• Silvia ruth (10/5): Relaxing while in the center of the city. - Nothing beat the silence in the room 412, no noise could be heard. Excellent acoustic isolation. The sunset view from the room was fantastic. Everything was spark clean. The front desk personnel were always friendly and helpful. The long, not decorated corridors. I suffer for the plants lacking of water at the reception area.

The breakfast items that were supposed to be hot were mostly cold and many items were finished only midway through the breakfast service.

• Desmond (9/5): Topkeuze - Mooi appartement met eigen keuken en bad vlak tegenover de Bijenkorf. Veel relaxter dan dit wordt het niet. Ik heb hier meerdere keren overnacht, bij een van de kamers lekte de regendouche. Dat hebben ze de volgende dag gemaakt.

• Janene (10/5): Exceptional property for longer stays and large groups - This is an excellent location, adjacent to de Passage, a short walk to Central, Noordeinde and other sights. We were there during holidays, so the Grote maarktstraat was quite busy and noisy in the evenings. Albert Heijn is directly across the street for groceries. Fantastic lobby space for gathering at the end of the day. Nice views of Centrum from our windows. Large refrigerators in all of our rooms. Very nice staff who accomodated our requests. We were a large group with 5 rooms for 10 days. There weren’t enough bath towels or toilet paper provided for our length of stay. We appreciated the laundry facilities, but had to buy our own detergent. It wasnt clear how we should request housekeeping services in our room.

The room was large and equipped with all the modern amenities and nice toiletries. The shower was large and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was limited, but had all the basics one would look for. The room is with the kitchen facility including kettle, cook, microwave and fridge which are convenient. The shower and bathroom is quite big and there is a toilet room too. The breakfast is so simple but the price is a little bit too pricy so we decided not to have breakfast at the hotel

• Boris (7/5): - Review of – Cove Centrum, The Hague I have stayed at this hotel four times over the past three years. My family and I often come to The Hague to visit friends, and Cove Centrum has usually met our expectations, which is why we keep returning. Overall, the location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient. It plays a big role in making our trips to The Hague enjoyable and comfortable. However, during our most recent stay, our experience was not as positive as before. We arrived with our 7‑year‑old granddaughter and politely asked if early check-in around 1:00 pm was possible. Unfortunately, the request was declined in a very cold and unwelcoming manner. In previous years, the reception staff were much more accommodating, so this felt disappointing. We also noticed some changes in services. The hotel used to offer free coffee, but this is no longer available after 10:00 am unless you pay. Additionally, the breakfast is quite expensive, and, in our opinion, the quality does not match the price. Despite these issues, the hotel’s location remains perfect, and that made our visit to The Hague satisfying overall. I hope the service and small amenities can improve in the future, as this has always been a place we enjoyed returning to.

Aneks kuchenny z lodówką, zamrażalnikiem, zmywarką i płytą. Wszystkie potrzebne naczynia są dostępne. Przy otwartych oknach słychać hałas, natomiast po zamknięciu ich jest naprawdę cicho - świetne wyciszenie. Jest klimatyzacja.

• Monica (4/5): Disappointing experience. - The location at Cove Centrum is very good, close to the main points of interest. Unfortunately, the experience was affected by the lack of cleanliness. The room was not cleaned at all during my 6-day stay. I understand that housekeeping is provided once a week, which basically means after 7 days—but for a shorter stay, this is completely insufficient. Although there was a small broom in the room, it’s not realistic to handle the cleaning yourself. In addition, the price paid is not justified for the services provided. If I had known these details in advance, I would not have chosen this location.

Great room with comfortable bed, good internet, and friendly staff. What's not to like about COVE. Only thing I was missing was a treadmill in the gym. But other then that no complaints.
• Benjamin (3/5): After my first review, management replied with a polite message full of standard apologies and vague promises to “review - The hotel is well located and the rooms are nicely conceived, modern and comfortable After spending a second night at this property (for the change in the schedule of the open day at university of my daughter), my initial disappointment was sadly reinforced. The hotel’s design and location remain appealing, but the management’s attitude continues to cast a shadow over the stay. When circumstances forced us to request a date adjustment — due to a change in my daughter’s university schedule — the manager insisted on lecturing us about the “nonrefundable” booking terms. It was a surprisingly condescending exchange, especially since I’m an experienced Booking.com customer well aware of those conditions. We weren’t asking to cancel, only to swap dates with another reservation already made within the same booking framework. Another Amsterdam hotel had no trouble accepting the same kind of change with grace and understanding, but here, empathy seemed nonexistent. Even Booking.com’s intervention didn’t help — the property stood behind its rigid interpretation of rules and “legalities.” The lack of warmth and dialogue was disappointing, transforming what could have been a pleasant stay into a frustrating experience. As the second night ended, the feeling remained that hospitality was not the priority — procedure was.
• Benjamin (3/5): A disappointing stay marked by rigid management and a lack of empathy, despite the hotel’s good location and well-design - The hotel is well located and the rooms are nicely conceived, modern, and comfortable. However, our experience was disappointing due to the management’s total lack of flexibility and commercial understanding. We had to change our dates because of a university schedule change, and while another Amsterdam hotel kindly accommodated us despite restrictive booking terms, this property refused any adjustment, citing “legal conditions” rather than showing the slightest empathy or willingness to help. The result was two overlapping reservations and unnecessary expense. Communication with the staff was cold and dismissive, leaving a very negative impression. For a property of this standing, we expected professionalism and a human touch — not rigid policies and disregard for guests. Sadly, this experience overshadowed the otherwise good location and design.
