• Iqbal (6/5): Property needs improvement in equipment - Facility fitted with old equipment and is not impressive, bathrooms shared and very old, but in economy priced need to be reasonable for expectations. May be they should make some equipment improvements to make it better and more attractive. Certainly improvements will help.

• Robert (8/5): Quiet, Near Mrt, Clean. - It was quiet, easy to get to if its early you can go through the market or the bank parking lot. If not, you can cut through a side street nearby. Google Maps doesn't show the short cut. It was clean and quiet, had cable TV with at least one movie channel in English. For the one night I needed it, it was good and served it's purpose. I didn't do the breakfast, you have to order it ahead of time.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - 역에서 매우 가깝고 역 주변에 있는 로컬마켓 또한 아주 가깝습니다. 호텔 자체는 참으로 낡은 건물이지만 리노베이션 및 청소를 매우 잘 해놓았기 때문에 솔직히 방은 매우 깨끗하고 지내기 좋으며 와이파이도 잘 터져서 좋았습니다. 단점은 냉장고가 방에는 없고 공용으로 키친에 있는데 너무 작아서 공간이 좀 부족하였습니다.

• Verified traveler (4/5): 値段相応です、あまり贅沢は言えません - 値段が安いので贅沢は言えませんが、大きな部屋を予約したにも関わらず部屋の中に冷蔵庫がないのが不満です。別棟でしたが共同の電子レンジも１台ほしいです。蟻もかなりの数がいました。空港から深夜４時くらいにホテルに到着して、スムーズにチェックインできたのは助かりましたが。ビールが深夜でもフロントで買えます
• Verified traveler (4/5): 交通アクセスはよいが残念 - トランジットのため利用しました。 駅からの場所はとてもアクセスがよく、コンビニがちかいので便利です。フロントの女性は感じよかったですよ。 フロントから少しの離れの部屋で 二階部屋２つでした。 片方一部屋の話し声がとてもうるさく筒抜けなつくりで静かにしている私たちには隣は迷惑でした。 エアコンの音が凄くおとがしていました。 音に関しては悪いです。 シャワーはチョロチョロな水しか出ないのでつかいませんでした。と、言うよりつかえませんでした。 暑いバンコクには悲しい条件です。 口コミでエアコンとシャワーのことが記載されていました。 さすがに直しているかとおもいましたがまだなおしてないようです。 残念です。 朝ごはんはレトロなバルコニーで軽くいただけます。

• Sydney (4/5): Disappointing - The best part about this hostel is that it’s super close to the metro station. Other than that, the bed was really uncomfortable, the bathroom was extremely dirty, and the breakfast was disappointing. The staff don’t speak English and there were hardly any amenities included in our stay. Would not recommend.

• kaan (8/5): Good value, good area, bad food - Hotel is run by several lovely young girls/women who do not speak much English. Beakfast is TERRIBLE, (except eggs & toast), because its prepared many hours before, then microwaved in the morning. Our room was fine but really needed a new paint job. Laundry service was cheap but their detergent stained our clothes at first, so they had to wash them a second time, and then it was fine. Great location near the subway. :-)

• 필립 (8/5): 역에서 가까운 합리적인 호텔 - 호텔 자체는 낡은 건물이지만 방은 충분히 지낼만하고 공용공간에 전자랜지, 냉장고 등 필요한 시설이 다 갖추어져 있으며 먹은 적은 없지만 조식포함에 매일 생수 두병까지 제공되며 와이파이도 잘 터지고 하우스키핑도 매일 해주고 가격대비 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 제일 중요한건 역에서 매우 가깝다는 것(3분). 심지어 주변이 다 시장이라서 정말 편리했습니다. 단점은 호텔 직원들이 영어를 너무 못해서 조금 불편했다는 점이지만 굉장히 친절해서 큰 불만은 아니며 제 방 같은 경우 욕실이 좁은건 아닌데 샤워공간이 너무 협소해서 남자들에겐 다소 불편하다는 정도.

