Die Einrichtung ist ziemlich einfach und wie in unserem Zimmer recht abgewohnt. Für eine Nacht geht das in Ordnung. Die Lage war sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich.
• Michael (4/5): - Very disappointing. Room size was very small, the AC and refrigerators didn't work, and nobody at front desk on weekends after 6 PM. Upon checkout, we notified the staff of the AC and fridge problems. We were told that the rooms don't actually have AC but have "Air Cooling" which is designed to keep the room 2 degrees cooler than outside. In reality, the room was about 10 degrees warmer than the outside temp.

• Eva (8/5): - The units and the common areas are very clean. The rooms and the bathrooms are large but Spartan. For a room this size, there is barely any furniture, no shelves, no hooks, and only two tiny hooks in the bathroom. However, the apartments are fully equipped with everything one needs to make a meal. The breakfast area is small and is right next to the reception and guests drag their luggage right next to the tables; the breakfast offerings are more than adequate and varied. The communications are poor: not one of my messages was ever answered, and the reception personnel was brash. The AC was not really functioning and when I complained, I was told that "this is not America". The location of the hotel is very close to all the main attractions and the building has limited parking in the basement, a huge advantage.

• Margaret (10/5): Great deal in Nancy - This is an ideal spot for budget travel. It's clean and comfortable and provides many amenities including on-site parking and laundry facilities. The breakfast is a great deal with many options. The location is perfect for travelers with many sites and the train station within walking distance. There is private outdoor seating, and the location is very secure. Grocery stores nearby so you can prepare meals with the kitchenette amenities.

Leider war zu dieser Zeit bei der Durchquerung des Erdgeschosses ein starker Uringeruch (vermutlich ein Leitungsproblem) wahrzunehmen. Das Frühstücksangebot war in Ordnung, zu bemängeln war allerdings, dass das Gerät, mit dem die Frühstückseier erhitzt werden sollten, nur lauwarme Temperatur erreichte - und somit ungeeignet zur Zubereitung war.

Un peu compliqué en ce moment pour décharger la voiture en raison de gros travaux dans la rue mais l’hôtel n’y est pour rien. Petit déjeuner simple mais suffisant.

• marc (10/5): Top Hotel zum günstigsten Preis - Top Hotel. Freundlicher Empfang, großes Zimmer mit großem Bad und kleiner Küchenzeile, darin ein großer Kühlschrank. Klimaanlage. Zimmer, Bad, das gesamte Gebäude top gepflegt. Ich komme viel rum und bin wirklich anspruchsvoll - hier stimmt alles! Parken für 15€/24h in der Hotelgarage oder um die Straßenecke auf einem großen öffentlichen Parkplatz. Kostenfrei von 18-10 Uhr, das haben wir genutzt. Das Hotel liegt zentral; zur Place Stanislas läuft man gute 5 Minuten.

• CRISTINA (4/5): Décevant - Arrivée 15 min avant l’ouverture de l’accueil, handicapée,je ne pouvais pas tenir debout et impossibilité pour s’asseoir,très mauvais temps, équipe surplace qui prenait le café -sécurité et une certaine Anais qui ont refusé de m’ouvrir la porte en plus insulté carrément après (venue plusieurs fois et jamais de problème) mais d’après elle j’étais odieuse même si le personnel n’a rien dit auparavant.c’est déjà une non-assistance aux personnes en danger,pour l’accueil des clients dans un hôtel on ne parle pas…

Le quartier environnant, moderne est très calme avec des magasins à proximité. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking (mais pas de possibilité de réserver en ligne en même temps dommage), il existe également des parkings à proximité. L'accueil a été très professionnel, rapide et efficace. La chambre est conforme au descriptif, rien à redire. Un très bon emplacement pour effectuer une visite de quelques jours à Nancy.

• charles (8/5): Great base to explore Nancy - Once we got in the apartment we as comfortable and spacious. The location is excellent and is 5 mins walk to Stanislas Square. The town is very petty and this hotel offers a great place to explore it. The breakfast was also nice.

The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to walk and see the center- just a few minutes from the Stanislas plaza and the largest park in Nancy - Pepiniere park. The only downside was that there is no parking in the hotel. However, next to it you can find a good-sized open space public parking (paid) along the river.

