- Natalinka_S (9/5): The best room with a lake view is room 1.It has a separate table and BBQ. right on the beach. - The hotel is right on the beach, a great location. I'm giving it a high rating because the owner allowed our friends to park their car and spend half a day with us on the beach. He also gave us a new pot when I asked, and the owner let us make popcorn in her own microwave, as there isn't one in the rooms. Although we booked the Falcon Resort, the room itself was in the hotel next door. Its name has something to do with Spain, but I don't remember exactly. They're owned by the same people. There were two outdoor pools, one heated and one not. There was also a heated jacuzzi. The beach was wonderful, there were almost no people. The water was warm and the lake was shallow, perfect for small children. We only stayed at the hotel for two nights, only going to our room to sleep. We loved everything. Only two of the four burners on the stove worked. There was nowhere to hang wet swimsuits and towels and there was no table outside the room where you could go out and sit and drink tea or coffee. There is no microwave in the room. There were no pans or pots in the room, we asked them. In some places it was dirty and we washed it ourselves.
- rahman (7/5): It was just for one night so it wasn’t much - I liked the apartment layout. I will use that to make develop the rooms in my building back in Bangladesh. The pillows and bedsheets and blankets all had stains on them because they weren’t clean
- Manuela Alejandra (3/5): The price is cheap compared to other hotels, but in reality the hotel is very deteriorated and I fel - Its location is next to the beach Everything looks dirty from the hallway when you arrive and inside the room, the shower curtain had mold, the sink trap was full of mold and the water did not drain easily.
- Dallimore (7/5): OK - No breakfast
- Sherri (10/5): - The weather was awesome Misfortune
- Lindsay (7/5): - Beach and pool Not that many good options
- Ashiq (7/5): We enjoyed it very much with our family! Would stay here again! - Even though it wasn’t an expensive motel it was quite decent. The kitchenette was nice and clean. The beds were decent. It was close to the beach. It didn’t have a microwave or coffee machine
- Antoine (8/5): Nice place close to the lake - It is a nice place. They do all the efforts to make it tidy and clean, as a family business.
It needs some renovation. Having a kitchen, was a good thing.
The most enjoyable thing was that the resort on the lake with a private beach. We enjoyed staying there, with the pools. Thank you!
- Evangeline (6/5): - The property is really close to the beach.
- shelley (10/5): Fun in the sun at falcon resort - I love this place and been going for years and will continue to go . I like everything about falcon
- Bernier (7/5): -
- karishma (2/5): - Very unclean, mouse droppings and appears beddings are not washed. Fridge has water leakage and tv doesn’t work. Very poor condition
- Amy (5/5): -
- Allison (5/5): - Old and outdated, but clean enough. Great location. No coffee maker or microwave. But there is a coffee shop right across the street that opens early. Can't expect too much for the price. It serves its purpose for us.
- Brishna (1/5): - Beach side Inside when we arrived, the air condition was not on. It was really hot and lots of bugs inside it not clean at all. It smelled the pillows and sheets were full of hair human hair little little ones. at night time something was biting us all night.
- Alexandra (2/5): The employees are rude, and everything is very dirty and disgusting. It doesn’t even deserve one star. At checkout, I wa - Only the location. Everything are abandoned and uncared.
- Kelly (4/5): - Stayed at this property based on price and convenience. It was incredibly hot that day, and the AC was off in the room on arrival. It was not able to cool down the room at all, took until the next day. The room is very old and had a few minor upkeep items that need addressed. The fridge on a tilt, illegal electrical wiring 2 fixtures into one plug and through a wall. Shower head sits at chest level lol! Bed is like a cot. Was basically a place to shower (bent over) and sleep. Overpriced for what it is. Tourist season trap.
