Rooms where clean also It was very loud every night untill about 3:30 Am , I would only recommend staying here if your a deep sleeper or will be partaking in the partying till early hours of the morning!

Direction désagrable ( ystérique , dirigiste , relationel vulgaire ) et personnel laxiste, à l'exception du bagagiste.

Arnaque, Une veritable decharche pour acceder a l hotel,, acces difficile qui se termine par un escalier impossible, nous sommes venus un jour avant pour demander a voir le bungalow, refus de la personne a l acceuil qui m a demande de quitter l etablissement personne extremement desagreable. . Pas de vue sur mer de la plupart des bengalows, pas de plage a 150 m, ne vous fiez pas aux photos !! Elles datent depuis de nombreusent annees, et lz photo de la plage est situee a 12 mn a pieds. attention aux singes sur le chemin d acces, la moindre griffure, c estles urgences !!!! Reclamation avec photos aupres de booking, qui a demande et obtenu le remboursement. Merci a booking, nous avons reserve un autre hotel. Tout, et surtout l acceuil. Comment peut on acceuillir les clients de cette maniere !!

- Sebastian (2/5): Hotel zdecydowanie do odnowienia Pani menadżerka również nie była dla nas uprzejma, na naszych oczach doszło do szarpani - Największą zaletą był miły Pan który pomaga z bagażami. Niestety trudno ocenić coś więcej pozytywnie. Zaniki energii. Zużyte wnętrza domków. Brudna łazienka nie dająca poczucia komfortu. Sporo robaczków pojawiających się w pokoju. Byliśmy dwie noce, dało się przetrwać, jednak przy dłuższym pobycie niestety nie zdecydowałbym się aby zostać tam z rodziną.

- Claudia (6/5): Lovely staff and view but not an amazing experience otherwise - The staff were amazing - carried our bags to our rooms in the heat. The view and pool was amazing as well. Pool and pool area was in direct sun most of the day, the room was very loud from the beach music, beds and pillows very uncomfortable and left us with sore necks. The shower was quite unpleasant. If the price was cheaper it wouldn’t be so bad.
- Owen (9/5): Excellent - The staff were the best and caring, when we had problems with our room we were upgraded to a brilliant room Their were issues when we first arrived with lightbulbs and water in our initial room but we were moved very quickly to an upgraded room so this didn’t affect our stay in the slightest Only other thing is that it’s abit far from the main area which I loved but my girlfriend definitely did not due to the up hill end to the walk.

- sigal (1/5): Beware - I don’t like the property at all - it doesn’t match the photos at all ! Beware - please read this before even considering booking this place. The gap between the photos and the actual place is night and day. What is shown online does not reflect reality. I am writing this review so other travelers will not go through what we went through. This place was completely different from what was shown online. The photos created an expectation of a proper hotel with a sea view, but the reality was nothing like that. In my experience, this did not feel like a hotel at all - it felt more like a very low-level hostel. When we arrived at the pier, no one was waiting for us as promised. We called and sent messages again and again, including through Booking.com, and no one answered. We were left standing there in the heat with our luggage, confused and helpless. Only after more than an hour did someone finally arrive. From there, we had to walk uphill for more than 30 minutes in extreme heat with our luggage. There was no proper transportation, no clear help, and no real support. When we finally arrived, the room was a shock. We booked a sea view room, but the room we were shown had no sea view and did not match the photos at all. The place looked neglected, the room was not clean, the floor had sand and debris, and the bedding was stained. When we said this was not the room we booked and tried to take photos to document the situation, they did not allow us to properly take photos. There was almost no one who could communicate with us in English. The staff called the owner on FaceTime, and instead of trying to solve the problem, she told us to leave and request a refund through Booking.com. We were pressured to leave, and at first our luggage was not immediately released to us. We felt trapped, humiliated, and helpless in a foreign place. We left because the owner told us to leave and said the refund would be handled through Booking.com. We trusted that statement. But until today, the refund has not been approved.

- pierre (9/5): chalet bord de mer, vue inoubliable, couché de soleil superbe - j'ai hesité à reserver quand j'ai vu la note globale et les commentaires mais je ne regrette absolument pas de les avoir consideré pour ce qu'ils sont.. le personnel est tres serviable et aidant, venir nous chercher a l'embarquadere et porter les sacs etait vraiment appreciable. La vue est magnifique, la piscine superbe, les chalets un peu rustique oui mais tres confortable, nous avons passé 4 jours idiliques dans cette hotel "nature". Et que dire du couché de soleil depuis notre terrasse.. si vous aimé les choses aceptisées, allez ailleurs effectivement. Concernant le bruit des boites sur la plage, ca ne m'a pas géné plus que ca. bah rien, désolé

- Juhel (6/5): Pour le coucher de soleil. - L'emplacement un peu unique au sunset. Les accès aux bungalows sont limités "no safe". Glissant, accidenté et à flanc de coteau. La prestation demandée pour une sortie en long boat trail s'est avérée désastreuse : accès au bateau des sites de plongée impossible à des personnes âgées, prévue 4 h l'excursion n'a duré que 3 h et le dernier site de plongée à marée montante s'est avéré dangereux aux participants à cause des courants. Et tout ça pour un tarif 3 fois plus cher que dans une agence en ville.A fuir!

Location was beautiful loved swimming in the pool and looking out at the sea and close to town & markets. Being to close to the nightclub that played horrendous music till 4am which made it hard to sleep and all the mattresses were really hard. Needs some money spent on new mattresses.