Beautiful modern building with original design, oval windows, a combination of a luxury boat and a space ship. Very clean, comfortable, excellent service and food (soft boiled eggs that you boil yourself, yummy baguette, and more!).

After hours you’ll need a code to get in. Process clear and secure but need to reach out to hotel first. A bit outside center but easily accessible from highway. Closest parking at 200 meters. Tram passes by in front of hotel and is pedestrian only area. Recommendable.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Spacious apartment - Due to a late arrival I telephoned to say we would not be there before 6pm. I was told that an email would be sent to my friend who had this app on his phone. The lady who took the details down for the email address was unable to understand what was required and even after two phone calls we did not get the instructions regarding entry so took sometime to get it sorted When we arrived the man I spoke to regarding the instructions could not understand what I was asking for. However we did eventually work the system out.
• Vic (6/5): - Clean, modern, good location, poor temperature controls for the room, check in was problematic due to no staffers around 12:00 to 14:00 for travellers arriving with baggage from transportation providers who don't have arrival times suitablely convenient for the hotel reception staffers. We will in future look for transportation more accommodating for hotel staff convenience.
• Alison Hope (10/5): Clean, modern accommodation - This was one of the best places I’ve stayed while traveling—immaculately clean, bright and modern, lots of attention paid to information and signage. Highly recommend. Only downside (if it matters to you) is that there is no 24/7 reception.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Spacious room perfect location - There were three of us me, my husband and teenage son so apartment was goo that it had a separate room for son to sleep in on a big double sofa bed, he loved it with his own TV which he made use of by plugging in his switch to play games. Would definitely stay again

• Rob (10/5): Clean and Professional in Central Location - I stayed here for a week for work and found it to be exactly as described. The rooms and hotel are very modern, clean and professional, and the kitchen has everything you need: large fridge, crockery, cutlery, coffee machine. The bathrooms are large and clean and the windows have plenty of natural light. The building itself is very modern and has a slightly odd metallic, curvaceous design that is perhaps supposed to reflect Nancy's art nouveau heritage. In any case the location is excellent. It is very central: you can walk from the railway station in about 20 minutes, or there is a direct tram line door-to-door. You have plenty of supermarkets and restaurants within a 10-minute walk including a Carrefour Express pretty much next-door. You can get to the beautiful and historic Place Stanislas for a drink on the square in only a few minutes. I found that the small circular dining table and stiff chairs was not ideal for working at. You can fit a laptop or two people dining in close quarters, but not much more than that. I am also not sure why they built the hotel with such large bathrooms, when they could have devoted more of that space to the living area. All in all, an excellent aparthotel that does everything you need in a great location. At the price I paid the value for money was incredible.

• Zak (10/5): Clean, comfortable and convenient - Located in a quiet area, the room we had was large, clean, comfortable with good facilities. The whole complex looks new. We had the flexibility of cooking in the room or eating out. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Located a few minutes' walk from a supermarket and a nice walk by the river and yet it was close enough to the town centre too.

