Petit déjeuner complet, les chambres sont bien insonorisé mise a par le passage des avions. Je le recommande grandement. Il mériterai une légère rénovation mais rien de dérangeant en soit. Peut être de fenêtres un peu plus insonorisées, il se trouve sur le couloir aérien de l’aéroport, on entend distinctement les décollages d’avion.

- thamerj (10/5): Great Stay - Rooms - Stayed in 1 bedroom suite with oversized balcony with great view of the city — absolutely loved the layout of suite — equipped with washer/dryer, toothbrush kits, shower gel/shampoo — room was older but very clean and well maintained, ac worked well. Service - 5 star customer service — staff very attentive, always greeted with smile, went out of their way to help. Had minor issue with room key, staff member stopped what she was doing to address issue right away. Facilities/food - the breakfast buffet was very good with many options — lunch also very good at great price. Love the pool area and gym — facility is well maintained. Location - 10/10 location — hotel located across from mall and a few steps away from the night markets, street food, and massage services and much more. Summary: The Eastin Hotel is the only place I will stay when visiting Chiang Mai. Was told that some people complain about the noise but this wasn’t my experience — room well insulated

The location is surrounded by nice cafe and massage parlors within walking distance. The night market on Friday is worth going for nice street food. For service by Eastin, room to improve. It's more suitable for business stay as is near to airport and all their amenities (gym and pool) are small scale.

There was a great energy there with pop up markets and nice bars nearby. The room was a great size and so clean. I loved the sauna and steam room. I went in the evening and it was so quiet and just me. There is a mixed steam room and also only woman’s one. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The pool water was very cold and under shade.

- 634sachina (10/5): Pleasant stay and great hotel location - Stayed here for 1 night and got an upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite with mountain views. Nice suite with a small but a charming balcony overlooking the Chiang Mai hills. The hotel is in a very shopping friendly location with lots of shops, eateries and a mall in the vicinity with pleasant vibes and is not far from the old town. Enjoyed our stay here.

The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of Nimman, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and shopping spots, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a modern touch. We were actually upgraded to a suite room, which made our stay even more special and comfortable. Such a lovely surprise! A special mention to the gentleman who checked us in — he was very detailed in explaining everything, genuinely friendly, and made us feel very welcome from the start. I’m so sorry I forgot your name, but thank you for your excellent service and for the upgrade! It truly made a difference. The rest of the staff were also warm and attentive. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt relaxed yet stylish. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chiang Mai. This hotel was already part of my stay before and after, and the reservations team was extremely accommodating and helpful. The day before our planned check-out, an unexpected accident occurred, and we once again needed a last-minute stay. During a very difficult time, the hotel staff showed us exceptional care and patience. I would especially like to mention Earth, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. The front desk team — Apple, Tin, Nene, Ying, Jom, and Bomb — were all warm, professional, and supportive. The hotel was also very understanding in offering us long-stay rates, which truly helped ease our situation. On the day my husband was discharged from the hospital, the hotel surprised us with flowers and well wishes, a gesture we will never forget. The breakfast staff and the hotel manager also checked in on us regularly. Their kindness brought us comfort when we needed it most. This hotel is more than just a place to stay — it is a place filled with genuinely caring people.

In the winter you can hear planes taking off. King bed was hard but very clean. The bathroom has a Japanese style bidet and heated seat. Nice shower and bathroom.

- Adeline (8/5): I would come again! - I like the location. It's convenient; close to Maya mall, Nimman One and restaurants. Just about 20 mins away is the entrance to Doi Suthep overlooking the reservoir in Chiangmai University. That's a lovely and serene place to do some reflection and contemplation. The room is big and bright and well thought out; was happy to have the washing machine and clothes rack for drying clothes. See my pic attached...sunset in mountain from my room The furniture in the hotel is a bit dated. I think while the breakfast spread was good, the chef could have done a better job in preparing the fried rice. It was a bit soggy. The yellow noodles looked unappetising. Fried rice and fried noodles/kway teow are some one dish meals the Thais are known to be good in. So I was a bit disappointed when those 2 dishes didn't look appealing.

- Anyarath (10/5): - The staff are friendly and helpful. Varieties of breakfast means everyone is pleased. My daughter was so obsessed with make-your-own pancake corner! I love local menu, very delicious. Our room is so spacious and the fact that there is a washing machine was a big bonus when we stayed for 5 nights and left the hotel with clean cloths! The noise from the airplane can be quite loud if you are not used to it. However, this means the hotel is very close to the airport and in the prime location with two shopping centres!
- Nattapol (9/5): Always superb - The place we stay every time visiting Chiang Mai. Location, room, facilities, and breakfast are superb. Staff are very friendly and helpful, providing us with room upgrade for this stay. It is the first time we stay in the room facing the front of the building. Sound from live music performance leaked into our room at night.

- Andrewmyc (10/5): Good location Good Room - Prefect location, great room, but the breakfast is soso . The breakfast staff were unfriendly! They were making drinks for other guests, and when I asked them to make me a coffee for the first time, they refused and told me to use the coffee machine myself! But the coffee machine already needed cleaning and was unusable. Very poor service!
- TravelSmart360 (10/5): Great stay, great location! - Great experience overall. The rooms are large and spacious with a great shower and a full kitchen. The hotel lobby staff are very helpful- there is someone waiting in the lobby just to help you with whatever you need. The location is great- there's a lot of great shopping and restaurants right nearby. Very walkable!
