• Marta (8/5): zadowololona z wyboru :) - Pierwsze „zderzenie” z hotelem nie zachwyciło mnie, ale po całym pobycie mogę śmiało powiedzieć, że to naprawdę bardzo dobry wybór! Obsługa super — wszyscy na recepcji byli uśmiechnięci, pomocni i bardzo mili. Pokój sprzątany codziennie. Mieliśmy pokój z dwoma podwójnymi łóżkami i było naprawdę dużo miejsca. Duża łazienka z przestronnym prysznicem, a ciepła woda była dostępna o każdej porze dnia i nocy. Śniadania jak na NYC całkiem OK. Nie napiszę nic odkrywczego, ale każdy coś znajdzie dla siebie — świeże gofry, jogurty, płatki, musli, owsianka, bajgle z serkiem śmietankowym oraz owoce typu jabłka, pomarańcze czy banany. Warzyw brak, ale to raczej standard w Nowym Jorku. Największy plus to lokalizacja — PETARDA! Blisko do Mostu Brooklyńskiego i Manhattan Bridge, zaraz obok przystań Pier 11, metro i świetne połączenie z resztą miasta. Naprawdę super baza wypadowa do zwiedzania NYC. Szczerze mówiąc, ciężko mi się do czegoś przyczepić. Początkowo hotel nie zrobił na mnie dużego wrażenia, ale z każdym dniem oceniałam go coraz lepiej. Jak na NYC naprawdę bardzo dobry standard i świetna lokalizacja. Po tygodniu zmieniliśmy hotel, bo ruszyliśmy dalej w „objazdówkę” po części kraju — i wtedy dopiero naprawdę doceniłam wszystkie atuty tego miejsca. Po porównaniu z innymi hotelami stwierdzam, że był to naprawdę bardzo dobry wybór.

• Gabriela (9/5): Ubicación estratégica y bien desayuno - Está ubicado en la zona financiera de Manhattan, lo que facilitó recorrer la ciudad, tiene varias estaciones de subte a 4 o 5 cuadras, las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas pero suficientes para llegar a descansar, la cama es cómoda, el desayuno es muy bueno, variado y abundante, el personal fué amable, está cerca para tomar el ferry que te lleva a la estatua de la libertad. Al regresar a la noche, puedes servirte café que está en el salón donde se desayuna, cuando se regresa con frío después de un día largo es algo que se agradece, así como también dispenser de agua. Mi habitación tenía vista al otro edificio y había un callejón entre ambos edificios, un viernes escuchamos ruido y al asomarnos a la ventana vimos como unos jóvenes tomaban cocaina en el callejón, cuando sales en algunas calles se puede ver homeless, pero es algo que se ve en general en toda Manhattan, hay que considerar también que hay diferentes habitaciones con otras vistas, yo reservé la más básica.

• sandan77 (8/5): 3 Night Stay - Good location 10 walk to subway , room small but did the job , staff friendly breakfast basic - we only went 1 of 3 mornings . Lots of places around to grab food . Only negative is I am still waiting in the security hold to come back , it’s been almost 3 weeks and still not released - it’s not my bank either as I have checked . It’s only $20 per night so $60 all up but still annoying .
• Sarah (9/5): - The hotel is exceptionally well located. Walking distance to Brooklyn Bridge, Battery Park and the area around 9/11. The rooms are small, but very adequate, clean and comfortable. The use of disposable crockery and cutlery at breakfast. Although this appears normal in the US it is seems excessive in a hotel.

• Katarzyna (7/5): Well. Cant really now refomm - I like the location, it is perfect! My stuff was taken from my room by house cleaning without my consent. Apart from shopping bags and receipts, I lost minor items I bought. I reported it a number of times to front desk staff and the manager and was ignored, by some politely, by some with a dose of indifference. The manager answered my complaint by informing that house cleaning denied taking anything. Not a heartfelt hospitality I have a vision of.
• Amé88 (1/5): Chambre non disponible - L'emplacement Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 4 personnes pour 5 nuits, à notre arrivée la chambre n'était pas disponible. L'hôte nous a attribué une chambre pour avec deux lits simples pour 4 personnes mes enfants ont dormi par terre. A 250 euros la nuit nous avons manifesté notre mécontentement. L'hôte nous a dit que c'était uniquement pour cette nuit là que le lendemain nous aurions une chambre pour 4 personnes et que son manager était prévenu que cette nuit là nous serait remboursée au moment du départ. Le jour de notre départ le personnel de l'hôtel n'était pas au courant de la situation ils m'ont demandé de contacter l'établissement par mail, ce que j'ai fait depuis pas de réponse. C'est un vrai manque de sérieux

• Henry (8/5): Good enough. - The staff were courteous and helpful. The location was excellent! The king room was not that spacious. They took a security deposit that they said would be returned to my account soon as i checkout but that hasn't been returned yet. Quite frustrating!

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The hotel itself was very clean, and I was especially satisfied with the room – it was cleaned every day, with fresh sheets and a perfectly made bed, which made a big difference. I would highly recommend choosing the breakfast option, as it was excellent and a great way to start the day. The location is also fantastic – very close to the Brooklyn Bridge and with easy access to the metro, making it convenient to explore the city. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

• miranda (5/5): Overpriced for the quality of the hotel. - Good location. Dated and run down, lifts were very slow, 2 doesn’t seem to be enough to cater the building. My room was again dated, dusty, missing shower gel bottle, didn’t replace the water and coffee machine didn’t work.

