- Masako (9/5): とても快適でこちらに決めてよかったです - ロケーションが最高でした。中心地にあるわりに静かで 駅直結なので観光のあいまに部屋にもどり休憩してまた出かけられ身体も楽でした。 洗面所に備え付けの浄水器がありよかったです。４泊しましたがとても快適でした。期間中友人の誕生日がありフロントにいったらマカロンと可愛いケーキを冷蔵庫にいれてくださりうれしかったです。また次回もこちらにします。プールからの眺めも最高でした。 トイレ、洗面所とベッドルームの仕切りがもう少しあるといいなと思います。わりとオープンなスタイルです。

Wir wurden nicht mal gefragt wie es uns gefallen hat. Beim Frühstück wäre mehr rohes Gemüse wünschenswert. Durch das im Zimmer integrierte Bad kaum Privatsphäre sowie Ruhestörung wenn man nicht gleichzeitig aufsteht morgens.

However coffee not as good as Australian coffee. Only one little complaint. On the day of departure I requested a early morning wake up call for 3.45am.This call didn't come through until 4.05am. Just as well I woke up at 400am as we had a pick up to the airport at 4.30am.

- Ekaterina (7/5): Хороший отель с хорошей локацией. - 1. Отель расположен на 10 этаже большого здания, внизу расположен многоуровневый торговый центр + станция метро. 2. Сам отель - обычный, никаких излишеств в номере. Дают тапочки. В номерах высшей категории были халаты. У бассейна есть полотенца в свободном доступе. 3. У меня в стоимость входил завтрак. Еды много, она разнообразная. К сожалению, очень мало свежих овощей (пару тарелок со свежим салатом стояло). Я пару раз пропускала завтра, тк. он до 10:30, а по Московскому времени это 5:30, встать было сложно. 4. В Отеле есть круглосуточный спортзал. 5. По месторасположению: Отель находится на улице шопинга со множеством торговых центров. Внизу отеля в торговом центе есть много маленьких ресторанчиков, где можно найди еду даже после 22:00. Там также есть 2 супермаркета. До всех достопримечательностей можно дойти (но жарко), или спуститься в метро (красная ветка) и з пару минут добраться до набережной, китайского квартала, маленькой индии и даже доехать до зоопарка. 1. Ничего выдающего в отеле нет. Цена явно завышена.

- Dirk (9/5): Extrem gute läge, schöne Infinity-pool - Das Hotel zeichnet sich durch seine hervorragende Lage aus und ist durch die nahegelegene Metrostation optimal an den öffentlichen Verkehr angebunden. Der Swimmingpool im 19. Stock, der einen wunderbaren Blick auf Marina Bay Sands bietet, ist besonders beliebt.

- Victor (7/5): Неадекват. Не рекомендуем. Соотношение цены и реальных плюсов - имба - Прекрасное расположение. MRT в шаге (впрочем, как и везде в Сингапуре). Хороший, хоть и безликий, интерьер. Действительно есть панорамный бассейн (хотя все фото отеля - явно и гротескно приукрашены, реально все намного примитивнее). Прикольный робот на ресепшн Много вранья. Как в плане фото номера и бассейна, так и в плане бронирования. С нами сыграли в такую игру: "ваша карта не действительна". Это сделано только для того, чтобы обмануть Booking.com, все не очень чистоплотно. Обратите внимание, если бронируете отель в основном ради панорамного бассейна - он даже при небольшом дождике закрывается, и получается стандартненький простенький отель по явно завышенной цене. Да, и Food factory рядом с отелем - это просто тошниловка

- Renate (3/5): Expensive self-service hotel without any charm. - No service with regards to helping with luggage, impossible to find one's way around all the QR codes, it seemed a self-service hotel without the special benefits of being in a hotel. The room was very small and without any taste or positive aspects, dreary 'paintings' on the wall, not even a dressing gown in the cupboard, the filtered water was the one positive, and the pillows. An Air BNB place would have been much better and the price would have been much lower. The staff was helpful as I had to get some help a few times. I normally don't complain, but on this occasion I do!

- Fabian (9/5): super erreichbares Hotel mit schönem Pool auf dem Dach - - die Lage ist bestens. Das Hotel liegt oberhalb der MRT Station Somerset. Also man kann mit dem Lift fast bis zur MRT fahren. Außerdem ist zwischen MRT Station und Hotel noch eine Mall. Aber keine Sorge man hört nichts im Hotel von dem Geschehen unter dem Hotel. - Das Frühstück ist mehr als reichhaltig und für alle Kulturen ausgelegt, frisch und richtig lecker - richtig schöner Infinity Pool mit seitlichem Blick auf das MBS - Je nachdem welche Zimmervariante man hat, gibt es zwischen Bad und Betten keine räumliche Trennung. Bei unserem Zimmer mit getrennten Betten gab es wenigstens eine mobile Wand die man einziehen konnte. Bei den Zimmern mit Doppelbett gab es diese gar nicht.

- adrienne (10/5): Have been twice now and we all enjoyed the smooth and well managed Jen Orchard - Breakfast was great The rooftop pool was wonderful..so relaxing The pool cafe staff and some of the lifeguards were excellent and friendly Tracy …the bedroom staff was very good too Reception….More flexibility when there is a request for a couple of hours late check out.