• Nic C (8/5): great private room for a budget - the staff was very friendly, location is good, near the mrt so easy to take public transport to other areas of the city, although a little out of the way from most of the areas you want to visit as a tourist. great price for a private room, air conditioner, private bathroom, the bed could have been a little better but I slept very well every night. all in all would definitely recommend.

• Verified traveler (8/5): コストパフォーマンスの良いホテル - MRTスティサン駅から徒歩5分のホテルです。 ドンムアン空港からタクシーの深夜料金で200～250B、深夜5時到着でも対応してもらえます。 ベッドの寝心地もイマイチですし、隣室の話し声など漏れてきますが、 ホテル代とタクシー代を含めても2300円～2500円程度なので、 到着日の７時間程度を毎回ありがたく利用させてもらってます。 コストパフォーマンスは悪くないと思いますよ。

• たかし (8/5): この値段なら - この値段でこの立地ならとてもリーズナブルです。 朝食まで付いています。 事前にきちんと確認をしなかったのが悪いのですが、部屋に冷蔵庫はありません。 共用(？)のものを勝手に使いました。 土曜と日曜(特に日曜)は周りの飲食店などがお休みとなるので、選択肢は減ります。

Although, they don't speak much English but the Lady Manager spoke excellent English. Staff will help you with everything, even if they don't understand English but they will try their best to help you with every possible way with a big smile on face. I tried giving them ฿100 tip but the lady denied. She smiled and said No. Breakfast: Simply superb! very delicious sandwiches. Rooms: Very decent with the price they offered. It really feels like a home. Location: Just 5 kms away from the Sutthisan Metro Station!. Nearby there is a flea market where you can enjoy street food, buy clothing, many malls etc.
• Verified traveler (6/5): 深夜便の到着日に最適なホテル - 日本からタイヘは主に深夜便を利用するので、到着日のみ利用させて頂いてます。 タクシーで空港からホテルまで約250B＋このホテルの料金なので、どこかで時間をつぶすぐらいなら、 深夜４時でもホテルの方はちゃんと対応してくれますし、普通に寝れて、朝食付きですし、MRTの駅から徒歩5分なので、オススメです。wifiも問題なくつながります。 連泊するには、環境および施設的に厳しいです。

• Δε θα ξαναπηγαινα (4/5): μην πάτε. Ποιο πολύ σαν χοστελ είναι... - Μυρίζει άσχημα μουχλα και είχε παντού μουχλα. Πολύ μικρό δωματίο. Δεν προσφέρουν σχεδόν τίποτα, μόνο νερό, ένα μόλις αφρόλουτρο 20ml για 2 άτομα και αρκετό κωλοχαρτο για να φυσιξειςτη μύτη σου. Έτσι πρέπει να αγοράσεις χαρτί, σαπούνι κτλ. Το πρωινό καλύτερο από το περίμενα αν και τίποτα σπουδαίο. Το κλείσαμε μόνο επειδή είχαμε μεταμεσονυχτια πτήση και προτίμησαν κάτι πολύ φθηνό που θα μπορούσαμε να το κλείσουμε για 2 μέρες αντί για 1, και ας κοιμομασταν στην ουσία μόνο μια. Αλλά δε νομίζω ότι αξίζει ούτε γιαυτό με τιμήν τόσο έντονη μουχλα/σαπίλα μέσα. Καλύτερα προτιμήστε κάτι άλλο εκτός και αν είστε πολύ στριμωγμενοι στο budget σας.

