- Lisa (6/5): - We travel a lot, and try to get the best for the price. Quality Inn in West Helena did not meet our expectations. We had to move rooms because the light in the bathroom did not work. The pool was unsightly and out of order during the summer. The gym was out of order. There was no hot food option besides a waffle machine.
- Marie (10/5): Good Stay - change your Breakfast title on adv - Clean Room, and the staff was pleasant. When looking for hotel it did say Full Breakfast instead of Continental Breakfast, but it wasn't a full breakfast as I call it.
- Leroy (4/5): - The room was clean and the renovation was nice, but we didn't have a remote for the tv and the phone didn't work. This was reported to the front desk after checking in, and again to housekeeping. Both said they'd get it taken care of,but nothingwas done. Luckily I didn't want to swim, because the pool still needs repairing. Not as advertised. Price wasn't bad for a weekend stay, but make sure everything works on a room (103), before handing the keys to someone.
- Robyn (2/5): - Quality Inn Suites West Memphis AR) is lacking in multiple areas. The rating online for this hotel is obviously false when you check in. I picked this hotel based primarily on the location and the swimming pool. The pool hasnt been maintained in....a very long time. Our room had 2 beds- both had random pieces of dirt in the sheets. The plumbing definitely needs an upgrade. The sink had hair in it (not any of our party). But, the best part is when the front desk person gave someone?? a key card to our room in which they tried to enter at about 558 am- unsuccessfully.I grabbed the room phone to call the front desk and it was Dead. No Dial Tone. No Service. I had to call the hotels.com representative to get a direct line to the front desk. Front desk person answers- I explain what happened and I believe she was sincere when she said"Oh
- Meyoun (10/5): - I’ve stayed there before and everything was awsome but yesterday when I arrived the customer service was terrible no smiling didn’t greet me she act like she was ready to go all around rude but overall my stay was amazing as always

Ran out and had to use kleenex. Room was dirty. Someone (not local) needs to do popups and check room. 6 hour drive and stay was unsatisfactory.

The toilets are old and the toilets are for children needs to be upgraded. I really would like to have a refund the staff did not knock on my door, put the key in and came in our room as we were laying on the bed. I want a refund.
- Paul (6/5): - The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were organized very well but the maintenance was not good at all. Entrance door to the room, the lock was loose and one of the sinks in the room was broken. It was supposed to be a handicapped room but no removal shower head or grab bars so it wasnt really a handicapped room. The bathroom had mold everywhere. The TV remote was missing and the clerk at the desk had problems finding one that worked with batteries. Did have a nice entry and breakfast area. Housekeeping was great. It was hotel management that was bad.
- Debra (8/5): Better than expected! - The appearance of the building was concerning but it was overlooked due to the buildings age. Thankfully the inside was clean and up to par. The ac unit worked exceptionally well and moreover the staff was courteous and helpful. While the pool was closed, the continental breakfast was inviting. The only reason I didn't give the hotel 5 stars is because their continental breakfast was meatless thus prompting me to seek breakfast elsewhere. I look forward to utilizing their accommodations in the future. It's no Hilton or grandiose hotel but for the price, it was worth it especially being close to restaurants and shopping.
- Sandra (2/5): - Drove 7 hours to this hotel because we wanted a swimming pool. Upon arrival the pool was closed for the season. Clerk said it needed to be painted but it looked fine to me. The mirrors in the room and the tv screen were filthy. Not only were they filthy someone had wet their finger to put crosses on the mirrors. The tv had internet problems that went in and out often. We called the front desk and the desk clerk complained that the smart tv's were a stupid addition to the hotel. He preferred the old analog tv's! There were no cell phone/USB hookups. The bathtub was very slippery and had no rails. To continue my shower I had to grab a bath towels from the rock and put it in the tub to keep from falling. The ice machine in our building didn't work. Had to go to another building to get ice. The washing machine was $2.50 and the machine kept asking for more quarters. The quarters were kept getting stuck and the clerk was not able to help us. The smoke alarm in the laundry room (2 doors down from our hotel room) kept beeping. The staff were unprofessional. The night clerk complained about his low wages and how bad things were there. The day clerk didn't even speak to me or acknowledge my complaint about the mirrors. Unfortunately, due to a car problem we had to stay for 2 nights. Needless to say, we didn't eat breakfast there!