- Teagan (4/5): - Made the awful mistake of booking this place without reading the reviews. Upon check in, I was clearly a huge inconvenience to the lady at the counter and she didn't acknowledge me until I asked to check in. All she said was "how did you book" and "here's your total." Not a hello, welcome, enjoy your stay, etc. This lady did not care if we lived or died so long as they got my money. The room wasn't as terrible as expected, clearly hadn't been updated since before I was born. Wifi slow and spotty. Don't expect a good shower unless you love eye level showerheads, no pressure and inconsistent water temperature. A microwave would have been a nice touch. Parking was tricky as multiple parties of guests were allowed to park their vehicles horizontally across the parking stalls and take up all the spots so they could set up tents to cook and drink in the parking lot. This hotel was super embarrassing to bring my friends to for their first stay in town. You'd be more welcome in a Walmart parking lot than staying here.
- Kateryna (2/5): Great location but nothing else - The only good is location,it's close to central everything Motel price for what they offer, dirty room, sand all over the floor, mattresses not beds on top of each other, everything malfunction in a room, it's only ok for basic needs like mattress and shower that is also working poorly, dirty beach by the resort...199$ per night 😲
- alec (6/5): - Good beach access
- David (2/5): Very poor -
- Deborah (6/5): Right on the beach! - Amazing location right on the beach. The room was barely average. Some sketchy electrical and old looking decor.
- Tess (4/5): - Fridge squealing all day and night. Beddings dirty I was sneezing all night seems like there was a pet before us and bed wasnt washed. Oven still had old food. Water pressure of the toilet not strong enough wont flush properly. Beach area is nice, quiet and private
- Brenda (2/5): - The only thing going for this motel is that it’s right on the beach. Check in staff were not friendly at all. Was told not to use anything in the kitchen or we would be charged extra. Wouldn’t want to use it anyway, as it was grossly dirty and ancient. Everything in the entire room was dirty. I don't think they know how to clean. TV channels were very limited and it was also on top of the fridge, so not convenient. Beds were old and uncomfortable. A/C was very loud. No microwave or coffee pot. I would never ever stay here again and would never recommend. Stay somewhere else.
- Clarence (10/5): Great location,great times - Right on the beach !
Our air conditioner wasn’t working so Jay,the owner, changed it the next day and voila ! Cold air
Yay !!
We will be back !
- Cian (8/5): Very good -
- Corbin (2/5): Extreemly noisy air conditioner made for an unpleasant stay. - Good location on the beach. OK pool. Nice parks nearby. The staff was unfriendly locked in a lobby that you had to be buzzed into.. The bigget issue was the ancient, extreemly noisy air conditioner. This were the only form of ventillation (aside from the undesirable option of leaving the door open). It was impossible to watch TV with it on.
- Sherri (10/5): Exceptional - Love this place 2 pools and right onthe beach
- Brian (3/5): If it wasn’t for the beach it would be extremely poor. If I was you try any other location. - The beach location is the only great thing about this motel. AC is the loudest I have ever heard. No beach towel or loungers chairs for the beach. Pool closed. None of these things were clear on web site advertising.
- Ellmanrs1 (5/5): Clean and basic motel for quick stay. - Good location in town . Clean basic room. Best rate for room on website. Private beach on lake. Pool still closed in June...not open till July,August. No not tub at Falcon resort.
AC did not work at first, had to stand on bed to turn it on, then it was very noisy.
Nothing extra in room except 2 bars of soap. No coffee maker. No shampoo. Etc..
- Julie (8/5): Very good - Beach front and for the price it was great!
- Lohrasb (4/5): - The location is great with easy access to the beach, which was the only highlight. Unfortunately, the property itself was in poor condition—smelled bad, felt unclean, and clearly not well-maintained. Staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, and the overall service was terrible. Definitely not worth the high price given the state of the place. Would not recommend.
- Sherri (10/5): Exceptional - They are on the warm side of the lake, with easy access to the water. Don't think there was anything
- Junseok (2/5): Very poor -
- Doug (7/5): Good -
- Kellie (2/5): Very poor -
- Julie (4/5): Disappointing - It was on the lake Very old and unkept
- Gusniowski (4/5): Disappointing - Front desk worker
- Shivam (1/5): Bad - I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a nightmare. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Our room was filthy, with too many flies buzzing around. We asked to change rooms, but the staff completely ignored our request. To top it off, the AC wasn't working, making our stay unbearable.