• Adam (10/5): Perfect hidden budget experience - Located just 5 minutes walk from Sutthisan MRT is this great little bed and breakfast hotel. It's a basic place suited to someone on a budget, but the rooms are large enough to stay in relative comfort, mostly with ensuite, desk, chair, and television. There is a communal fridge if you really need to leave items in there, but this is Bangkok, where you can easily find options to eat out. The included breakfast at the hotel is fantastic, with both western and Thai options, and I highly recommend the delicious pork kra pao. For other meals, the street market at Sutthisan are a great cheap local option with a variety of meals available, but while they thrive on the weekdays, most of these markets are closed on the weekend. There are also a few small restaurants close by. The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. They have limited English, but can usually put you through to the manager if there is something urgent you need to discuss. They do decent bag laundry, and the hotel is well connected with wifi. If you're looking to stay in the heart of the tourist district, this isn't the place for you. But if you want to get a little off the beaten path and experience a more local version of Bangkok, I highly recommend visiting SidaRe.
• Michael (10/5): I could live here. - Hard to get to by taxi, but its very close to Sitthisan subway station. There are about 50 street vendors selling food during the week days. Room was larger than expected, very clean, very nice. The bed is extra firm... Which seems to be a Thai thing, as every place I've stayed was like that. I personally prefer extra soft, but had no problems sleeping. I could live here at these prices!

• Igor (8/5): una buena guesthouse con un desayuno horrible - La guesthouse esta muy bien. Cerca del metro, y de un mercado para desayunar o comer que tienen cosas muy ricas, por lo que, que te den un desayuno tan horrible en la guesthouse es un fastidio. Ya que fuera por 1,5€ desayunaras Tailandes delicioso. No se puede pretender dar un servicio de desayunos con un microondas. Y hacer hasta los huevos en ello. Para eso es preferible no darlo.

• Verified traveler (10/5): 交通方便早餐又多樣化的民宿 附近有當地人市場可以大肆採買 離Huai Khwang夜市只有一站 - 第一次住在mrt沿線附近 本來對如此平價的民宿沒有抱太大的希望 沒想到住了以後覺得十分超值 因為到達第一天時沒有入住此民宿 提前一天拿行李去寄放櫃檯人員也立刻說好 完全沒有多收費 因為民宿只有兩層樓所以沒有電梯 我是入住一樓最靠近櫃台的門口的房間 但一點都不覺得吵雜 房間隔音非常好 加上早餐選擇超多樣 而且我還是第一次看到早餐有提供飯類的民宿 超推薦 如果是西方歐美旅客有不用擔心 一樣有西式的早餐跟三明治可以選擇 離熱鬧的Huai Khwang夜市只有一站 可以早上逛民宿旁邊早市 傍晚再去Huai Khwang夜市按摩吃東西 下次來曼谷還是會考慮這邊~~~

• J (6/5): För hård säng - Jättetrevlig personal, gratis wii-fii, man får två flaskor vatten gratis varje dag och det är väldigt billigt. Kanske inte världens fräschaste rum och inte så centralt, men man får helt klart värdet av det man betalar för. Det som var helt olidligt var dock sängen. Alltså den var så hård att jag på fullaste allvar var tvungen att ta in på ett annat hotell två nätter för att jag fick så _fruktansvärt_ ont i ryggen (och jag har aldrig haft några ryggproblem tidigare). Det var tyvärr det som sänkte ett annars helt okej ställe.
• KK (8/5): スタッフの皆さんが親切な方ばかりです - 立地は最寄り駅のSutthisan駅から商店街の様な裏道を通れば最短で徒歩５、６分といった便利さです。その商店街は朝と夜は屋台が開き通勤の人たちで賑わい、安い食事も食べれます。 １人での宿泊でしたがダブルベッドで広々～。部屋の掃除も毎日してくれて綺麗にしてくれました。部屋の古さは感じますが、値段を考えると上々だと思います。 何よりスタッフの皆さんが親切で、親しみを感じるホテルでした。
• Verified traveler (4/5): - Ich wurde von Kindern empfangen die mich nicht verstanden und fast kein Englisch spachen. Dann war mein Zimmer in einem Zweithaus, ca. 100 mtr. entfernt vom Hotel, wo ich dann untergebracht wurde. TV, Wlan war ok, aber die Klimaanlage rumpelte so laut, das an schlafen nicht zu denken war. Gegen 2 Uhr nachts dann abgestell und im warmen geschlafen. 3 Std. später wegen der wärme und keinem Lüfter aufgewacht. Am nächsten Abend dann gegen 21 Uhr vorzeitig ausgecheckt und das Hotel gewechselt. Bei meinem vorigen Besuch, im Haupthaus untergebracht, war in Ordnung.
• Denise (10/5): Highly recommended - Good location beside the subway, easy to get to from both aiports so no need for taxi. Breakfast was nice and there was a good choice of dishes. Staff were lovely, very happy and answered any questions we had. To find just turn left when you exit the subway(exit 3), turn left again to walk down the alleyway through the stalls, then the first right turn, then walk straight and turn left again( you can only go left or right) and it'll be on the left hand side you should see the sign. There are two 7/11 shops close for late/early arrivals we made the mistake of eating in the airport crazy expensive. The weekend market is on the subway route only 4 stops away and well worth a wander around. To get to the city centre take the subway to the last stop hua lamphong and from there it's only about 10 mins walk to the nearest pier to take the ferry. The walk takes over an hour but you will walk through Chinatown and go by the grand palace and wat pho so it's a good way to see the city.
• nathalie (10/5): super adresse à Bangkok - Nous avions prévenu que nous arriverions un peu tard et la personne nous attendait afin de nous montrer notre chambre. Cette dernière est parfaitement fonctionnelle ainsi que la salle de bains. Nous avons eu l'agréable surprise d'avoir notre chambre de nettoyée tous les jours ainsi que 2 bouteilles d'eau par jour. Le petit déj est très bien et le personnel rendant service

