• Pelliccione (5/5): Der Aufenthalt war günstig, die Lage Ok. Teilweise waren die Nachbaren laut oder es war laut im innen Hof. Als wir ankam - Die Unterkunft hatte ein bequemes Bett, ausserdem war Sie günstig. Es war teilweise laut entweder die Nachbaren oder im innen Hof. Der Föhn war kaputt. Das Lavabo im Badezimmer ist komisch strukturiert. Als wir gekommen sind war die Wohnung nicht abgestaubt und es hatte viele Haare im Bett, das finde ich etwas eklig. Ausserdem ging der Tresor nicht.
• Frederike (3/5): - Die Kommunikation war, obwohl es nichts geklappt hat, wirklich sehr freundlich. Ich habe nur 2 Nächte für meine Mitarbeiter gebucht, und keine der Nächte hat geklappt. Einen Mitarbeiter musste ich zum Übernachten zu Freunden schicken weil ein Bett zu wenig war. Ein anderer musste auf dem Sofa ohne Decke und Kissen übernachten, ebenfalls weil ein Bett zu wenig war. Man hat mir einen Bonus versprochen, den ich bis heute nicht bekommen habe. Sehr schade, dass es so gelaufen ist.

• Klara (1/5): Uruselt från början till slut - Ingenting Vi kom till boendet runt kl. 15 för att checka in och det var då helt ostädat. Dessutom hade de ställt ut hinkar i lägenheten för att vatten inte skulle förstöra golvet (pågående vattenläcka). Ingen hade meddelat oss att det var problem med rummet, och vi erbjöds inget annat rum så vi fick spendera timmar med att hitta ett annat boende för vår grupp på 7 personer. Det blev till slut 4 hotellrum vilket inte alls var vad vår familj hade tänkt sig. Vidare var det besvärligt att få tillbaka pengarna från Booking.com och vi erbjöds ingen kompensation av Arabel. Rekommenderar inte detta boende. Såg att de hade vattenläckor även i korridorerna.
• Line (4/5): Dårlig oplevelse - Placeringen var god. - Der var skimmelsvamp på det ene værelse - wi-fi virkede næsten ikke - der var ingen mikroovn - vi var lovet en babyseng, som ikke var der. - ingen kuffertopbevaring (det var der sidst) - lukket reception med forkerte kontaktoplysninger Vi har tidligere boet på Arabel Design Apartments. Også her virkede wi-fi næsten ikke, og der var annonceret med en mikroovn, som først kom, da vi klagede. Denne gang var receptionen permanent lukket, og al kommunikation skulle foregå via deres hjemmeside. Vi klagede over manglende babyseng - den kom aldrig. Vi klagede over manglende mikroovn - den kom aldrig. Vi klagede over næsten ikke eksisterende wi-fi - det blev der heller aldrig gjort noget ved. Vi klagede over skimmelsvamp - det blev heller ikke taget seriøst. De gentog deres standardsvar, om at vi skulle nulstille en router, som ikke var i lejligheden.

• ZivileJok (9/5): - The apartment had everything you need for a short stay. Clean, comfortable beds. Not far from the center, metro station nearby, 8-10 min walk There were no curtains in one room, which made it difficult to sleep well.
• Adam (1/5): don’t book unless you want instructions by an ai chat bot and risk not even staying at the location you booked - accomodation was roomy once moved Tried to charge my card multiple times for different amounts supposedly deposit however their contact (an ai chatbot) would not confirm nor deny We were told with extremely short notice (<3 hours before booking) that we could not stay at this apartment as it would not accommodate 5 adults; We were moved to a further apartment in an inconvenient location (Madflats aparthotel), was told to call a number, after one call attempted to call them again - they provided incorrect check in information therefore we could not unlock our apartment - where they blocked my number on both the number provided on booking as well as a separate number on their check in platform. (had to use my friend’s phone to call) We were then offered a paltry refund for our inconvenience (barely covers the taxi from the original accomodation to the new one and back - let alone the extra taxis we had to grab from our location ) and were told there was nothing else we could do and had to accept it. I have personally never been inconvenienced on any accomodation or booking platform as I have been when booking here. DO NOT BOOK UNLESS YOU WANT TO ARGUE WITH AN AI CHATBOT AND RISK GIVING UP YOUR ORIGINAL BOOKING FOR SOMEWHERE ELSE