La salle d'eau était sale, la chambre pas balayée, le lit inconfortable. Très bruyant.

- Evelyne (7/5): - Si vous cherchez le calme, la proximité des restaurants, de la plage et la vue, c'est l'endroit. Le personnel est sympathique ni plus ni moins qu'ailleurs en Thaïlande, c'est leur marque de fabrique. Le petit déjeuner est varié, face à la mer et la piscine à débordement ce qui réjouis autant les papilles que les yeux. Parfais pour voir le coucher de soleil. Tout est bien organisé, ils viennent chercher vos bagages au débarcadère et vous les suivez à pied jusqu'à l'hôtel. Nous avions le bungalow 206, juste au dessus de la salle du petit-déjeuner et de la piscine ( que l'on ne voit pas depuis la terrasse) la terrasse est spacieuse et face à la baie, peut-être la plus belle vue des chambres/bungalow de l'hôtel. Nous avions prévu 3 nuits et sommes restés 4. C'est un peu vétuste, dommage, comme le reste de l'isle d'ailleurs.

- Rasmus (7/5): Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal – inklusive organisiertem Gepäcktransf - Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit – sogar der Gepäcktransfer vom Hafen wird organisiert. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls richtig gut. Empfehlung! In direkter Hörweite befindet sich ein sehr lauter Club – die Musik geht bis tief in die Nacht und an Schlaf ist kaum zu denken. Zudem hatten wir Ungeziefer im Bad und sogar im Dachbereich, was wirklich unangenehm war. Die Ausstattung ist außerdem in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt abgewohnt.

Le personnel est agréable Nous avions lu les commentaires concernant le bruit mais nous les avions sous estimé. Le bruit était très intense jusqu’à 3h30 du matin malgré des boules quies. - Dagmar (1/5): Špína všude kam se podíváš. - Nic Strašná lokace, neskutečné špinavé ubytování. Personál katastrofa a úklid nebyl prováděn téměř nikdy. Malý bazén pro pár lidi, strašný hluk během noci. A všude špína.
- Sacha (6/5): - La localisation est assez appréciée, le coin est cependant très sale et difficile d’accès pour personne à mobilité réduite. La piscine est très sympa Les logements sont relativement vétustes et pas du tout insonorisés. Je ne recommande pas du tout ces logements si vous êtes accompagnés d’enfants. On entend les bars de plage jusqu’à 2h du matin.

- Holger (1/5): Ich warne da vorhin zu fahren - Gar nichts Es ist in keinster Weise wie auf den Bildern. Es ist alles kaputt alles es gibt keine Gelände, an denen man sich festhalten kann. Es gibt kein englischsprachiges Personalfragen werden, ignoriert. Man kann nachts vor lauter Krach nicht schlafen.. weil das Hotel gegenüber von einer Strandbucht liegt, in der bis morgens um 5:00 Uhr Partys gefeiert werden mit laut starken Musikanlagen
- Mariana (7/5): Eigentlich nett, aber - Wir hatten einen Bungalow direkt am Meer. Im Bungalow gab es eine Waschmaschine. Leider war uns nicht klar, dass es keinen Zugang zum Meer gibt. Glasscherben und Müll sind alltägliche Realität. Unser Zimmer wurde zwar täglich gereinigt, jedoch nicht das Bad...Auch vor unserer Ankunft hatte man das Bad leider vernachlässigt. Sogar der Abfall der vorherigen Gäste war noch da.

- John (1/5): Øv en skuffelse.. - Personalet var meget søde, svarede hurtigt på beskeder og hentede os ved færgen som aftalt.. Hele stedet var nedslidt og levede slet ikke op til de flotte billeder på jeres booking.com side. Værelserne var rene, men nedslidt, køleskabet virkede ikke i det ene rum saftyboksen virkede heller ikke.. Poolen var ren men faciliteterne omkring poolen var ødelagte og nedslidte. Restaurant området var virkelig gammelt og slet ikke et særlig indbydende sted at skulle indtage en morgen mad, desuden var loftet fuldstændigt ødelagt og ved at falde ned. Trapperne fra receptionen og til værelset og poolen, var enten meget høje eller skæve og knækket.. Flere steder var der rødder fra træerne henover trappe trinene, som kunne ha været livsfarlige at falde over.. Kun udsigten levede op til forventningen, men det er jo slet ikke nok. Jeg må indrømmer jeg er virkelig skuffet, det var en gave til min bror da han bliver 60 år.. Jeg valgte at at tjekke ud 2 timer efter vi ankom og fandt et andet hotel.. Jeg virkelig glad for at jeg kun betalte Ca 1600 kr og ikke de Ca. 12000 som prisen normalt ville have været for det var det i altfald slet slet ikke værd. Øv øv en virkelig kedelig oplevelse..

- Jemina (2/5): hintalaatu suhde ei täsmää, tuntui kuin ötököitä olisi jokapuolella, jyrkkä mäki mennessä - henkilökunta kovin auttavainen meteliä myöhään, mökki pieni ja äänieristämätön, aivan erinäköinen kuin kuvissa. Aamupala todella suppea ja allas pieni sekä portaat rikki.

- Wiktor (8/5): Piękne widoki i atmosfera w obiekcie. - Z tarasu bardzo ładny widok. Śniadania dobre. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Właściciel powinien zwrócić uwagę na stan techniczny pokoju. (Słaby zamek w drzwiach, odpadający plastik który trzyma kartę prądową, uszkodzony prysznic)