• シー (8/5): 駅に近い安い宿 - 設備は古いが、掃除の行き届いた宿でした。 値段を考えると、いい宿、使い勝手も良かったです。 駅がら三番出口を出て、露店を抜け５分くらい。 駅近くにはセブンイレブンが二軒ありますが、スーパーなどは、ありません。 近くで、ナイトマーケットが有りました。同じ場所で、昼間、違う露店も出ていました。

Einfach vom Hotel den direkten Weg zur Hauptstraße durch die Läden gehen (google maps zeigt einen riesigen Umweg an. Alles im allen war ich sehr zufrieden.

• クマ (8/5): 快適に過ごせた。 - 1泊だけの滞在でした。部屋は、綺麗に清掃されており、特に問題なしです。快適でした。シャワー室はちょっとちいさいです。 朝食もいくつか種類があって選べるのがうれしいところでした。 立地は、特に見どころらしきものはなさそうですが、夕方の屋台は会社帰りの人達で賑わってました。 そこで食べたパッタイがものすごくおいしかったです。
• Adam (8/5): Trevligt litet hotell - Väldigt litet hotell med supertrevlig personal. Rummen var rätt små men hade allt man kan begära och lite till med tanke på priset. Frukosten var enkel men väldigt god. Området ligger lite avsides men tunnelbana finns väldigt nära, det finns också en marknad och flera butiker/apotek/restauranger väldigt nära hotellet.

