• Yuka (7/5): - 重慶大厦内の宿ということで失礼ながらあまり期待はしていなかったのですが、快適に過ごせました。 ロケーションは良く、概ね清潔で、騒がしいということもなく、寝るだけなら十分です。スタッフも親切でした。 日本語しか話せないので、ブッキングドットコムのメッセージでやりとりできたのが助かりました。 タオルが部屋にないことをメッセージで伝えるとすぐに持ってきてくれました。 浴室にはシャンプーしかありません。 水漏れしていたので常にポタポタと水の落ちる音が聞こえていました。 オートロックではないので鍵を閉め忘れないよう注意する必要があります。

Solo lo utilizamos para dormir, lo cual fue más que suficiente. Sugiero investigar bien antes de reservar. Yo no tuve ningún problema, pero no lo recomiendo para gente con expectativas altas.

• Joevani (10/5): The best place for those who are looking for a budget friendly accomodation. - Everything is included, water, coffee, extension, kitchen usage, even washer, i think everything you need in your house. even a hair blower and iron. The owner is so accomodating that I don't know how to thank her enough. The property is also in the middle of everything so just a few miutes walk to the bay area and also to the park. Good thing about this guest house is the elevator is in Block B so it's not that busy compared to other block. Will definitely stay here again, if i come back and when life allows. And please for those upcoming guest. If you are staying in a budget friendly guesthouse , please know that this one here is the best option, considering how expensive hongkong is. It has every privilege that airbnb offers. Nothinggg

You can walk to the harbour, shops , restaurants and mtr. The room is very very small. There is no wardrobe, no place to put your luggage’s. The bathroom is so old and tiny and the internet is so slow.

• Carlos (7/5): Out of all the hostels in the mansion I think one of the best. - The location is super convenient, 10 m walking from Victoria harbour and like 5 from K11 mall. The staff was very helpful, they took some more time to clean the room however they left it perfectly clean. They replaced towels for us each day and were very respectful. Wifi functions perfectly, you have free coffee and water in front of the rooms. Overall good value for what we paid. Close friends told me about their experience in other hostels in this mansion and even though they paid more money than us they had a horrible experience. The only problem is that both the building and the rooms are very old and specially the building is not well taken care of, the entrance of the mansion is a mess a lot of people are trying to sell you stuff (almost harassing you) and the stairs of the building are.... quite bad. Additionally, the lines for the elevator can be crazy as they are very old and don't hold many people.

Sam ten budynek zawiera masę takich noclegów. Beverly miał być na 7 czy 8 piętrze, ale pani przyszłą i łamanym angielskim mówiła, że na 15 piętrze będziemy i w praktyce w COSMOS spaliśmy. Dotarliśmy między 21-22 a w środku zostały jeszcze rzeczy poprzednich gości, nie oddali też klucza, ma drzwiach wisiała ich bielizna... Łazienka też średnia. Chyba mimo wszystko nie polecam

• Maria Rosaria (9/5): - Convenient position, right in the centre of Kowloon and very close to metro station. Though the room was small but it was furnished with the essential. Very silent and clean. Big fridge in the corridor and free coffe / tea in the reception Sometimes long queue at the lift, but the biildings of the huge Chong king mansion are always very crowded.

• Oliver (2/5): Bad room, bad location, recommend elsewhere. - A very unusual stay - a very weird way to get to the room which is above a weird shopping centre full of people trying to sell you things as you lug your bags through - you then need to queue 10 minutes for a small lift to take you up to your room which for us was the size of a large cupboard. Uncomfortable bed, small “room” with a window aircon unit which did not send any fresh air into the room so it was very muggy. I am only 5 11” and I was head to headboard and toes touching the cold tiles to sleep. Would definitely recommend elsewhere in the city for what we paid for for the weekend. One of our worst stays across all of Asia after 5 months.

You get what u paid for in this one. - If you value your little budget and you want to spend it more on Theme parks and restaurants, go here. It is really cheap. It provides you with a bed to sleep on and a Comfort room. The location is at the heart , as in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. The Chung King mansions is smack center facing the pedestrian crossing which reminded me of Shibuya in Japan. Subway trains exits are everywhere around the block. Restaurants are everywhere too. I suggest The Coral Cafe for breakfasts on the mall beside the Chung King main entrance. the mall is still part of the building. The Pinay helper was very hospitable. Normal for Pinays. I wouldn't expect less. The sales people at the lobby of the building are just discouraging. I don't want to be racist. But generally they are from 1 type of race. They will sell the other 'hotels' found in the building. Why don't they just get a stall in the building and sell from there? They are blocking the path of the other people coming in and out. The lifts/elevators are too small. In morning rush hours, better take the stairs. Ahh the stairs, they are sinister , it needs more cleaning and maybe renovation.

• Samantha (6/5): Pleasant - Loved how central it is, station is a few minutes walk, easy to get to from the airport ect. Staff were friendly and we got clean towels everyday. It isn’t anything the property can change but there is only 1 elevator to get onto our floor, it’s very small and you sometimes have to wait if there’s a big queue, the walls are also very thin, the people staying next to us were noisy past midnight talking and blaring the TV, they were also noisy at 5AM we can hear everything.

With free coffee, free hot and cold water to drink, free orange candies, free wifi. With hot shower. It's just that the place is very small, with 1 foot space b/w the beds, small space adjacent to the small bathroom-toilet. If you have lots of baggages or luggages, and there are 3 persons to stay, it's crowded. The place is good for the travelers with light baggages that only needs a place to stay at night.

• Arthur (10/5): Review and directons - Good room, Clean, Friendly host. It's at the 8th floor of block B, walk into the mansion a bit and look above, there should be a sign that leads you to the blocks. The rooms for solo may be a bit smaller than expected.

Just a value for money. - The lady who accommodated us (sorry i didnt ask her name), she’s very accommodating to all our requests specially when we arrived very late. The place is close to all famous places, markets, shops and mtr. Walking distance to airport bus drop off.

May, the caretaker is friendly and helpful with tips. She can speak Chinese and English. It’s not nois - The location was absolutely great, you can get anywhere, metro station is very close and there were so many cafes, street food, markets. I really loved the housekeeper, she does a great work, it was always clean and she helped with absolutely everything and was in touch all the time. Also there always was boiled water to make some tea. It’s not noisy at all, so I didn’t have problems with sleep, especially with turned down AC. AC worked good: it was never hot. AC works only in one regime and it was too intensive, so sometimes I’ve woken up at night to switch it off because it was too cold even with blanket.

You need to wait your turn. Or you can take the stairs if you’re in a hurry, but they look horrible. The building looks horrible (very trashy)

So if you can't afford a better hotel you won't die in sleeping here one or two days because is clean, and tidy. No noise from streets during the night despite being in a very busy area and a very old building To find the hotel was not easy because numbers wasn't signed on the street. And to get inside the elevator at night is very busy.