E a moça que limpou o nosso quarto foi muito cordial e atenciosa, o senhor que trocou o nosso espelho e abajur também e os recepcionistas nota 10 para eles. O café da manhã era até as 10hrs na semana, mas teve um dia que descemos 9:30 e as moças já estavam tirando tudo, isso foi bem ruim. Outro detalhe é que passei para tomar água no checkout e não tinha água disponível nos bebedouros, precisa apenas ajustar isso, para todos os hóspedes terem acesso a água.

• sigsh (10/5): Fairfield Inn New York Manhattan/Financial District - Great Staff, Good Value for Seaport/FiDi - I have had mixed feelings about this property over the years. Upside: Very convenient location and good value for both work and play in Seaport/FiDi with the bonus of a complimentary buffet breakfast. (Unlike the adjacent AC Hotel which, sadly, no longer comps breakfast at any Bonvoy tier). Downside: Particularly small rooms and periodically indifferent guest relations. However, my recent stay was a total success thanks to the genuinely warm welcome by Yanesh and his extraordinary willingness and effort to assist throughout my visit. So, shout out to YANESH! Thank you, Yanesh! Of note: the remodeled dining area has hugely improved the look and feel of the space. However, the new seating layout can cause somewhat cramped dining conditions during the busy period. Breakfast service staff continue to be very kind and accommodating.

Key attractions such as the Brooklyn Bridge, Wall Street, and the 9/11 Memorial are all within walking distance, making it very convenient to get around. I especially appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who were professional and accommodating throughout the stay. The breakfast meets the standard for this type of hotel and provides everything needed to start the day. A nice bonus was the pleasant view from the room, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a very positive experience, mainly thanks to the great location and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel.

• 1ShotTravelNYC (8/5): Financial District in New York Cit - Stayed at Fairfield Inn Financial District in New York City recently. Overall, it was an average experience. The location is convenient for downtown access, and the staff was generally helpful. The room was clean, but on the smaller side, which is expected for the area. Amenities were decent, though nothing particularly stood out, and the breakfast area can get crowded during peak times. Good for a short stay if you need something simple and well-located, but there’s room for improvement in overall comfort and experience.

Les lits pour les chambres familiales sont beaucoup trop petits !!!!!!!! C’est bien la première fois que cela nous arrivent surtout au USA ?? Pas grand chose dans la salle de bain pas de verre à brosse à dents ni bonnet de douche ,coton tige ,crème pour le corps …franchement peut mieux faire

I liked being able to log into streaming services on the TV in the bedroom. I liked how hot the water was in the shower. There was also a creepy bug in my room. I did not like that the only room available was on the 2nd floor and was extremely noisy. I did not like how outdated the furniture and appliances were. I did not like that there was no convenience store in the hotel.

A pochi passi da Wall Stret, Oculus, Ground zero, piazza con locali di Foulton, stone Stret con localini sove mamgiare fuori in allegria! Vicino all’ imbarco per la statua sella libertà e per il battello per Brooklyn, al bellissimo ponte e al molo Pier 17! Grazie a tutto il personale

Hotel lata świetności, ma już za sobą, ale nie ma co ukrywać jadąc na zwiedzanie NY w pokoju się tylko śpi. Śniadanie dobre każdy coś wybierze dla siebie. Obiekt położony jest w bezpiecznej okolicy, bez obaw można spacerować.

En nuestra habitación (507) recomiendo una luz adicional al centro de la habitación, era un poco oscura. Y recomiendo colocar algún tipo de mesa plegable adicional que puede ser guardada en el compartímiento que tienen de maletas, ya que al ser 4 personas hubiera sido ideal tener una mesa más para poder acomodar ciertas cosas.

• Michał (9/5): Polecam tym, którzy przyjeżdżają do hotelu tylko spać - i to nie jest minus! - Traktowałem hotel jako miejsce tylko do spania - funkcja została spełniona idealnie. Czysto, bardzo wygodne łóżko, spora łazienka i co najważniejsze brak większych odgłosów z korytarza. Jeżeli chodzi o śniadanie to amerykański standard. Nie dla wybrednych i przyzwyczajonych do europejskiego sniadania. Znośnie, ale warto. Obsługa zawsze miła i pomocna! Wielkie podziękowania ;) Jeden minus to bardzo głośna klimatyzacja. Niestety musieliśmy ogrzewać pokój i był nagrzany, ale głośny :) Plus to to, że można nagrzać i wyłączyć więc nie widzę problemu. Aha i jeżeli ktoś liczy na piękny widok to będzie mógł zobaczyć tylko szarą ścianę.

• stefano (8/5): Ottima soluzione, visto il prezzo - Ottima posizione (metro Wall Street e Fulton a 7/8 minuti a piedi), letto grande e comodo, bagno abbastanza ampio, colazione inclusa, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo Stanza arredata semplicemente, assenza di spazi per poggiare le valigie, finestra che affaccia su un muro molto vicino (c’è un extra per la camera con vista) colazione monotona e senza tanta scelta, in un ambiente non grande e affollato

• Ildikó (8/5): A szálloda közelében sok látnivaló van. A személyzet nagyon segítőkész, türelmes. - A szálloda jó helyen van, metroval szinte minden elérhető. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész. A reggeli választéka és minősége nem tetszett, de ez ízlés kérdése, a városban máshol fogyasztott ételek sem ízlettek.