• Carsten (9/5): Wir können die Unterkunft für einen Besuch Berlins mit Familie sehr empfehlen. Alles ist nah erreichbar und die Wohnung - Eine sehr gute zentrale Lage. Schöne geräumige Wohnung. Alles top sauber. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Bushaltestelle und U-Bahn fußläufig vor der Tür. Potsdamer Platz ebenfalls schnell fußläufg erreichbar.
• Mohammad (7/5): Enjoyed the stay and the location was accessible to all of central Berlin. - Spacious and modern. Clean. Needs a fan as with the window open, the late night arrivals and drunk clubbers staying in other apartments work us up at 3am. Needs a light in the wardrobe area of the bedroom and also proper handles on the cupboard. The slip when pulled especially hard for anyone with hand grip issues, and perfect height for a child to hit their head on.
• Clémentine (2/5): Inacceptable - Le logement était propre et calme. Il était bien situé. Facile d'accès avec beaucoup de moyens de transport aux alentours. Belle hauteur sous plafond. Séjour catastrophique. Arrivé à l'hôtel, il manque un couchage. Le call center est une perte de temps. On nous promet une solution rapide mais nous ne sommes jamais rappelés. Lorsque nous rappelons il faut tout réexpliquer depuis le début à un nouvel interlocuteur. Très pénible. Par ailleurs, la chambre n'a pas de rideaux et ainsi tout le monde peut nous voir dormir ! Ravissant. Le lendemain, après de multiples appels, nous récupérons une autre chambre. Génial, celle-ci a des rideaux. En revanche, il manque toujours un couchage. En fait, la chambre est plus petite ! Nous voilà obligés de prendre les équipements de la première chambre (couettes, draps, coussins) pour les amener dans la seconde afin d'aménager un couchage au sol. Et puis au matin, nous remarquons que le WC est bloqué. Nous le signalons à l'équipe d'entretien qui ne fera absolument rien. Le soir, à notre retour on ne peut plus utiliser les toilettes. Si vous choisissez cet établissement, préparez-vous à sonner chez vos voisins pour utiliser leurs toilettes ! Le lendemain, l'équipe de ménage nous confirme avoir appelé un plombier, lequel n'a pas répondu. Nous voilà donc obligés de déboucher les toilettes nous-mêmes ! Je vous passe les détails. Au final nous n'avons jamais obtenu de 5èm couchage (pourtant payé). Et pour couronner le tout, l'équipe de ménage sonne à 9h alors que le check out est à 10h. C'est bien la seule fois qu'ils ont été réactifs. En ce qui concerne une demande de dédommagement (nous avons quand même payé 5 places et n'en avons eu que 4), aucune nouvelle. Décidément c'est une habitude.
• Inma (9/5): Estupendo alojamiento en Mitte - Estaba todo impoluto. Decorado con mucho gusto. El baño super amplio. Con todo tipo de facilidades y la cama super cómoda. La ubicación es perfecta para descandar y todo esta relativamente cerca. Todo ha sido estupendo.
• Ulla (5/5): Wir waren froh, als wir da raus waren. - Lage Unkomplizierter Check-In Defekte (Wasserablauf, Nespresso Maschine), verdreckte Einrichtungsgegenstände (Polster der Stühle), gammelige Fugen, und abplatzende Wände im Bad,siehe Bilder. Fehlende Vorhänge die im Schrank lagen, leere Batterien in Fernbedienung, Flackernde Lampen, usw usw. Meldung beim Vermieter hatte nur blumige Antworten und nicht funktionierende Schadenmeldungslinks zur Folge. Diese Schäden in dem Appartment 304 bestehen ganz offensichtlich schon länger und wurden nicht behoben.

