• Zark (2/5): - El hotel esta en pésima condición, el drenaje del baño bloqueado y no desagua, el agua esta estancada y de mal olor Dentro del area de regadera el contacto de la luz esta hay sin division y riesgo electico. Las instalaciones eléctricas improvisadas, las sabanas con quemaduras de cigarro, no hacen la limpieza de las habitaciones, almenos de la que ocupe 204 tuve qué insistir, durante dos dias no lo hiciera, y segun incluye desayuno y no lo ofrecieron, ni siquiera hay area para ello, por ultimo la tarifa en el hotel es de 600 pesos diarios y la ofertada por expedia es casi el doble, lo cual para la pesina calidad del servicio e instalaciones es incongruente, las fotos publicadas no son nada relacionadas con lo que es el hotel

• Verified traveler (8/5): Buena estancia que puede mejorar - A las instalaciones les falta algo de mantenimiento y aunque no impidio que la estancia fuera agradable, habia algo de olor a humedad que de repente incomodaba. Dicho lo anterior, debo recalcar el servicio siempre.amable y cordial de las personas que laboran ahi, muy atentos y siempre dispuestos a apoyar en lo qur se necesitaba.

• Leonardo (8/5): - La habitación que nos asignaron no contaba con agua en el inodoro, lo fueron a checar pero no se pudo hacer nada, pedimos cambio de habitación y nos dieron una con camas separadas pero también había problema con el agua en el inodoro. Al igual que la presión del agua era muy baja para bañarse. Pero en general, estuvo muy aceptable la estancia.

• Beatriz (6/5): - Familia de 4, habitación con 3 camas king size, 2 noches. Pros: la ubicación del hotel es muy buena, la habitación en general muy limpia, el hotel es acogedor y bonito, es como una casona vieja en la que te vas a quedar unos días, tiene piscina pero no la usamos por tiempo, olía mucho a cloro. Contras: el clima (aire acondicionado) de la habitación sí prendía pero no refrescó la habitación y dormimos muy incómodos por el calor. El horario de limpieza puede ser mejor, regresamos a las 3pm a bañarnos y no habían terminado de hacer limpieza, por lo que tuvimos que irnos a comer y regresar. Tomen en cuenta que no tiene estacionamiento propio, pero hay uno enfrente de paga, en el hotel pagas 50 pesos y cubre solo de 8pm a 8 am, y en el estacionamiento se paga 20 pesos la hora fuera de ese horario. Si no hubiera sido por el aire acondicionado daríamos 5/5 estrellas.

Les chambres sont grandes, très propres, et salles de bain avec douches à l’italienne. Un des meilleurs hôtels que nous avons pu faire au Mexique. Bravo tout était parfait !

La habitación sucia, las sabanas percudidas y sucias, las almohadas manchadas de amarillo y con manchas de humedad, la televisión hacia arriba que no se ve bien. Se estanca el agua del baño, El inodoro no tenia agua, se tenia que llenar con el bote de basura para que se desagüe. La piscina estaba super turbia el agua.
• Cynda L (8/5): Attractive colonial hotel - I enjoyed the colonial feel of the hotel and the location was convenient but that came with a price. That is by 6am you could here the sounds of the traffic. The front room had high ceilings, wood fixtures, and pasta tiled flooring. Perhaps further to the back of the hotel noise would not be an issue. The narrow courtyard were the pool was, meant the likehood of having a dip with the sun on high was limited. But good value overall.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - The location is excellent!!! The rooms are not. There are 3 floors with steep steps and no elevator. The pool is not a pool, it is a pond that is dirty. The shower head gives you drips of water which means you can take up to 30 minutes to get a semi decent shower. The cleaning staff is awesome. They were there every day even on holidays and are very respectful. The breakfast staff was not and never ready on time. Rude and angry gentleman. Breakfast offered is not worth it.

• Lissette (8/5): Estancia cómoda - El lugar es adecuado para el precio, la ubicación es muy buena ya que se encuentra a unas cuadras de la plaza central de Merida, lo único a mejorar es tener cortinas Blackout ya que entra mucha luz de las áreas comunes. Otra cosa importante si llevas coche es que el estacionamiento tiene costo después de las 8am ya que se trata de un estacionamiento frente al hotel, no es parte de las instalaciones del mismo.

