Staff gentilissimo e soggiorno più che soddisfacente! - Staff gentilissimo, posizione ideale (a pochi km dall'autostrada e dal centro storico), parcheggio ampio e custodito (compreso nel prezzo!), camera pulita, letti confortevoli, colazione ottima e variata. Siamo stati benissimo. Unico piccolo neo: la dimensione della camera non era molto grande. Proprio per questo sarebbe stato ideale avere qualche gancio supplementare o qualche luogo predisposto per appendere i vestiti. Sarebbe un accorgimento semplice ed economico che permetterebbe di migliorare notevolmente il comfort generale della camera.

• Sharon (6/5): Small rooms, and small mould smelling bathroom. - Helpful staff. Room too cold, so had to ask for a portable heater. Very small room, and mouldy smelling bathroom which was also small. You couldn’t sit on the toilet without catching your arm on the toilet roll holder which was badly positioned. No plug socket one side of the bed, so unable to charge both of our phones. Would we recommend this, absolutely not.

Kaffee u. Wasser kostenlos verfügbar, sehr aufmerksames Personal, gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Wir können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Réveillée plusieurs fois, à 3h du matin par le voisin qui rentrait, par la mise en place du petit déjeuner et par une dame à talons à l'étage au-dessus. Et le fait d'être dans une chambre PMR sans avoir été prévenue. La salle de bain était moins pratique.

• Jacques (8/5): tres bon sejour - chambre parfaite, excellent petit dejeuner, tres bon accueil, juste un détail la senteur dés que vous entrée dans le hall de la reception, une odeur forte de cannelle qui est pour nous juste tres desagréable, c est au niveau du bar et comme nous avions notre petit chien nous n avons pas d autre choix que de prendre le petit dejeuner a coté du bar pour ne pas déranger les clients, ce qui est normal, une autre fois nous avions deja eu une mésaventure avec la cannelle, le diffuseur ce trouvant au bar a coté des verres, en prenant un verre pour me servir de l eau, celui ci etait impregner de produit a la cannelle, je vous laisse deviner la surprise en avalant ce verre d eau!!!! bon pour résumer un super hotel mais il serait temps d arreter ce diffuseur a la cannelle, ce serait vraiment dommage que nous ne venions plus dans cet hotel pour ce petit détail mais qui a une importance pour nous, en tout cas! merci d en tenir compte, nous ne devons pas etre les seules personnes car cette odeur est tres particuliere et tres forte. parfait juste le petit detail mentionner ci dissus mais qui a une importance tout de meme! toutefois je recommande cet hotel facile d acces, grand parking gratuit, accueillant, on y dort bien!!
• John (9/5): Don't hesitate. Easy to find, super friendly staff, comfy beds, clean, good to great breakfast. - The room was small but perfectly functional for what we needed. Nice bathroom, comfy beds, good breakfast and super friendly staff. I know the breakfast is very important to many travellers, so suffice to say, this had everything aside from cooked items, such as bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs...that sort of thing. Everything else was there, wonderfully presented. I like to use the desk when travelling and the one in the room was small and due to the positioning of the beds, fairly unusable. I managed though and really, I'm just looking for something to pick at, because the question was asked.

• Rebecca (9/5): Fab hotel staff, breakfast and location. - The location for moving south was ideal, but it was the room and the staff that made the place what it is. They were fabulous and we had a homemade lasagne which was delicious. I always get a bad back at night and it was the first night I hadn't, so beds were ideal. We started to walk from the hotel to the centre of town for something to do before leaving and half way decided not to bother as wasnt picturesque.

At 2am in the morning I had to circle about town for two hours, I followed all possible maps … I always ended up at the same WRONG ADDRESS given to me by “Booking.com”. I got to bed at 4am with my petrol tank almost empty😤😩😕. How could such a mistake be made?

• Mad (9/5): Confort et jolie décor au rendez-vous - Séjour agréable dans cet hôtel surtout avec un accueil chaleureux et professionnel. La literies été très confortable, la chambre et la douche propres, et l'ensemble était très joliment décoré, ce qui rend l'ambiance très plaisante. Le gros + : Petit déjeuner équilibré avec un large choix, ce qui est vraiment appréciable! L'araignée au dessus du rideaux (signalée par notre fille) 😕 et les oreillers juste un peux trop souple selon nos préférences.

• Amy (10/5): - We have stopped at this hotel many a time on the way back from the Alps, the staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is excellent. There is a restaurant across the road which is generally good and it is easy to find. Would highly recommend.

A Grill restaurant anly a couple or three minutes walk away. On favourite list when traveling to the Alps again, looks like St Quentin is probably worth a days exploration too. that there was nothing to not like 😉
