• Marcelo (8/5): Boa opção em Manaus - Apartamento bem espaçoso com cama confortável e estrutura de cozinha. Banheiro amplo e bem arrumado. Estacionamento fácil e coberto.
• azerika (6/5): Poor hotel with friendly staff - We spent all together 3 nights in the hotel, before and after our trip in the rain forest. The hotel is not near to the city center you need for everything a taxi, fortunately Uber is working very well. The rooms are very old fashioned and furniture is not the best neither. Our biggest problem was the noise the hotel is extremely noisy. During our second stay we had a very old and noisy air-conditioner too. The breakfast was nice and the staff too. Anyway, its pretty cheap for this price we did not expect anything fancy and it was at least clean which is important. However, next time we would look for something different.
• Italo (6/5): Acomodação Antiga - Logo na chegada percebemos que se tratava de um hotel mais antigo. O atendimento é pouco convidativo, algumas horas antes ligamos para tirar duvidas e fomos mal atendidos, situação que se repetiu na chegada, a equipe é pouco informada e provavelmente responderá qualquer duvida com "não sei informar". O quarto (flat), estava limpo, mas com mobília antiga. A cama muito desconfortável, acredito que um investimento em colchões ajudaria o hotel. Também, o isolamento acústico é péssimo, por estar localizado em uma das avenidas mais movimentadas da cidade, o hotel peca nesse quesito. Não tomamos café da manha, mas jantamos um dia no restaurante do Hotel, comida boa.
• Edmar (8/5): MUITO BOM. - Foi ótima ja fiquei outras vezes lá, dessa vez não foi melhor porque primeiro demoram um bom tempo para achar minha reserva no caso foi feito por site e também o restaurante não estava funcionando, no mais foi muito bom.

Prédio um pouco antigo, não é luxuoso, mas bem organizado e limpo. Quarto espaçoso, tem frigobar, a internet é boa. Café da manhã é simples, mas tudo fresquinho e gostoso. Área externa com piscina boa.. nao tem restaurante no hotel mas tem um bar que funciona ao lado que tem lanches e comida. Bom para quem procura lazer com conforto e baixo custo.

Embora o hotel ofereça um excelente custo benefício em relação às instalações físicas e um belo café da manhã, sua equipe de recepção não demonstra o mínimo preparo para lidar com situações inesperadas e adversas, o que ficou claro em um simples caso fácil de ser resolvido. Demonstraram descaso e muito desrespeito em relação à minha pessoa, se agravando por eu estar na condição de hóspede. Se você está em busca de um lugar para relaxar e optar por esse local, torça para que não haja qualquer tipo de transtorno, pois, se vier a ocorrer, dormirá com o dissabor do descaso.

I had to change or program my key every single day after trying to get into my room...The Internet connection and the cable TV Was out of service for days. Not so clean
• chadwalterSTX (6/5): Not so good, but breakfast is fine. - We stayed here during the World Cup as choices were extremely limited and we didn't come in with high expectations. The location is relatively central, but it isn't really walking distance to anything you would do as a tourist. It is on a very busy avenue and the traffic noise is LOUD. I used earplugs and still it continued to wake me. The room is spartan, but did have a mini-fridge to use. The shower only had one operating handle. When we informed the front desk they just laughed. The included breakfast was good, the AC blew cold air, and the television worked. It was sufficient for our stay but I would not stay here again.
• ChrisZ650 (6/5): Over priced - This hotel needs some updating. The furniture, decor, tiles, kitchen and appliances. It is expensive and not worth the price. I stayed 5 days and wanted to cook. I had to literally beg for knives and pots.the breakfast was ok and the restaurant served good food at small prices which was great. The hotel is clean but the outside could do with a makeover. It is located in a great place but no food places really nearby. There is a pool that was outdated as well but was great for the amazon heat.the front desk is helpful the staff is really willing to help.
• dakrause (2/5): One star quality at five star prices - Stayed at the Slaass Apart-hotel for the World Cup, and was not impressed. Problems include dirt, bugs and insufficient air conditioning. We would have left if there had been ANY other hotel available in the city.
• Cfriesen8 (2/5): BUGS IN THE BED!!! - We were visiting for the World Cup and thought this would be an average hotel. Weren't expecting much but, when we pulled down the blanket on the bed it was crawling with dozens of bugs. We immediately went to the desk and they quickly have us another room. I wouldn't have stayed if it weren't for the cup and no other available places to stay. They didn't seem to be bothered by it either. It was like it had happened before! So gross! I slept wrapped in my own clothes.
• 505juliand (10/5): Friendly Helpful Staff - Stayed 5 days for England World Cup game. Staff were extremely helpful and could not do enough for you. Room was clean and tidy although a little dated, 15 mins walk to largest best shopping mall in Manaus and 5 mins to one of the best fish restaurants in Manaus.
• DannyB70 (8/5): Clean, tidy and very friendly - I was in Manaus for the world cup and Slaass hotel pulled out all the stops to make our stay as good as possible. The room is a bit dated but it was clean, tidy and spacious with a little kitchette. The buffet breakfast is plentyful with a good assortment of dishes available. Top marks go to all of the staff, they were all really helpful and actually went out of their way to help us. Special mention must go to Ricardo who helped me with my mobile phone.. Top man!
