The breakfast was very good. Our rooms were pretty dated. Maybe we were in an older part of the hotel as the lobby, bar and restaurant did not look or feel as dated as the part of the hotel that we were in.

- jeffreyaR5632RC (10/5): Outstanding service and cleanliness. - We came to do the tasting menu at The Black Cypress in Pullman Washington. We stayed here at the Best Western. What an Amazing Hotel. Very clean, the bed was nice and soft but not too soft. The water for the shower was perfectly hot and I take long hot showers there is plenty. Room was very clean. The continental breakfast is one of the best that I have seen. We will be definitely staying here again each time we come up. We live in the Boise area and are happy to call this place at home away from home for us. The staff was very friendly, and extended every courtesy for us. Thank You Best Western.

It is centrally located and Best Western has a good name! - the price was great. the front staff was great. the bed was very comfortable. the bathroom toilet needed some repair. it makes funny noises when you flush..... I didn't like being at the "end of the road" in the hotel. It felt more unsafe being far away from the front desk, down some long hallways. Also, there was no light in the parking lot when we parked at the back to use the back door to get closer to our room.

It is conveniently located next to the University and downtown Moscow. Our room is always spotless and modern. The staff is especially nice. I highly recommend this hotel!!!

- 533riverrat (10/5): Moscow's Best - This is the best hotel to stay in Moscow. The staff was very welcoming when I arrived. The check-in and out was done quickly. The hotel has a restaurant, Seasons, which has excellent food and very reasonable for hotel restaurants. There is a free morning breakfast which is one of the best I have encountered in my travels. They also have a "happy" hour from 3-5 pm. The options are exceptional. The room was comfortable and was cleaned every two days. There is also a very large pool area and hot tub. The hotel is close to the U of Idaho campus and close to shopping with a mall across the street.

We arrived very early and the staff was able to accommodate us well before the normal check-in time. This was great because we were able to rest and get ready for an event that was taking place the same evening. Very much appreciate the staff.

Totally clueless as to service, communication, and providing an appearance of actually working hard. Back to the above shortly. On the good...the hotel is in decent shape - room was nice, quiet, and housekeeping service was attentive and responsive. Location was convenient as it was walking distance to Starbucks and other stores in the mall. Good walk options across the street on the U of I campus. And in terms of the restaurant food - the quality was VERY good. Back to restaurant/bar service. Unbelievably bad. We sat at the bar on night one and the bartender was trying to hard to be cool. Game day so at first gave her a pass but after a few times looking for some positive interaction...gave up and just had fun with it. Our main food order was placed for at least 15 minutes before I asked if the chicken was about 2 inches thick - after a puzzled look from the bartender, I pointed out that at that thickness you could expect a 15 minute cook time. Otherwise...where is our food? She responded that it was really busy (wasn't) and there was a big table over there that was waiting on their food. The guy next to us got his food after being htere only 5 minutes. REALLY annoying. Just a bad attitude. Had more detail but ran out of characters. Last point - same clueless attitude at breakfast an dinner night 2. Need to fix it!

The place is old, our room had a smell and something crusty (food maybe) on the blinds. The hotel is very basic so for the right rate it might work for you but not worth $200 a night. The pool had a terrible smell, I can’t get the smell out of my kids suits. Housekeeping was very kind and the communal areas were clean other than that I just think the place needs a facelift. Not the right fit for us.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Poor communication - Was told by the front desk that they would text us as soon as our room was ready. Never received a text message at all from anybody and was unable to check in at the 4 PM check-in time due to our room, not being ready.
- Cunningham (7/5): Was an enjoyable trip with the grandbabies look forward to do it again in November. - Nice we checked in early to enjoy all the amenities but we're a little disappointed to find out that you no longer carry the crab legs and the dry sauna was out of order. And the bartender's 10 to over serve. But we did have an enjoyable day with our grandchildren.

- Tourist21925265427 (10/5): A great place for a wedding! - My husband and I got married here! We did our ceremony in the courtyard and our reception in conference hall. It was a fantastic experience. The hotel staff had everything we needed from chairs to sound equipment! They took care of all the set up and tear down and catered and served the food. All we had to do was decorate and take the decor down after the reception. It was convenient and stress free! We had a lot of wedding guests who stayed at the hotel and they loved that everything was so close and convenient as well! I loved having everything in one place, and the hotel staff was wonderful to work with. I can't recommend it enough!

- Frank (8/5): Recent stay - They made no attempt to service our room which was disappointing. Beds are a bit hard and woke up with a sore back. Breakfast was excellent.
- Kristen (10/5): - Stayed for just the one night, but it was quiet and I had every convenience afforded. The resturant in the hotel is ridiculously good and comparable to pricing around town. Do get the Broasted chicken. Lovely staff, no issues at all. Will definition stay again when visiting my student at U of I, which you can see from the front of the hotel.

- erikbQ9663UC (10/5): College visit - Perfect location to walk the University of Idaho campus. Great hotel amenities and reasonable price point, easy to access off the highway.
- Tiffany (6/5): Was robbed on the price. Ridiculously expensive and I had no choice. Only room left anywhere. - The price of the room was a joke. I had no choice because there were no rooms left. I had a flat tire and had to stay overnight. Robbed.