Bien situé pour les servives: alimentation et tranport Nous avions réservé pour 5 person nes et l'appartement était seulement configuré pour 2 personnes. Heureusement le service d'entretien encore présent à notre arrivée a pu arranger ca. Le wifi n'a jamais fonctionné .
• Alla (2/5): Very decent apartment, but awful customer service. - The apartment is spacious, tastely decorated, clean, comfortable beds. It lacks microwave and doshwasher Customer service communication is awful. The lock in the apartment was broken when we arrived. Our urgent messages, emails, 4 calls, that were internationa,l did not help. It seems that we were calling call center where people worked oversees and had no clue about the apartment or how to contact Berlin services. We were leaving the apartment for 2 days unblocked, which is extremely unsafe. There is a reception next door, but there was no one there when we arrived or the next day. On the evening of the 3rd day we found a person in that office who contacted operations in Berlin and Jasir, who was very helpful, fixed it quickly. There should be a contact number directly to the operations in Berlin. By the way, there was a number in the apartment to call on case of the emergency, but it was a wrong number. They did not service Arabell Apartments. My overall rating is not about the apartment itself, but the customer service. I also cannot understand how the apartment was prepared for guests when the lock was not working
• Špela (10/5): - Kljub temu da ni osebja na lokaciji, komunikacija poteka preko mailov in drugih kanalov brezhibno. Zelo odzivni. Velik apartma, zelo čist, kar nam je ogromno pomenilo. Če se vrnemo, bomo zagotovo spet izbrali to nastanitev. Ce ze moram kaj izpostaviti, bi izpostavila samo nekoliko dotrajane stole v jedilnici in malo manj udoben raztegljiv kavč za spanje (ni bilo zelo moteče). Vse ostalo je bilo super!

• Samantha (10/5): Lovely stay in a comfortable and luxe stylish apartment! Great area to stay in as well! - I really loved how luxe this hotel felt. We loved the beds, and the tall ceilings. The bathroom was really lovely and far better than my bathroom at home so that was wonderful! I have small children so we did come home late afternoon to relax and felt so comfortable in the beds and just enjoying the actual apartment. There was an easy bus connection (M48 or the M85) just a half block down, and a great pizza place around the corner with take away or a cute sit down area (Mezzaluna) and a great coffee breakfast place on the other side of the block (Cafe Aprikosenbaum). I paid for a parking space since we drove in and it was really great to have a place to park my car every day. They only have about 7 spaces in the courtyard but parking was always there for me when I came back and that is such a relief to not have to worry about it. We used the bus a lot of the time with a family pass but I did end up driving some of the times to certain places where we knew we could park. One of the benefits of the room is being able to open the windows to get nice cold fresh air in to sleep comfortably but we did have trouble with noise at night from someone going through the trash bins and a group of very loud guests who were smoking outside hourly. That was probably just an unfortunate moment and not the hotel's fault and the staff wrote back right away when we wrote to them about it. I still found the rooms incredibly comfortable and would stay again happily! I just thought I'd mention it. My aunt found it slightly dark at night to walk to the apartment because we were in the second courtyard behind. I think lights might help at night through the main walkways.

Nous avions un problème avec l'absence de rideaux pour dormir, l'équipe a trouvé une solution. Vue sur les poubelles et quai de chargement de camions poids-lourds bruyant.

• Peer (7/5): Good place, nice apartment, attention needed to keep good rating - I always like Arabel Apartments, location is good and most of the times the rooms are quit good. easy excess and posibility to park your car. The fact that the interface today is only by massages is not very friendly and does not work in case of car park reservations. Besides this the shower head holder was broken which is very unpleasant to be able to shower. It is so simple to fix this when noted by cleaning. Most important is keep your accommodation in order because after staying with you for several years I see quality is going down in service and in maintenance of the apartment. Hope this feedback wil help you to be back on track.

