Very clean, good breakfast, nice amenities Our room is located at the back and we can hear the trains the whole day and night. There is no air conditioning maybe because the weather is still cold but the room temperature was suffocating unless you open a window but then the train sounds are louder.

The ability to easily access the train/metro station (AK Plaza) and local buses enabled effective access to, from, and around the city. The layout of the room along with the decor of the hotel provided a calming experience while catering those with physical concerns. As I have a limp and need to walk with a cane, I was able to move about my room and bathroom without issues.

Modern fittings and comfort. Breakfast was excellent with wide range buffet and attentive friendly staff. Would definitely stay again short or long duration. Less than 5 min walk to trains buses and shopping center within same complex. Famous Starfeild multilevel library and shopping center on train stop away.

Dall'altra parte della strada si trova la fermata del bus che va diretto all'aeroporto di Incheon in circa 75-80,minuti (costo 15000 won). Noi siamo andati con UBER, abbiamo impiegato 50 minuti e speso 55000 won. Camera di buone dimensioni,ben insonorizzata, confortevole,con tanti appoggi,frigobar,bollitore e molti altri accessori. molto bello il bagno con doccia separata ed un phon eccezionale. Materasso e cuscini comodi. Per via del costo esagerato (44000 won a testa) non abbiamo usufruito della colazione. L'illuminazione della stanza potrebbe essere migliore,cosi come la pulizia. Abbiamo trovato molti peli e capelli sia sul pavimento che sul letto,da un hotel di questa categoria e prezzo ci si aspetta molto di più.

Stancin (7/5): Convenient overnight stop in exciting Suwon. - Location. Lots to do and see day and night. Convenience to metro stations, shopping malls, food courts, rodeo street. Even with a train, the room was quiet. Comfortable bed, pillows, and linens. Friendly and nice staff. Kettle and instant coffee and tea in the room. Huge TV but I didn't watch it. Soft, cozy and plush towels and robe. 7/11 and massage chairs in hallway. Global ATM and wow card machines in hallway (floor 2). The toilet had a very bad smell, like old urine. It got worse when I used the bidet washlet/dryer. Bed mattress, old, I could feel the springs in my back. I was only one night, so I didn't fuss. I'm sure the staff would have addressed it but I was too tired and needed to sleep and not change rooms. Weird they charge you for tooth brush in the mini bar, better to get one from the 7/11? For the price and seeming upscale hotel, I don't understand why they would charge for a toiletry that is typically included. Soaps in the shower were cheap, heavily scented, and harsh.

Ronald (9/5): Een uitstekend hotel dat juist de kleine dingen (ook) goed doet - Het is een echt hotel, waar alles gewoon klopt. Behulpzaam personeel, prima ontbijt, goede kamer. Geen rare, onbegrijpelijke gadgets. De locatie is prima. Juist de kleine dingen zijn belangrijk; een haakje hier, een stopcontact daar. Eigenlijk niet veel. Suwon Station is een enorm doolhof, maar daar kan het hotel niks aan doen. En het was ook wel weer een uitdaging om de goede roltrap of doorgang te vinden.

AmandaC328 (8/5): - Recently stayed at Suwon Novotel and it is an ideal positioned hotel near large shopping malls, many restaurants and on the doorstep of Suwon station so very convenient and resasonably priced. Very comfortable stay good varied breakfast and evening buffet. Would definitely stay again if I return to Suwon.

Bimstein (10/5): Magnificent! - Breakfast buffet was beyond belief! Incredible number of offerings, well-prepared and laid out. Front desk was very friendly and helped me with a number of things like directions etc.

donguk (8/5): - 조식은 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 유아용 침대도 받을 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 다만 호텔의 등급이 높지만, 제공되는 유아용 침대는 쇠창살 같은것으로 만들어진 침대였습니다. 4성급 호텔이면 좀 더 고급스러운 유아용 침대를 제공하는 것도 좋을 것 같습니다. 또 한가지 첨언하자면 위치상 차량으로 들어가는 주차장의 입구가 찾기가 다소 어렵습니다. 특히 고등동에서 넘어올 때 주차장 입구가 좀 더 명확히 보여지면 좋겠습니다. 시설과 음식 모두 만족스러웠습니다.