Overall, I would rate this experience as a zero. I will never visit this hotel again and will reconsider using Booking.com in the future. Save yourself the trouble!
also can’t enjoy our food we have to go out for dinner because of flies
- JoAnne (4/5): - Our room was next to the dumpster (smelly), the mattress was terrible (old and needs to be replaced), the air conditioner was so noisy that we couldn't hear the TV or leave it on during the night.
There was only one small window in the entry door so we couldn't leave the curtain open to allow for fresh air during the night.
The location was great and the views from the hotel were stunning. Too bad the motel didn't compare to the view. This motel has lots of potential if upgrades were made.
- Christine (8/5): Very good - I liked that there was a seperate bedroom for the children. The location was amazing with its private beach and pool and hot tub. The amenities are a older but well maintained and clean. I was not looking to spend time in a hotel room so getting out and about was super easy. I would book here again.
- Sherri (10/5): Exceptional - Right on the beach. Two pools and a spa.
- Jesse (9/5): Superb -
- Farzad (2/5): - Not clean!
Avoid !!
Disgusting room very dirty and filthy.
They don’t know how to clean!!
Avoid even if it’s free
- Brian (7/5): Good -
- rosie (8/5): - Friendly accommodating staff. Jay really went out of his way to help me.
- Singh (5/5): Passable -
- Goodrunning (4/5): Paid for the view - Location Room bed the smell
- Ludmila (4/5): Disappointing -
- Grace (7/5): Good -
- Sarah (7/5): Good -
- Mohammed (8/5): - Private Beach Access
- Les (6/5): Even for the great price wouldn’t stay again - Location was amazing Old run down and looks like barely cleaned
- Lisa (10/5): - It’s an older property but very clean and looked after loved the salt water pool hate chemicals and right on the lake
- Anna (1/5): Bad -
- Charanjit (1/5): Bad -
- Neil (5/5): Passable - Location Bare bones rooms, no microwave, no coffee machine. Swimming pool covered.
- Rick (8/5): - Very nice place just a bit old. But for the rate is was nice
- Sarah (1/5): Staff/ owner was rude. And not friendly at all. 0/10 do not recommend. Worst place I have ever stayed in, - It was close to the water. The room was dingy and had a funky smell. It seriously needs to be updated. My 9 year old was scared to sleep.. it’s a dump. You are better off to pay a little more some where else.
- Tetyana (8/5): Very good -
- Chris (5/5): Average at best -
- Tereza (7/5): Good -
- Samantha (1/5): Do not stay it's dirty and nasty. One of the worst places in bc - Nothing it was horrible I found used underwear in the bed between the sheets.
- Trina (3/5): Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. - The front desk guy was okay but he wouldn’t give me a copy of my booking he told Me to go online and print it out because he needed the one he has to get compensation. Sorry that should be on what I didn’t like. I once worked as a chamber maid and when we got in our room it was freezing cold. I had to blast the heat. I was sore from driving so I decided to take a bath but there was a lot of black pubic hair left around the tub. My daughter grabbed a towel and it was stained. All I could think was that it was cheap so it definitely wouldn’t be clean. It didn’t even have a proper sheet covering the mattress 🤷🏽♀️ we will definitely not be staying there again.
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Arthur (7/5): Good - On the beach and not too far from restaurants Bed was a bit too soft, not enough pillows, no housekeeping,no coffee in rooms,no closet just a small rack to hang your clothes
- Huang (1/5): Terrible, never again. - Nothing except the location and the AC worked - but there are better places to stay with the same good location and better AC. Would never stay here again. This is a joke of a "resort". It barely is a motel. I would give zero stars if I could. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you had absolutely no choice.
The man at reception had no hospitality of any kind. Very grumpy and unfriendly. The room itself is extremely rundown and grimy; the beds had bed covers that were dirty and looked like it had never been washed. One of the beds, when we lifted the covers, there was a giant silverfish bug on the bed. There were little insects everywhere in the room and bathroom. The room itself lacked basic amenities like hair-dryer, kettle, microwave, or a telephone. The bedroom was so small it was barely possible for one person to move around in it.