• Malc (8/5): Clean and spacious - Very comfortable with secure parking too - make sure you book parking.... The only thing holding back from 5 stars is they do not supply mugs. This is odd because they supply a nice coffee machine but nothing in which to drink it.
• Audrey (8/5): Simple aparthotel, particularly good for long stay - This place has no bells or whistles, but it is brand new, clean and functional. The windows are quirky which makes it easy to spot the hotel from further away. The rooms have mini-kitchens which are great for longer stays or for a place to keep milk for breakfast. There is no stove, so cooking is limited, but I made pasta one night... The room was a good size and there was space to unpack. There is a small table for eating/working and a corner table with phone. The bathroom was generously sized and the shower was large and clean. Limited supplies (no tissues, for instance) but ok. The front desk is not open at all times, so pay attention, but they are helpful enough. There is a laundry room with coin operated machines and an ironing board, which can be useful again for longer stays. The rooms and hotel are accessed by a number code rather than a card - I found this convenient, but you do have to remember it or carry the card with the code on it. When the reception isn't open, you enter the hotel courtyard through a side gate - this is a little awkward at present because the side court is under construction, but otherwise fine.
• David (10/5): Excellent apartment type hotel - Completely new apartment type hotel, close to tram stop for easy access to town centre and station. Spotlessly clean with very good self-catering facilities. Staff delightful and extremely helpful. We were very happy with our stay. Only one small negative: if there is any danger of your arriving late, make sure you contact the hotel first to ask for an entry code to the side entrance, otherwise you will be stuck as reception will be unmanned. They responded quickly to an e-mail.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Very spacious, clean & central location - Very pleasant stay. Good quality self catering facilities. Only gripe is they supply a coffee machine but no mugs/cups.
• Richard (8/5): A great base for visiting Nancy - A very modern set up with minimal services but efficient at what it does. The apartment was great when one party snores as there are effectively 2 rooms! Kitchen well equipped but bafflingly no cups or mugs. We chose to mainly eat out as many Restaurants nearby. Nice ambient temperature at all times as outside was cold. Bed comfortable and nice shower room. The best bit is its central location to Stanislas Square and close to L'Autre Canal where we had booked a concert.
• Roman + Laurie (10/5): thumbs up - No-nonsense, comfortable, well situated, well appointed, clean, quiet. friendly staff, great bed, good night sleep. Street parking was not a problem for us. We liked it.
• Sang Hoon (10/5): Great for family - We stayed one night on the way to Paris. It's clean & spacious hotel. Our room has kitchen. Very nice. Strongly recommending to Family.
• Celine (8/5): Get Ready for Fort Knox (you'll understand later) - First off, the entrance to the hotel is not on a street and there is no signage to indicate where it is. There is no place to park to check in also. The place is like Fort Knox - you feel secure but it is like trying to get in and out of CIA Headquarters. Excellent facilities (brand new) and WIFI worked well (not like Adagio in Dijon where it sucked). Front desk was good as he let us check in about 1.5 hours early (not like Dijon where we couldn't get in until 3 PM). Incidentally, we have had literally hundreds of hotels stays in 11 years of retirement/travelling and only were held out 3 times (including Dijon). Overall, we were happy with the place.
• Peter (8/5): Good enough for the price - Right next to shuttle bus stop if coming from Lux airport. 20 min walk to the train station on the other side of downtown. Half that to the main square. Two nice parks close by. Customer service lacking. Kitchenette useful. Didn't have the breakfast but found a good place in town instead.
• Muhammad (2/5): The most stupid reception - Do not book online for this hotel as they will add much more extra charges when you check-in. The most stupid and arrogant reception i have ever seen. The FAT manager was so rude and dis-obedient as he feel like a boss commanding to there employees.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Access codes problematic - Parking expensive, but essential. No on the street alternatives. No keys provided, only codes. No staff after 9 PM, so when building access code did not work in pouring rain at 10 PM, we had to enter through garage, a bit dangerous since there was no pedestrian walkway. Room adequate.
• Tammi (8/5): Spacious, good for independent travelers - This spacious and well situated aparthotel was a nice surprise after several days in cramped quarters in Paris. Travelers should be aware that the front desk is only staffed during very limited hours, and you will need an access code to enter after hours. This could easily have been a disaster for international travelers without wifi if not forewarned. Once inside, everything was fine.
• Janet (10/5): My new home - Space age studio. Just wonderful. and self service laundry, something we needed.
• Elspee (10/5): Just so easy! - Brand new aparthotel, 5 minutes walk from Place Stanislas and on tramway. Very modern, brand new probably, v cool architecture, clean, well organised. We're a family of 4 and booked a one bedroom apartment. The beds were made up ready for all of us and it was spotless. Check in was easy (closes 9pm though) and everything is opened by codes (room, gate, car park). Rooms have aircon, kitchenette with fridge, microwave and hob. Washing up liquid, sponge and tea towel also provided as is shower gel. If you want to use the car park, book in advance (10 euro), but there's a public car park at the rear (free Sunday, public holidays and after 7pm). Breakfast is good value at 9euro, kids free until 11yrs. It's a buffet, v good quality. Pay in advance and just leave The hotel when you're done as there's no key. Perfect! I'll be searching this chain out again, really couldn't fault them.