• shane and mymy (8/5): Not the best place but not the worst. - PROS: -Small stalls round the corner goes along a small road. -BTS station just a small walk away. -Quirky set up -Lovely staff (plenty of smiles) CONS: -Not easy to find -Not the best place to ask for directions -Uncomfortable beds -Borderline rustique look to the room but in a bad way. -Didn't feel safe (neighbourhood is a little rough) -kitchen is a bit odd. -Borderline hostel feel but with that odd small upgrade.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Close to MRT - The location is behind the market but once you know where is it located it is easy to go to Sutthisan MRT station and from there you can go to the tourist spots from the MAP. The staff are quite good in english and so far that area is safe.
• Jessica (10/5): - The staff was wonderful and we enjoyed the free breakfasts. The hotel is clean, in good working condition, in a good area, and close to the metro. My only complaint is that the beds are hard as a rock. If they had more comfortable beds is stay here every time!
• Verified traveler (6/5): This is not a bed and breakfast. - The cons: This is an older hotel and not a bed and breakfast. I never received breakfast during my trip. The staff cannot speak English. The beds are hard, but that's Asia. The directions to the place are wrong. It's impossible to find it by yourself. The pros: It's relatively cheap compared to the others. It's close to the metro and a 7-11. I didn't die.
• Daniel (6/5): Poor Room and facilities - A little out of the centre but easy to get an underground train to the main areas. Unfortunately the room was filthy the only thing that had been cleaned was the bed sheets. We had to wear shoes as the floor was black. The facilities were all old and broken, and the electrics had some dangerous points. The breakfast provided was nice and the staff.
• Rean (8/5): Good budget option in Bangkok - A good budget option in Bangkok. For not much more than the price of a backpacker dorm I stayed in my own, clean room with air-conditioning, en suite shower and toilet, WiFi and double bed. This is a small establishment tucked away in a lane-way behind the Suthisan underground metro rail station. The breakfast was basic but pleasant. The location is quiet.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Pleasant guesthouse with friendly staff - Although it wasn't super clean, the stay was pleasant because the staff was super friendly, the rooms got tidied up everyday (sweeping and making up the bed), free bottled water everyday, every other day clean towels, free coffee and tea. The breakfast was included and the choice was good. We liked the breakfast because if somethings were finished, they made new. If we couldn't communicate about a question we had, they made called someone who helped us in English. The neighborhood was quiet. the metro was nearby so we could go wherever we wanted to.
• Grace (10/5): Excellent choice for location,food and hospitality - One of the best b&b i have been. For this price, I can't get it anywhere. Very decent breakfast with multiple choice. Strong water supply when bathing. Clean floors and bed. Daily change of towels. Very accessible to suthisann mrt station. Just barely 5-10 mins walk. Along the way you will see some shops and markets that open in the morning. Very friendly b&b owner who told us where to get out hair cut. A very lovely place indeed for 19baht per night for a room with ensuite toilet. The only cons are some mosquitos and tiny showering area.
• Luc (8/5): Not a big room but was ok - Was some noise as repairs were beinh done, but not a big deal as it was during day.
• Miin Ming (10/5): The best budget accommodation, close to MRT - It was good overall experience at this Bed & Breakfast. As the name says, it does provide complimentary breakfast which you can choose a set of American breakfast or Thai breakfast from the menu. The breakfast was good and you can also help yourself to the bread and butter/jam and coffee/chocolate drinks (complimentary as well). This was my 10th trip to Bangkok and i have stayed in numerous accommodations before, i would rate this highly, it's the best budget accommodation i have stayed (for the price). It is only about 5 min walk from Sutthisan MRT. At Sutthisan MRT one just need to get out from exit 3 and then turn left, take a few steps and on your left side, you shall see an alley and a small signboard above. Just follow the signboard and walk towards SPB (a hotel) and you will find Sidare Bed & Breakfast. Very friendly hotel staffs too and room was cleaned daily with complimentary bottle of water. 5 star for the budget accommodation! Highly recommended!
• Dina (8/5): Four night stay in Bangkok. - Good value for the price. Safe and quiet neighborhood, quick walk to Bangkok metro, good breakfast. The only issue was that the room is not very well insulated against outside noise (produces by the other rooms' tenants).
• Verified traveler (8/5): An inexpensive but good option in Bangkok - SidaRe is a simple and inexpensive option for Bangkok. It is away from the main tourist areas but only a block from a metro stop. It is also near a large market and many inexpensive places to eat.
