub awesome. Kitchen isn’t very well stocked. Struggled when making food at home. Minimal cooking utensils and serving dishes etc.

- GarySX (10/5): Great resort close to Disney - We had a 4 bedroom villa which easily accommodated 7 of us. The villa is spacious and well equipped and was exactly as the website's walkthrough. Our villa was at the front of the resort (7662) and despite being close to the road there was very little noise and no one had any issues being disturbed at night. Parking was not an issue even though we had two cars, there was a dedicated parking space out front and several unallocated places next to it. The location is excellent for the Disney parks with all of them easily within a 15=20 min drive (Universal is approx. 30-40 mins depending on the I4 roadworks). The kitchen was well equipped and used frequently for quick breakfasts. The laundry room was a god-send (great from returning from water parks and beach days). A small bottle of washing up liquid and a sachet for the washing machine are provided. Our only recommendations for the resort to consider are; Provide a mop for any spillages on the tiled floor (only a vacuum and broom were present) An additional tea towel would be handy (1 towel isn't sufficient). Also note there were no plugs for the sink in the kitchen and the laundry room. Other than those minor issues I would highly recommend this resort and would certainly return. The staff we encountered were friendly and willing to help with any questions or enquiries we had.

- Starlett marie (4/5): - The setup is great! Everyone has their own rooms & bathroom. There’s a laundry room in the condo which is wonderful. But we had more negatives than positives. The main gate to get into the property you need a code or you press a button to get ahold of the receptionist. So we called a few times NO answer. Finally an older man came out I’m guessing security to open it for us & directed us to the reception. She told us due to maintenance issues their working on it.I was told we would have a private hot tub on our patio. We did not. I even called to verify with the property the day before. It did not have any essentials that other places had. Like salt & pepper. The extra blankets in the closet needed to be cleaned before using they were folded with nasty stuff on them. The hanging lights in the center of living room has con webs and dust so thick they looked like they’ve never been cleaned! Some TVs had a few channels a couple TVs had options for you to sign into your apps like Netflix … the master upstairs didn’t have the option and had only news channels. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The only option I had to clean with was a dirty broom that looks as if it was used on the patio. To be swept & a vacuum that did not suck it just would spread the dirt all over the place. Also we tried the pool one time and couldn’t get into the side gates so we went into the reception area and they said due to maintenance issues it Dosent work.

Pool area was beautiful, fully stocked kitchen area if you choose to cook. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Stove and microwave breaker kept turning off. Restaurant inside resort is all you can eat buffet style but on the more expensive side.
- Linda (8/5): - Property is ok, not great not terrible. Location is good for the parks. Very little English spoken so communication was sometimes difficult. We had 3 issues in our room but someone came and fixed all 3. There are literally no amenities. You get 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 paper towel, 1 soap for dish washer, etc then you're on your own. We were charged some fees at checkin that were in the fine print and not in the balance shown on confirmation, never a good feeling. There is no shade at the pool area at all, some umbrellas are needed. I didn't know anything about the VIP but we did not receive any benefits from this.

- senna109 (6/5): Great for what we wanted - We wanted to be near to Disney and this venue was perfect for us as all the parcs were easy drives though the US 192 is a busy road. We were a family of six(6) so having a 3 bed condo was perfect. All our rooms were en suites, and if you wanted to cook Wal mart is about a 10 minute drive for your shopping needs. We also had an outside bbq and hot tub. There are parts that could do with repair such as broken floor tiles, and the umbrella’s at the pool need replacing as they are broken. We had an issue with the fridge freezer having a leak so not sure if they did look at the issue as we had the problem for a couple of days before it stopped There is no bar by the pool and we couldn’t see anywhere we could order food which would have be a positive. Plenty of places to eat within a 5 minute drive. I can only comment it met our needs but it’s not cheap for what you get, would we return ? That’s another question.