• Abigail (1/5): Broken bed - It was modern, the location was fine. It was noisy, could hear people coming back early hours. Could hear people above us moving around. It was dusty, and not thoroughly cleaned. They had nowhere for us to leave our bags, would be useful to have a luggage room. No staff on site at all. Our bed was broken, the noise was so loud every time you moved, it woke us up with every movement so we couldn't sleep at all. We reported this at 8am the next day (the day after our arrival), and for two days they did absolutely nothing, meanwhile promising they were looking into it. Noone came to look at it, they wouldn't let us change rooms, so we had to check ourselves out and pay to stay somewhere else. What makes it worse is they string you along telling you they're looking into it and they're 'coming up with a plan'. It didn't need a plan, it just needed the bed fixing or to move us to a different room. This is just a tactic to keep you where you are with no intention of doing anything. There is a continuous theme with this company, they appear to do this to many people, check the reviews, there are similar experiences to ours.
• Dr. Damian (8/5): Ruhig schlafen, sich selbst versorgen, keine Luxusunterkunft, aber eine gute Basis für's Sightseeing - Sehr ruhig nachts, da wir im 2. Hinterhof waren. Die Betten waren bequem und das Badezimmer schön. Es gab eine Grundausstattung für die Küchennutzung und ausreichend Handtücher für das Bad. Wenn man nur frühstücken möchte (wie wir), dann reicht diese kleine Küche. Kochen wäre wohl schwieriger geworden. Zudem hätten wir mit einer Geschirrspülmaschine gerechnet, hatten dies aber nicht überprüft, so gab es halt keine man musste vor dem Sightseeing "von Hand ran". Die Ausstattung im Wohnraum ist funktional, jedoch kam bei uns kein Gemütlichkeitsgefühl auf.

• Francesca (10/5): Ottimo per godersi Berlino Indispensabile se vai a sentire concerti alla Philharmonie - Appartamento piccolo, ma accogliente. L'angolo cucina permette di organizzare qualche colazione in tranquillità, grazie alla macchina del caffè e al tostapane. Doccia grande e bagno finestrato. Il sistema col codice funziona a meraviglia. La posizione è ottima, in venti minuti si è a Potsdamer Platz dove arriva e parte il FEX per l'aeroporto. Supermercato e un sacco di locali in zona. Se c'è bisogno di qualcosa, si manda una mail e si riceve subito una risposta. Ideale per due persone. Consiglio, sarebbe utile un aspirapolvere per i soggiorni più lunghi.

• Atabak Adab (1/5): Mein Urlaub wurde durch das sehr schlechte Management dieses Hotels erheblich beeinträchtigt - Uns wurde ein Zugangscode für ein Apartment gegeben, das bereits von anderen Gästen bewohnt war – ein inakzeptables und ernsthaftes Sicherheitsproblem. Trotz vorheriger Mitteilung unserer Ankunftszeit standen wir mit Kindern und Familie gegen 23:00 Uhr bei Kälte und Regen über zwei Stunden ohne Zugang zur Unterkunft. Eine derart schlechte Organisation ist nicht hinnehmbar. Anstatt einer Lösung vor Ort wurden wir schließlich in eine Unterkunft in einem anderen Teil der Stadt verlegt, weit entfernt von der ursprünglich gebuchten Lage. Dies führte zu erheblichem Zeitverlust, zusätzlichem Aufwand und unnötigen Kosten. Insgesamt ist das Management äußerst unprofessionell und die gesamte Erfahrung absolut enttäuschend. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Det værste var dog, at udlejer ikke gjorde noget som helst for at løse vores problemer! De sendte udelukkende AI genererede beskeder retur - ingen handling. Absolut intet! Har aldrig oplevet noget lignende. Har bedt om nedslag i pris. Intet hørt.
• Christian (8/5): Sehr zentral, ordentlich - Top Lage, Probleme und Fragen wurden fast sofort am Telefon gelöst. Parken an der Unterkunft, selbst mit einem Bus (L1H1) möglich. Etwas gesichtslos. Kein Personal, alles online, muss man mögen. Der Boden war etwas beschädigt, das Bad war unprofessionell saniert worden mit baulichen Fehlern. Dennoch absolut ok.

Es waren 2 Zimmer angegeben. Es gab aber keine Tür zur Trennung. Das hat unserer Tochter nicht ganz so gut gefallen, war aber o.K.

Rimelig nemt at gå fra lejligheden ind til seværdigheder Der var desværre flere ting, som jeg synes kunne være bedre. 1) der manglede den babyseng som vi havde bestilt med i bookingen. Den kom først på dag 2. 2) der er kun 1 gryde i køkkenet, så når man vil lave en ret med to gryder, så er man udfordret. 3) sengene (sovesofaerne) er stenhårde. Især den der står i køkken/stue rummet.