• Dawn (10/5): Nice B&B - We stayed here for 2 nights before moving on to Cambodia. Close to bus station (taxi 80-90thb) and with metro around the corner only a short hop to chatuchak market. It's a little difficult to find but follow the signs for SPB Paradise at exit 3 Sutthisan metro and you'll find it. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Bathroom has a great shower with a curtain (a rarity here). Breakfast is included, simple but ok. They made us sandwiches to take with us for an early morning bus. Would definitely stay here again.
• Andrew (8/5): Had its shortcomings, but still an enjoyable place - To start, I was very warmly greeted by two young ladies behind a desk in English, I think. They got my name, gave me a key, and then I walked a few steps to my room on the first floor. I walk in, and my first impression was..Mold.. In the corners and all along the tops of the walls. But that's not to say the room wasn't clean. It was. They provided water, towels, and some kind of tiny, bottled soap with no label, maybe shower gel. Bathrooms weren't too bad. A little old looking but not bad compared to some other bathrooms ive seen. It had one window awkwardly placed with no ability to let in sunlight. At one point I decided o turn the TV on and I noticed after a few seconds that a speaker might have been blown, cuz the Samsung definitely had some sound issues. All this being sad, the positive was mostly in the service. The people that I dealt with were all very kind and helpful. Breakfast is included and I think you could choose from about 6 different options. Quality wasn't too bad either. Free coffee and tea. Bed was a good size and comfortable. I think despite all of my nitpicking, I did actually enjoy my stay and I would stay there again. It's in a pretty good location. About 5 minutes from the Huai Kwang MRT. I would also recommend it to any solo travelers who like their privacy and don't want to share a room with 9 other backpackers.
• pradeep (8/5): Pleasant stay - Pleasant stay for 2 nights, 5minutes walk to train station. Breakfast to be choose a day before. Staff's are kind and good. Only shower area is small. Room service is good.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Great budget hotel. - Great little hotel a few minutes from suttisan mrt stop. It was a challenge to find the first time - google maps had the wrong address but tripadvisor was more accurate. However once we found it the first time we could walk through the market to the metro in a couple minutes everyday - convenient! Rooms and foods are simple but good. Great budget stay.
• Jen (10/5): - We had an amazing time staying at this B&B. The location is perfect if you want to explore with locals. We arrived at night via taxi from the airport. After some mishaps with wrong money the hotel paid our taxi man and allowed us to pay them back in the morning. Hospitality at it's finest! They were willing to help us solve our problem with zero hesitation even with speaking zero English. Everything was hand jesters. By the end we laughed and hugged it out. I recommend this b&b to all travels. Breakfast was also amazing!
• Verified traveler (8/5): Hard to find, but an interesting place to stay. - The map in expedia is wrong. to find the BnB, get off at exit 3 at Sutthisan MRT. There're lots of alleys selling stuff behind the MRT exit. Go throght this alley, straight until you find a street. Turn right and go straight until the end of the street. Turn left and you'll see the sign of this BnB. Clean & nice. I will stay here again.
• Syed (6/5): Good value for money. - Tiny washroom with leak under the sink,understanding instruction in English was a problem for staff. Away from downtown, but close to MRT.
• Mikolaj (10/5): Breakfast a bit small but friendly staff! - We had a wonderful stay over here. We were staying in the second building which was like 100m from SidaRe Restarant building. It is so calm there, chill. The bed was comfortable, shower was fine enough, there was hot water, TV was working, WiFI was fixed straight away after I told them I have problem with it. Everything that we REALLY need was perfect ;) However there are tiny "BUT" in my review as well. We had such a huge problem finding it. On the website the location on the map is SO WRONG! We were asking people but some of them even didn't know where that Soi is. Its the first one after 7/11 from the station not 20th or 30th... I hope one day it will be changed or written the location more easily to find. We lost like an hour. The breakfast is not big enough. In the previous hotel/guesthouse it was much bigger and tastier. I don't know why they make fried eggs AN HOUR before. They are very cold and feel a bit 'old'. Why don't you fry them after someone order those? Over all I really liked it! It was a great stay and I would recommend it to everyone. I will stay there for my next time in Bangkok but prepare to eat somewhere else the breakfast (the creapes with egg and banana on the road are great and only 30-35b).
• Verified traveler (10/5): Triple check everything when booking through hotel - Hotels.com gave the wrong room in the wrong building, so wasn't too pleased about that, but the girl at the guest was very friendly although she spoke no English it was not a problem. Great quite location close the MRT. The address is correct, but the map location is completely wrong. So it was a bit of challenge to find it. As for hotels.com I won't be using again.

• Shaz (8/5): Gonna stay here again - +near MRT Sutthisan.2 mins walk. +food stalls everywhere +7eleven +Quiet place(sleep peacefully) +the staff very friendly. -a bit confusing to find.too many alleys and the motel near SPB hotel. -for muslim halal food is hard too find.
