- Hyeji:) (10/5): - 맨하튼에서 이정도면 아주 만족 후기에 3일마다 하우스키핑이랬는데 내가 숙박했을땐 매일 해줌 1층에 아침에 무료커피랑 티 제공됨 그리고 직원이름은 모르지만 드래드락 스타일 한 남자 직원분 진짜 내가 90개국 넘게 여행다니면서 만난 직원들중에 제일 친절했다ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ너무 말도 부드럽게하고 진짜 최고였음 체크아웃할때 인사라도 하고싶었는데 체크인하는 손님 있어서 바빠보여서 인사도 못드리고 옴 진짜 여기 호텔 사장님 이 직원분 월급 많이 주시길!!!!! 덕분에 뉴욕 기억이 훨씬 좋아졌다 The receptionist with dreadlocks was incredibly kind and helpful. 4인 묵었는데 체크인한날 말고 3박동안 청소 후 수건이 2세트 3세트 들쭉날쭉해서 리셉션에 매번 추가 요청해야했음 살 더 찌면 화장실문에서 나가기 힘들수돜ㅋㅋㅋ

- Catherine (8/5): Good basic hotel in great central location - Good basic hotel in a great central location on 28th Street - good for many of the main sights in New York with the subway nearby too. The room was compact but the beds and pillows were comfortable. There is a small gym with good equipment. We spent most of our days visiting NYC but it was a good hotel to come back to each night.

The rooms and common areas were spotless and well-maintained. Overall, highly recommended for travelers seeking convenience, comfort, and cleanliness. Recommend requesting a higher floor or room to the back of hotel. Early morning street noise can be heard.

- Meysam (4/5): Friendly staff, great location but constant late-night noise from the adjacent room - On the positive side, the staff were friendly and welcoming, the location was great and the room service was acceptable, nothing exceptional, but it met basic expectations. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was noise. The guests in the room next to ours returned every night around 3–4 AM and were talking, singing, and partying very loudly. This woke us up every single night and significantly affected our stay. We reported the issue to reception after the first night, but no effective action was taken to resolve it. One important detail to be aware of: although we booked a private king room, there was a connecting door between our room and the neighboring room. This made the noise problem much worse. This feature was not clearly mentioned in the room description, and we were not informed in advance. Because of this, I strongly recommend confirming whether your room has a connecting door if you are sensitive to noise. Overall, despite the friendly staff, the unresolved noise issue made our stay frustrating and disappointing.

Le lit est très confortable . Le miroir de la salle de bain qui capte le Bluetooth et diffuse notre musique. On peut se faire un café dans la chambre ou aller en prendre au rez et il y a frigo et micro-ondes. Les fleuristes font pas mal de bruit tôt le matin. On les entend au 11e.

Het eten is oke maar de prijs kwaliteitverhouding is niet oke. In de ochtend gratis koffie en thee maar keuze in thee beperkt. Het winkeltje is vreselijk duur. Koop vooral elders je drinken etc. . De lift is traag en 5 minuten wachten in de ochtend is niet ongewoon. En de ramen erg vies.

No extra blanket in the room. The comforter was just a thin cotton. Pillows on couch were gross. Staff at check-in was mentally unwell and aggressive. Cleaning staff knocked on door early morning to clean before we checked out. Very noisy. Someone was vaccuming before 8am. You can hear toilets flush from other rooms. We stayed on the 15th floor and you can hear street noise clearly. Windows are not soundproof. Blackout blinds are missing about 6 inches between 2 windows making it very bright in the morning.

This was my third stay at the Cambria since August. The staff id very friendly, helpful, and respectful. They always treat Hudson so kindly. The rooms are large and clean. The location is great. The price is reasonable. And I love the fact that you don't need to pay the entire amount up front when booking on Booking.com.

From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely invested in making our stay seamless. He went above and beyond to accommodate us throughout, always with grace and professionalism. A detail that truly stood out was his thoughtful offer of a late check-out, knowing Ramón had an important work call to take—an example of the kind of intuitive, guest-focused service that makes all the difference. Jonathan embodies hospitality at its finest. We’re very grateful and hope the hotel recognizes the value he brings to the guest experience.

- EliteTravellers (10/5): Another fantastic stay in the flower district - I just had another great stay at this property managed by GM Alan Garrabrant and his staff. The location on Flower Street is absolutely amazing—walking back and forth amidst the flowers, plants, and trees is a highlight. The hotel has undergone a wonderful renovation, featuring modern walk-in showers instead of tubs. They offer coffee and tea in the back room, a relaxing outdoor area to enjoy food, and a fantastic open rooftop for drinks and snacks. The front desk staff is incredibly helpful, and housekeeping is thorough (knowledge of some Spanish is helpful!). It’s a perfect location for restaurants, with plenty of fast-food options nearby too. Room Tip: If you are sensitive to noise, ask for a room at the back of the hotel to avoid the Flower Street hustle. Great stay, thank you, GM Garrabrant and team!

- RACHELL (8/5): - Its central but not too busy. Good walking distance to different stores etc. The rooms are small!!! Sharing a room with 2 beds you can't even keep your luggage open since its a small room. The bathroom is SMALL as well.

It made it not so easy to use.

- carvajal-amador (10/5): Great experience. - Great location in Chelsea. 10 minutes walk to Theaters. Clean room, nice size, comfortable bed. Elevators were surprisingly fast. Free coffee in Lobby and in rooms. Homeless person in front of hotel's outdoor sitting area. Staff did nothing to remove. We were there 5 days. Every morning same thing. Perhaps someone was giving her breakfast?