Tardaron bastante en responder, aunque había sido error nuestro, no reaccionaron muy bien y no se entendían muy bien con el inglés. Faltó una buena comunicación con su servicio de atención al cliente.

• Stefan (1/5): Terrible. Stay away from this company. - Quiet in back court, nice and modern interior concept, spacious, charming at first glance. Terrible lack of care and maintenance. Curtain rail in bedroom was broken, no curtains hung. Meaning no good sleep as not dark and no privacy in bedroom. Was NOT fixed for the whole stay of 4 days. No reception desk. Online customer service was quick and polite, but it was all empty promises and appeasing in the end. They knew they couldn’t fix it and tried to talk around it. Moreover, fungi on shower silicone, chipped of lamination of furniture everywhere. Every step from tenants above was like it happened at one’s ear.

But they don’t rent bikes so the advertisement was misleading. I complained about it but they didn’t do anything in my direction. The views from the apartment were not attractive.
• Ane (1/5): El peor sitio - No me gustó nada, desde el principio lioso y tuvimos muchos problemas. Llegamos un sábado y habíamos reservado un apartamento con dos estancias para 3 personas. Nos encontramos en un estudio, con cosas rotas y sin la cama extra, no cabíamos. Tardaron muchísimo en atendernos, perdimos un día entero del viaje esperando una solución. Acabamos reservando otro hotel a última hora a cargo de Booking porque la solución de estos inútiles fue llevarnos a un apartamento fuera de sus instalaciones (de Booking también) de mucha menos calidad. Un sitio sucio, oscuro, bajo tierra y con ratas y basura en la puerta. Para entrar a ese segundo alojamiento ni siquiera nos dieron la información del check in ni la dirección exacta. Tuvimos que tirar de ellos porque respondían una vez cada dos horas. Honestamente fueron unos incompetentes y desde Booking también tardaron muchísimo en ayudarnos. Ha sido la peor experiencia que hemos tenido en un alojamiento. Y puede que no vuelva a usar más Booking teniendo en cuenta como se portaron.

Sono rimasta fuori per un errore della bambina che aveva chiuso la maniglia e non riuscivo ad accedere all'appartamento ed ho avuto la soluzione dopo un'ora e mezzo, alle undici e mezzo di sera con tre bimbi piccoli e stanchi

Lift was essential for me (my dog is already old and would not be able to climb ro the 3rd floor). No phone contact with the owner on the arrival. The indicated number was not working at all. Our parking place was busy, so we park on the other one which was free. No information about the internet in the flat. No electric kettle in the kitchen.

• Christine (5/5): Si vous voulez dormir un peu la nuit fuyez ce type de logement ! - Appartement spacieux propre et bien situé par rapport aux commerces et aux transports pour rejoindre le centre . Sa situation agréable au fond d une cour, en faisait pour nous marcheurs un atout pour se reposer....mais hélas.... Ce que nous n avons pas aimé c'est le bruit dans l immeuble durant les 5 nuits constamment. Pas le bruit de la rue car bonne isolation extérieure mais aucune isolation intérieure. Nous avons fortement été génés par les voix des autres occupants qui résonnaient de leurs appartements, les fumées de cigarettes , le bruit des chaises trainées au sol toutes les nuits durant. Impossible de se reposer

• Claudiiii (6/5): Unterkunft an Top Lage - Zimmer-Ausstattung alt - Die Unterkunft ist an Top-Lage, super Bus Verbindungen. Die Apartment-Ausstattung ist alt. Leider war das grosse Fenster im Wohnzimmer nur mit einem Vorhang ausgestattet, der zweite lag zusammengefaltet im Schrank. Die Stühle haben etliche Flecken vorgewiesen. Empfehlung: Für das Ausziehsofa im Wohnzimmer ebenfalls ein passender Topper zur Verfügung stellen - ansonsten sehr unbequem. Ebenfalls schade ist, dass es keinerlei Möglichkeiten gibt, Gepäck zu deponieren, dies würde ich als Zusatzinfo in der ersten Message mitteilen und wo nahegelegene Schliessfächer zur Verfügung stehen. Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft nicht schlecht aber ich würde sie vielleicht nicht ein zweites Mal buchen.
