A água do chuveiro cai em uma banheira sem nenhum box, ou coisa parecida, o banheiro ficava todo molhado toda vez que eu tomava banho.

Cheguei mais cedo em Brasília para um seminário...na permitiram o chek in as 12 horas só pos as 15 horas...so entrei no hotel pos 18h...no check ou, tive qur deixar o hotel as 12hs como meu evento só encerrava as 18h, as 08h deixei o hotel e carreguei minha bagagem para o evento pois não conseguiriam retornar as 12...fui prejuficado no tempo ou diária...

- Tiago (5/5): A estrutura do hotel é boa, porém , o apartamento deixou a desejar. - Localização muito boa. A começar pela diária que na verdade não é uma diária e sim 21 horas de estadia, onde a entrada só ocorreu 15h com saída até meio dia do outro dia. Encontrei também o chão sujo da estadia (foto) e os lençóis tenho a impressão de que não eram limpos.

O chuveiro é muito bom, mas não tem box ou cortina, então durante o banho molha tudinho mesmo! Sai do banho e fiquei secando o banheiro, passando e torcendo o pano até secar. Banheira com aspecto sujo também.

Flat tamanho ideal para duas pessoas, porém os móveis estão um pouco desgastados, cortinas meio rompidas e algumas tomadas danificadas sem mencionar a cor que dificulta a visualização. O banheiro não tinha box ou cortina, portanto, ao utilizar o chuveiro não tem como evitar que o banheiro fique molhado.

- Anderson (7/5): - Equipe do hotel solícita e preparada. Hotel bem estruturado e bem localizado. O serviço do anfitrião deixou a desejar no fornecimento de itens básicos. Não adianta ter a comodidade de um flat se não há a possibilidade de ser ter um fogão ou, ao menos, um microondas. Incongruências do tipo como oferecer pratos, mas não oferecer talheres. Além disso, nenhuma das duas tv's eram smart, o que hoje em dia diminui em muito a funcionalidade, e apenas a da sala tinha controle remoto. Enfim, mesmo sendo detalhes, podem ser melhorados.

If reservation is made with hotels.com or similar you have to call and go through another check in process online which makes it very inconvenient after long flight. Additionally the place is filthy!!! as I walked in I encountered roaches, the linen on the bed is only a sheet and another to cover yourself and they are super dirty. The furniture you don't want to use with stains of food, the towels are dirty, the chairs broke when I used and had to see the doctor. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE THIS PLACES ITS GARBAGE.

- claudio (4/5): - Shame on Expedia to suggest this dump! This is the worse "value-for-money" and most inadequate room I have stayed in. I wasn't just dirty when I checked in, it was disgusting: yellow stains on the blanket covering the bed; old and stained towels with wholes from excessive use; hairs on the sheets and pillow covers; brown spots/stains on the walls around the toilet and under bathroom sink (I have pictures). The place has a mini-kitchen... the larger-ish pan and only one that could be used to cook something was so old and had so many bumps on the bottom that it would not make proper contact with the old electric burner to boil water!! Few lights were working and there wasn't a single movable lamp, so it was impossible to get decent light to work after dark. TV channels included "Globo", the most generic Brazilian channel, and some 10 channels with evangelical preachers, so TVs were completely useless, couldn't even watch CNN or Globo News or Band News or any news channel. Mattress had a huge whole in it. Although the "suite" has living room (and little kitchen) and bedroom, it was only one a/c in the bedroom, which makes the living room unusable in 35-degree Celsius (95F) weather in Brasilia. The "Hotel" has no breakfast, no restaurant, and no room service. It refused to consider a 2:30 pm check-in, told me I'd have to wait until 3 pm (as if they actually, really cleaned the room before you check in) The fridge does even have an ice tray. STAY ELSEWHERE!!

Éramos 3 personas pero solo habían 2 tazas y dos vasos disponibles, el tb de la habitación nonera smart por lo que no podíamos conectar con internet. En general muy buena experiencia.

I have taken photos of all the terrible conditions of the furniture, plus they don’t even provide with toiler paper. I sent them a few messages since day one saying how the air conditioning or wifi weren’t working also there was no light in the bedroom, then again about the toilet paper and they did not answer. Booking should really remove this place from its listings.
