The pictures are different from what is online. Photos on wall hung by thumb tacks. AC couldn’t penetrate entire room so got hot. Mold in bathroom. Drain for tub and sink were very slow. Mold in bathroom. Staff are no contact but said to ask staff for chairs for beach but no staff!

• Tiffany (1/5): BED BUGS in 102! - Bed bugs in room 102!! We didn’t sleep till 11pm by Saturday morning, I was woken up with over 100 bed bug bites from this hotel room. For $160 you would expect it to be cleaner than this. My cruise was ruined due to being covered in bed bug bites and itching like crazy!!

The toilet handle was falling off, possibly the prior client had not notified staff but the cleaning staff should have.

• Rafael (1/5): Cockroaches infestation . PLEASE AVOID - N/A Worst Nightmare you can imagine . Cockroaches in the room and bathroom. We found one dead and others running around the bathroom and room. This hotel should be immediately closed . Needed to find another hotel to spend the night urgently as the hotel does not have front desk and did not reply to Booking call for support . Hotel reply next day was if we could send the videos and photos mentioning that probably that should be a harmless Palmito bug , judge yourself by looking at room pictures . Still waiting for an apology from the hotel. PLEASE AVOID if you want to keep your family safe.

I was itching all night didn't get any rest. We were hearing scratching around in our room and a crab 🦀 came out from the edge of the bed that part was hilarious 😂. I definitely would never stay here again. The bed was hard, pillows flat and the smell of mildew in the room, it felt dirty.

I would highly highly recommend switching those mattresses to a memory foam mattresses! Your neck and back hurts so bad other than that everything was fantastic.

• Tabitha (10/5): This was the perfect spot for my family to enjoy a week on the beach and I am so glad I chose this place. We can’t wait - The location was excellent! There was a path right to a private section of the beach, and lots of outdoor seating options along with a grill and an upper deck area that was perfect for watching the launch of Artemis 2 with my family. The room also had updated facilities and was much nicer than expected. The room was a bit small with little space around the beds, but they had an excellent outside seating area for us to spend time outside of the room.

• Adriana (8/5): Good for a couple of days and exact for what you pay. - It is in the beach so what better than that. It also has some lounge are with tables and chairs, rustic and informal but a good place to chill while you are drinking a coffee or a beer. The check in was through app message. Very few rooms have ocean view because the building is old but with some renovation, and it is perpendicular to the beach so you get out of the room on the side and then walk to the beach that is there a short walk. The check in was through app message, a convenience but you have to look for, I would have preferred a text message in my phone because they gave me a code, nobody was in the premise.

• Deena (7/5): Good room, great beach access - It is an older motel, but right on the beach. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Great access to the beach and very nice for walking. I would stay here again because of the beach access in Cocoa Beach. This was totally contactless. We never spoke to the managers or any staff. You receive a text with instructions to check into your room and never have any personal contact. I found this strange and somewhat awkward . Apparently they do have office hours, but there was never anyone there. I guess I miss being welcomed and meeting someone connected to the motel.

Sink faucet was not connected to the vanity and was falling off, we ran out of hot water when taking shower and in bathroom sink. No clean towels or other maid service was provided after 1st night - had to ask for more towels. Very weathered and deferred maintenance, not very modern or well kept. I had to call the cell phone because nobody was at the desk during regular hours.
