• Natalija (8/5): I loved my stay here, it had all basic necessities, clean and everything was close - restaurants, convenience store. Th - I loved the location, as it’s in station 3, away from the big crowds, plus the view from the balcony
• Charles (3/5): This was disappointing. - The only I liked about the hotel is its location. Sorry and the staff They tried to charge you for everything. I couldn’t get a pillow without a charge. The rooms were not as advertised. Bathroom was terrible. It look like it was stuck in the 1960’s. They had no beach chair to sit out on the beach. Most locations had this to offer. And cost less. If they big money for a stay at their property. The should renovate. Will never go there again. Even with the big discount.

Pokoje wyposazone skromnie ale we wszystko co potrzebne do wypoczynku plazowego. Polecam pokoj 101 na parterze-wychodzisz na taras i za minute jestes na plazy bez wchodzenia przez recepcje po schodach na wyzsze pietra. W zalaczniku widok z tarasu. Pokoje dysponuja sejfem, suszarka, tv, wifi. Z wiekszosci pokoi rozlega sie calkowity lub boczny widok na plaze, z pobliskiego baru dobiega do godziny 23.00 dyskretna muzyka-to wszystko tworzy niezapomniany klimat. Personel jest nkezwykle pomocny i zyczliwy. Z racji polozenia plaza nie jest zatloczona. W bezppsrednim sasiedztwie mnostwo barow, knajpek, wspanialy punkt masazu (600 peso za 60 min). Warto rowniez wejsc w boczne uliczki, gdzie oferta kulinarna jest tansza i bardziej lokalna. Lacze internetowe nie zawsze bylo stabilne ale to typowe dla tego obszaru. Warto wziac spray na komary, czasami sie pojawiaja i moga byc dokuczliwe zwlaszcza w nocy.

• JEMILLE ANN (9/5): A perfect, family‑friendly stay. Comfortable, quiet, & exactly what we needed for a relaxing trip. - We had such a great stay at Signature Boracay South Beach. As a family of four, we really appreciated how easy and comfortable everything felt from the moment we arrived. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, and the whole place had a calm, welcoming vibe. The location was a big win for us as it is right on the quieter side of the beach, so we could enjoy the sand without the big crowds, but still close enough to walk to the busier areas when we wanted food or activities. The rooms were clean, comfy, and had everything we needed after long days in the sun. We loved waking up to the beach right outside and ending the day with beautiful sunsets. It honestly felt like a little home away from home, just with better views. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing, easy, and memorable Boracay getaway. We’d happily stay here again. Had a bit of trouble with the hot water during the first day.

• varioso (9/5): Tranquillita ma a pochi passi dal centro. - Ho avuto la stanza all ultimo piano con una bella terrazza vista palme e ,in parte, del mare , anche se la terrazza è praticabile di giorno da altri ospiti dell hotel. Stanza grande . Personale gentile ed efficente sia prima dell arrivo che durante la permanenza . Ottima posizione ai margini sud della White Beach quindi fuori dal caos e della confusione pur a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. La camera è al terzo piano senza ascensore. Gli arredi e il bagno andrebbero rinnovati.

To everyone who helped, assists with big smile everyday thank you from my whole family. Very few names i remember Glen, Jiard, Douglas and Randy(maintenance) sorry there’s more but didnt get the name Maraming Salamat til next time. Need some upgrade and renovation, the location was beautiful. Keep the same people and take care of them they made it extra special.

It seems like they haven't renovated or cleaned anything in the last 20 years. The employees are nice but it's a shame for this hotel to show up like this and not understand how disrespectful it is to welcome people into such dangerous rooms. For a similar price I stayed at the hotel next door where the conditions were top notch! In conclusion, I would never return to this hotel!

• Silva (1/5): Awful place - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING This is the worst place I have ever stayed in my life. I usually never write reviews, but I feel I have to for this place. We booked it for New Year’s Eve expecting a nice experience and a great evening, but the next day the condition of the room was so bad that we had to book a new hotel at the last minute on January 1st because we could not stay there any longer. We were sleeping while ants were crawling on our bodies, and the smell was awful. Everything felt old and creepy. I paid for three nights but only stayed one. Avoid this place at all costs.