- Heinrich (5/5): Passable - there was no Coffee maker
- William (1/5): Tent camping would be a step up. - The location was the only good thing. Everything from the check-in to the departure. Seemed to have woken up the person working there after 10 minutes wait ringing the bell to check-in at 16:30. Loudest a/c ever in the room. Advertised heated pool was cold. Hot tub was dirty. Room was dirty. Reversed hot cold bathroom sink. Only one working bulb of three in the bathroom to hide the filth and mold. Dirty towel was still on the shower head. Bed might have been made by a toddler. Lack of shampoo, conditioner, beverage. No towels supplied for the pool and hot tub. I could go on. The worst facility I've ever stayed at.
- Sherri (5/5): for the price is was a good place to stay. The weather was great! - Close to the beach and town, nice and quiet. some what out dated, the pool was not heated, there were no beach chairs provided. The stove only had one descent element two of them did not get very hot even on high and one sparked when you turned the dial. The couple taking care of the place didn't seem to care very much about their guests concerns or comfort.
- Thomas (4/5): Disappointing -
- Ryan (8/5): - The Falcon is right in the middle of the strip, has a beautiful section of beach and is a perfect budget oriented place to stay in Osoyoos.
- Karolina (10/5): Amazing location, friendly staff and the price is reasonable. We stay here every year and love it! - Great location, close to everything, beach front, friendly staff.
- Miki (6/5): You get what you pay for, I guess :P - Location was excellent and staff were friendly. Reasonably priced compared to other properties nearby. The rooms weren’t clean.. there was hair on the floor, sand on the bedspread and cobwebs in the ceiling corner of the bathroom :(
- Reutlinger (8/5): Very good -
- Nazma (4/5): Disappointing -
- Shannon (9/5): Superb - It had 2 pools qnd was right on the beach!
- Mannitscat (10/5): Location is its selling factor - Incredible location, beautiful beach spot and free parking. Warm pool Not the cleanest, garbage left in drawers, cobwebs on ceiling lights (full of dust so not new). No windows in the room just a double glass door. Pool loungers chained in a row, also no kids swings as pictured.
- Helen (8/5): - great location to the beach. host Jay was very accommodating for us.
- Clarence (7/5): Enjoyable beach holiday - It has 2 pools and right on the private beach
Restaurants nearby were good also Air conditioner was a bit loud, but it cooled the room down nicely
- Jonah (5/5): Passable -
- Susan (3/5): Poor - The location and beach. The separate bedroom No kettle or any way to make a drink. Rude staff, laundry was filthy, clothes got dirty when put down on surfaces after washes. Pool closed
- Fraser (6/5): Pleasant -
- Rhonda (10/5): Exceptional - Location was great for what we were there for
- Courtney (4/5): Cheap motel, pay the extra for somewhere else - Beds were hard and uncomfortable, tv channels didn't work, thin pillows, dirty top blanket, bed not properly made, dirty towel left in bathroom
- Alex (6/5): cheapest place in town - the location was absolutely amazing! the lake and beach were right beside it. perfect location adorable coffee shop across the road not well kept. Abit disappointed in the greeting
- Lorraine (8/5): - Very pleased the pool was open & the lake sand was groomed!
- Erica (5/5): Clean and Inexpensive Room, Perfect for an Unexpected Stay - The room was a bit dated, but clean. Some nicer quality pillows would improve the comfort rating. The guy at reception could have been a little more friendly and welcoming, considering what our family had been through that evening (broken down vehicle) and that we had a very tired toddler with us, some warmth towards your customers makes a world of difference!
- Susanne (8/5): Very good -
- Cookie (2/5): Very poor -
- Shannon (6/5): - Room was ok, I liked the separate bedroom. Kitchen was good, full sized fridge was nice, but there was no microwave or coffee maker. Beds were very hard & uncomfortable. No amenities were available - pool & hot tub were covered/locked.
- Janette (3/5): Poor -
- Giselle (10/5): Excellent - Every day we were there the staff was cleaning something amazing holiday spot. Super friendly staff and town. Every time you walk by someone they always said hi and how are you. We loved everything
- B (1/5): Dump - Nothing Everything