- Tee Tee (4/5): Got a queen for a King price - The front desk person took along time checking me in. I paid for a king room but she told me there were only queens left. There were no cars in the parking lot so I don’t know why there were no king rooms. The hotel is old and our room was run down. The fake leather on the chair was peeling off. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

The front desk staff were very nice, and happily gave us a late check out. Limited dining options (mostly fast food), but there was a little bakery a half mile down the road that was a great breakfast choice.

She got me checked in, I noticed a bunch of work trucks so fellows must stay here that are working on outside jobs? The brown carpets couldn't hide the dirt & dead spiders (at least they were dead). The carpet was so dirty that I noticed that the bottom of my feet were getting soiled so I had to wash then wear my shoes inside. The pool was drained and breakfast had some choices but nothing to rave about. This hotel needs a complete cleaning & paint job. Decent local, just outside of town.

- Audrey (2/5): Roach hotel - My cousin suggested this hotel because she thought they were clean. I was truly disappointed in the room we received. We traveled from Arizona to attend my couain funeral. First night in the room i opened the fridge and there were roaches dead and alive in the fridge. In the bathroom the bathtub was dirty, dead roaches on the floor. The next morning we ran into the maintenance man and he informed us that the rooms were not aupposed to be rented out because the rooms needed work. He was nice enough to come to my room and spray but the TV was still broken. When we asked Anita at the front desk what she can do and whybwould ahe rent the rooms out if they werent auppossd to be rented out all she said was call the manager tomorrow. Anita is working in hospitality I would expected a little more professionalism and compassion. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Talked to Anita at the front desk and she said she couldn't do anything about it and the manager waa on vacation until Monday. Talked to the maintenance guy the next day and he said our room shouldn't have been rented out due to it needing repairs and cause of the roacgrs. He did temporarily fix the toilet but we had to still hear the running warer thru the niggt. We traveled from Arizona and it hurt me to my soyl that I had to stay in a place like that for 2 days. I give this property a. 5 out of 5 rating

- Christina (6/5): No other options - We arrived at night and checked in our room. We started showering and noticed the water wasn’t draining in the tub. We had to delay our showers due to maintenance not being available until the next morning. We had a family of 4 and were only give 3 towels initially. When we asked for more towels we were told we had to return towels before we could get more. I had to help them understand that we weren’t given the right amount of towels initially and then the lady got an attitude instead of trying to understand my frustration…this hotels charges way more than it’s actually worth.

- Regina (6/5): - There was mold on the ceiling over the shower and the water continually ran from the spout ,I could not turn it off. There was a basketball sized stain on the carpet.
- dinah (2/5): - My stay was horrible. The room wreaked of nasty odors and so much smoke. I asked several times about moving to another room and they just offered me some room spray.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - The front desk receptionist Keigan was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the coverings in the bed felt wet upon sleeping in the bed. One bed comforter smelled of tobacco. The bugs in the room made the night uncomfortable. The morning staff was kind and the to go breakfast was a hit. The room was a little pricey for the type of hotel (outside door entrance). But I know it’s a small town and there are not many hotels to choose from.

- Erin (4/5): Ants - I had to move rooms because the first room smelled of mold. The second room smelled much better but had a laminate floor and my white socks turned black. Also, I killed about 15 ants in my room. The tub was also clogged.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - This is an old, run-down, motel that is in poor condition. The staff however are very responsible. I left my toiletries bag behind and they called to say they would hold it for my return.

- Alex (6/5): Good but could use improvements. - The room was clean but the 2 times I stayed there (same room 1 week apart) it took 30 minutes of running the hot water before it warmed up to take a shower and the water came out dark rust brown for about 45 seconds. Also limited channels that all had fuzzy or staticky picture. I headed others say it was the same in their room.