• Dominik (5/5): Durchwachsen 😕 wir würden bei einem erneuten Besuch eine andere Unterkunft buchen. - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist für die, die es etwas ruhiger mögen hervorragend. Direkt am Strand und sehr ruhig gelegen. Unser Zimmer war im 2. Stock und die Aussicht vom Balkon war wundervoll! Kostenlose Strandhandtücher sind in der Unterkunft verfügbar. Neben der Unterkunft ist eine tolle Bar (Cocoloco Bar). Absolut zu empfehlen. Wir hatten Ameisen im Zimmer. Zudem war es extrem hellhörig. Unser Kühlschrank war auch sehr laut und brummte ständig. Diesen haben wir ab der 3. Nacht ausgestellt. Wir haben das Personal häufig nach Tipps für Touren für das Ausleihen von Fahrrädern gefragt, aber dies besseren Deals findet man auf der Straße bei den Locals, wenn man etwas verhandeln kann und möchte. Die Unterkunft war für 5 Nächte (rd. 360€) viel zu teuer. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt leider nicht.

They were everywhere in my room, on the wall, the tables, my bed, the ceiling and leading out the door frame to the hall. I was also on the top floor so the infestation is throughout the whole building. If the ant situation is taken care of, I think this is a great place to stay but it's tough paying what it costs to stay here and dealing with that

Dennoch ist man in 5 Gehminuten mitten im Trubel. Das Hotel ist sehr basic und auch ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.

Das Zimmer ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen und abgeranzt. Die Bilder suggerieren eine helle und saubere Atmosphäre. Die Realität sieht leider ganz anders aus. Für den Preis leider sehr enttäuschend.

The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is perfect—away from the busy crowds, right by the beach, with stunning views. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

I’m not usually very picky, but the state of the place was disappointing enough to dampen the overall holiday experience, especially considering the price point. The arrival experience was also far from welcoming. Instead of a friendly greeting or even a simple glass of water, guests are met with a list of rules and required passport checks for every person. Additionally, this seems to be one of the few beachfront properties without any beach chairs for guests. What makes the situation worse is the presence of several dogs lingering in front of the property, often doing their business right by the entrance. Overall, it was a disappointing stay due to the poor condition of the property. If you’re looking for beachfront accommodation, I would recommend checking out Villa Caemilla next door. it appears far better maintained, and we ended up going there for breakfast.

• Hansell (10/5): Perfect piece of paradise, highly recommend - we’re already planning on returning next year. - Excellent location right on the beach, the view from the balcony was picturesque, a very short ride from the port and a quieter location compared to station 2 (without having to compromise on the variety of restaurants and shops). The hotel itself was exceptionally clean with all the modern amenities needed (also free water coolers on every floor saved us having to carry bottled water from the shop everyday). The staff were fabulous, very attentive and friendly. I’d score it higher than 10/10 if possible, we will definitely stay here again.

• Brocka (10/5): - Signature Boracay South Beach gets the basics right...and that’s rarer than you think. Clean, quiet rooms with a view that’ll stop you mid-sip on the balcony. Staff who actually give a damn—handling massages, transfers, beach towels, and whatever else you throw their way with quiet efficiency. Check-in and check-out’s easy, Wi-Fi’s solid, and the whole place just works. And at ₱13,031.93 for three nights during the "off-season", you start wondering how something this decent can still cost less than your bar tab back home. In a town that can feel like beautiful chaos, this spot is pure calm and competence. Sure, the place isn’t brand new and some corners show a bit of age. But it’s the kind that adds character, not complaint.

I had to leave after 1 night of 5 and get somewhat of a refund. The experience was really poor and embarrassing for all. The owner really needs to spend some time fixing the room. Mould on curtains and on walls is just not good enough.