I got very agravated that the cleaning lady was expecting a tip on a daily basis when cleaning the room because the tip was not given she stoped being polite,,,isn’t keeping the room clean included in the fees the we had paid already?????? they were polite but with the monetary expectation if that didn’t happen they were not helpful and rude.

• Jose A (10/5): Una buena experiencia en Merida - Es una casa antigua remodelada, con buena atención del personal recepción recamaritas y área de comedor, allí en desayuno falta la fruta para hacer mas variado el desayuno. Cercano al centro áreas de entretenimiento, museos mercado y a los atractivos de la ciudad.

• jose (4/5): It could of been better - The room was dark no windows, but has air conditioner. However the bathroom was dirty and smelled like urine was not pleasant considering there are no windows. Over all it was walking distance to shops and dining and the central area.

• Johan (6/5): OK hotel - The place is decent in almost every aspect. It is just a few blocks away from the main Zócalo in a safe neighbourhood. However amenities are minimum. Rooms get cleaned daily and the air conditioning works for the heat. Toilets are clean but can have some sewage smell fue to still water. Pool? What pool. My only discontent was the night staff attitude. I would stay here again at a cheap rate but rather find elsewhere within Merida
• Stephanie (6/5): Nice place in Merida - This hotel is located in a great place in Mérida. It is a short walk to the plaza and surrounding restaurants. The complimentary breakfast is very minimal, bread/toast with jelly or butter and cereal with your choice of milk (regular, reduced fat, and lactose free). They also offer free coffee and tea (green or camomile) all day. Make sure to check your room’s door when you check in. We found that ours could be forced open even when locked. That made me feel uncomfortable leaving my belongings and while sleeping. We did notify the front desk who was very kind. They didn’t have any other available rooms so they could not move us to another room. They did offer to hold our valuables at the front desk with the attendant. It was over all a very comfortable stay. At night I could hear rooms from other doors slamming, but that did eventually stop. I would definitely stay here again, good value for the price.

• Mike (4/5): So so hotel, don't expect much - Staffs are great and friendly, otherwise I'd have given this hotel 1 star. The hotel appears to be badly managed with leaking bathroom ceiling, so when it rains outside it's also "raining" inside. In addition, there's no shade at the walkway around the pool and the stairs, so if it rains one will need to run all the way up the stairs to get back to the room. For the last few days of our stay, we didn't bother with room cleaning service since the staffs are too busy with people checking in and out that they only knocked on our door at around 5pm or so.
• Arthur (8/5): Great Location - But Hotel Falls Short - Location of this hotel is excellent for anyone new to Merida, and who wants to stay within close walking distance to Plaza Grande area for a great price. However, their idea of included breakfast was cold cereal, coffee and toast. Other hotels in the area (for exact same price) include made-to-order hot breakfast. The available wifi is weak at best in the rooms, so it is best to go to the lobby area to get good wifi reception.
• John (2/5): Painful, remind me NOT to go here. - They charge 142 pesos a day for parking, there is no water, no chairs, no table, and our AC did NOT work. Receptionist is a class jerk. Our time was deplorable.

• Louis (4/5): Low price = stay. - The hotel has great potential but seriously under-maintained. The room was a hole in the wall with a very strong mold smell and no windows. The courtyard feels "forgotten". The low price is relative to the hotel but at this price there are better I think.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Very good hotel for this price - The hotel staff was super nice and the hotel is also super cute. We were impressed because our stay there was super cheap. The rooms there are modern but a bit small. We didn't booked breakfast but we got breakfast for free and parking for the night was also for free. Just the sower didn't worked that well, but otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel!
• Verified traveler (2/5): noisiest hotel in creation - sleep impossible - I'm not a person who always complains. But this hotel was terrible. The rooms are all on the ground floor, arranged around a bar/kantina. The drinking/merrymaking/raclet goes on ALL NIGHT. You are physically maybe ten to fifteen feet from people talking and laughing loudly. Your only separation is a crude wooden shutter. No glass. Needless to say, tired from your journey, just as you are about to drift off, a burst of laughter, or the music wakes you right up again. Oh, and the public toilets for the bar patrons are located right outside your bedroom door. I was on the phone to Expedia arranging another hotel at 04.00 am.
