Breakfast choice could improve. Lower lever/smaller room bathrooms created a mess due to small size and inappropriate shower system. Lighting in room and bathroom were poor. However, property is located in an area with lots of food/restaurant choices, shops, grocery store. Outdoor pool was questionable. Staff were friendly but very little English speaking. Air conditioning was good but wasn’t really needed, as the daily temperature was mostly tolerable, maybe due to location. Indoor suites better than outdoor ones.

The staff was not the most helpful all the time and English was limited. This is fine but its advertised as otherwise. The pool area was ok but not amazing. We ate at the Mexican restaurant on the same property. It was a little pricey but delicious with very friendly staff. I wouldnt stay here for an extended period or for a resort experience but as a hotel it was good.

- Miguel (6/5): - There was human hair all over the bed sheets. My wife and I complained to the front desk and she said sorry and laughed. There are no elevators and we had to take three heavy luggage up four flights of stairs. The breakfast could be better.
- Summer (10/5): - Lovely staff, very accommodating. Started off in an older, dated room but the manager found us and quickly upgraded once another room was available. Clean pool, great breakfast. Limited English but communication was fairly easy. Quiet and relaxing, although there was limited hot water. Surrounding restaurants are amazing and conveniently close to a minimart to purchase water. I’d stay here again.
- Camilo (8/5): - Le doy 4 estrellas en total a este hotel pero mis vacaciones en Punta Cana me dejó con muchas cosas que desear. Antes que nada, todo lo que digo acá está basado en mi experiencia durante mi estadia en el mes de Diciembre. El hotel está bastante lejos de la playa, alrededor de 30-40 mins caminando. Esto se debe a que los resorts cubren la entrada que lleva directamente a la playa, por lo que si uno quiere ir caminando, debe rodear el resort hasta llegar a la entrada pública. Las playas de Punta Cana son muy hermosas, el agua es cristalina y la arena de la playa es blanca y fina. Sin embargo, el mar para estas fechas (diciembre) es frío, o como los locales, le llaman "fresco". No hace tanto calor, la temperatura es de alrededor 26-28 grados, lo cual es bastante agradable, pero el agua del mar debe estar alrededor de 20 grados, por lo que se siente frío. La arena no es caliente, por lo que uno se puede echar en la arena durante largo rato sin temor a quemarse los pies. En la playa no hay muchas cosas para hacer, puedes irte caminando 30 mins para un lado y otros 30 para otro y solo encontrarás hoteles. Al lado de la entrada pública hay una pequeña zona comercial con tiendas de recuerdos y algunos restaurantes pero nada más. Las playas no cuentan con baños públicos, por lo que si necesitas ir al baño y no estás alojado en un resort (no tienes una manilla), tienes que buscar otro lugar (¿dónde exactamente? no sé). Tampoco es posible rentar las sillas que están en la pla

The only positives were Cucho who was offering fun trips, little restaurant staff and pool area but there was no open bar.

- Leanne (2/5): Hotel Nightmare - This hotel is the worst iv stayed in we had to cut holiday short by a week for family emergency at home in uk. Manger avoided us for days as she knew we were asking for refund for unused days. she kept saying she couldn’t speak English when we heard she could. They then point blank refused to help adding to our stress At breakfast I had to complain as the food was moldy looked like the same food was put out every morning it was not fresh. Room was run down but ok room was cleaned every day although there was not hot water in the shower it was just bearable to wash in. Pool would have been nice if cleaned and not full of dead insects. I if you stay here take insect spray and lots of mozzie stuff as they are rife in there I went the beach which is a tuk tuk ride away just to get away from the mozzies. The hotel has no atmosphere but I must say the cleaners and young girls on reception are so lovely and helpful shame the management was not the same. I will never return to this hotel.

- Daniel (10/5): - I just got home from my trip where I stayed at MT Hotel in Punta Cana. Let me just say this was the funnest vacation I’ve ever had and I highly recommend this as a premiere travel destination when staying in the Dominican Republic. The staff including Pamela, Almieda, and many others were the kindest, most knowledgeable individuals I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. They provided a comfortable safe atmosphere my whole stay. I would highly recommend them because of the extra effort they put in each day for me to have a fun enjoyable experience. I will definitely be traveling back to this same hotel for my next vacation because 2 weeks wasn’t long enough.
- WILLIE (10/5): - The property is truly a hidden gem. The grounds are manicured and the overall views are excellent. Not to mention the staff from the grounds keepers, to the meal servers, and house keeping staff were very hospitable and accommodating. I as well would like to mention the exceptional hospitality and dedication to service that was extended to me by the hotels receptionist Pamela. Through her dedication to customer service she was able to help me, despite our language barrier and I greatly appreciate that.

- RAFAEL (2/5): - I don't know how this property got 4.5 starts on Expedia and Google. This is a 3 star hotel at best. The bathroom was too small and there was a cockroach in it in the first day. The surrounding area is noisy with loud music. The safe in the bedroom did not work and the breakfast area was infested with flies. Terrible experience. I would not go back.
- Nico (6/5): - Area is alright. Quiet all day. Neighborhood is busy traffic, lots of shops. Service charged me extra for the room stating I wasn’t charged the difference per night. Sat. Was more expensive that Friday & Sunday more than both.

Además no había agua caliente en la ducha, no suministraban botella de agua para los huéspedes, no contaba con toalla de mano, el jabón para bañarse había que buscarlo en recepción. El desayuno decía hasta las 10:30 y ya a eso de las 9:45 quedaba muy pocas opciones y no reponían, sin embargo las instalaciones y habitación fue bonita y cómoda. El aire acondicionado y televisión funcionaban bien. Definitivamente es un hotel de paso, no esperes muchas atenciones ni comodidades. La piscina bien cuidada para su uso, aunque el agua Muy Fría, no da gusto ni se disfruta.
- Jose (6/5): - There were on AC in the room, no TV AND not hot water. The room got very hot and humid at night with no AC made even more uncomfortable. To report a problem must go to the front desk. I was on the 3rd floor, and I have to go to the front desk 4 times to report the same issue.. The hotel looks really nice in the outside and inside also, but my room has all the issue, they did not offer any solution to the problems
- CORAL (4/5): - The receptionist unkwoledge ..Manager have no customer service. They act like you in their backyard of their house. I was charge the deposit twice!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Just an average hotel - An average hotel which could be graded as three star or less. The location is good if one would like to see local residents. It’s located in a plaza where other facilities named at the advertisement are located. There is no official tour desk at the hotel but you can find many tour agencies nearby. Nothing special about it other than one of the receptionists who could speak English and welcoming. The room was quite large but didn’t have enough lightning. Also, the hotel makes you sign a waiver paper which says they will not be responsible if anything is lost from the room. Although nothing happened, the waiver was quite odd that I had never seen in any other hotel.

- Patricia (6/5): - It was a great place to spend the night before going to your main property for the week. They has security to take you to the check in and then to your room. Room was large but mattress was hard, the bathroom was a bit dirty and the TV was broken. But we arrived late to Dominican so needed a place close to the resort …. The cost for one night was reasonable and we managed.
