- Lorraine (10/5): - So we stayed in the condo side of the property. Without purchasing the day pass for $120USD you only had access to the pool everything else would have been a separate fee. That was not mentioned in the booking . It was still a good deal to pay for the day pass at the hours of 9-5pm and just make sure to take extra snacks for later in the evening. With the day pass we had access to all the amenities

Carpet was dirty, not what you expect from such a nice condo. The resort itself presented it self very well, with nice pools and nice restaurants.

The property is very comfortable with multiple bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen, easy parking and access to hotel restaurants. Highly recommended.
- Anna (8/5): - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Del Mar Condos - it was beautiful and clean and had beautiful views. However, to be completely transparent. It was not a great spot for someone traveling with young kids. The condo decor was not ideal for children and there were not many kid friendly options without taking a taxi for food. The ocean was not swimmable, and when we were at the pool, upon talking to condo owners, they seemed upset that we had rented a condo for just one night... All of that said, the property management went above and beyond to help us on our stay. Overall it was a good experience. I just wish we had realized it was not an awesome fit for our family - maybe in the future for just my husband and I.

- SONA (8/5): - Condo was very nice clean , big and had great views. The location has many advantages. It was quite location , not many people , nice pools and great view. The ocean was not swim-able but you can take nice walks. The mail issue was lack of restaurants. There are only 2 restaurants near by that belong to resort and both are extremely overpriced and horrible food. I would be ok if the prices are high if the food is great but it was terrible, bad quality not taste at all. Like paying $100 for Macdonald burger. So you have to take taxi to get to restaurants which is about $70-$100 both ways . It will add up quick. We end up going to grocery store and cook ourselves which on vacation is not that fun . Overall it was good experience but we will not return

On the plus side, great location with good views. Very good housekeeping and manager is very responsive. Other condos on this property might be better.

The pool and spa are clean the spa and the fire pit are comfortable. The ocean is right across the way can’t ask for more. Will definitely come back. Staff is very nice.

If you're looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle of Cabo San Lucas, then this is the place to stay. The beach is beautiful, however, the surf was quite rough and not the best beach to swim in unless you're an exceptional swimmer. However, there is a big pool that makes up for that.
- Andrea (10/5): - Beautiful place right at the beach, pools and beach furniture are great. The condo was very nicely and comfortable deaigned, almost everything you need. Only thing missing is a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella, given that you can't swim in that beach being the sea waves so strong, some beach gear to take to another swimmable beach (there are plenty nearby) would have made this place absolutely perfect. We had a very happy stay.

The only issue we had was check in- I had to make 10 calls to VRBO and we still did not receive check in info until we LANDED in Mexico. So ..we had no idea if we actually had a place to stay or not when they are usually supposed to send check in info 3 days before. Was very stressful and nerve wracking.

The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The balcony? A table for two, a grill, and a lounge chair overlooking one of the most amazing beaches I’ve ever seen. This remote spot was perfect for my solo journey and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. I want to buy Casa Del Mar!!

- Verified traveler (6/5): The beach here is dangerous, overpriced property - The property is in a “quiet” area, overall it was fine. But I didn’t like the fact that the sea view drives the prices up, yet you’re unable to go to the beach because the sea it’s too rough. One night I saw a massive roach in the bathroom. The parking does have parking (if you’re planning on staying there you’d better hire a car). Overall it was ok but I think the property is overpriced (120 dollars a night for a beach where you can’t really swim or surf) It would be ok if it wasn’t so overpriced, but then again all of Baja California is overpriced. The apartment does not have a washing machine.

There are a few pools near the condo that your able to access and that really no one is in it. You have it all to yourself. It’s nice and quiet! - Silvia (8/5): Really nice condo but not with kids. - We stayed at the Ballena 103, Feb 2018, Check-in process was a breeze, they contacted us via e-mail with instructions a few days before, we showed up at the condo and it was ready at the time they promised. No Surprises. Condo is very well located with nice view to the pool and the ocean. The grounds were very well kept. we have dinner beach-front at the resort next door, though they have restaurants at the resort the beach-front dinner set up is on Mondays only (with fireworks and all). We went with our two kids 5 and 6. Even they had a blast, there was no kids on the complex. this Condo will be suited more for adults, (Aqua-aerobics held at the pool every morning :)) lots of retirees! The very first day my kids and I were by the pool and they decided to put heir feet in the outdoor hot tub just to have an old man literally yell at us "that sign right there says no children, do you read it ? it says right there! next time read the sign" and walk away. Even NO ONE ELSE said a word to us about our kids the rest of our visit, that set the tone to prevent my kids to be kids, almost every day the pool was all to our selves, if anything a couple of people here and there thru the day, but mainly empty with plenty of chairs, tables. Quiet and relaxing. I would comeback and stay there BUT with no kids, I felt I need to keep my kids quiet to not disturb the read or "relaxing time" of the older folks. The Condo is great but it is not Kid friendly. Again lots of retired folks.
- Vacationer (10/5): Love this Property! - Casa del Mar has three sections to it as far as I know. One is the boutique hotel, and the first section of condos, older ones but closer to the main hotel building and the second condo addition that is obviously newer. This property is one a favorite for it's beautiful flowers, location, staff and a very relaxed feeling. It has a peace and serenity that makes it a class of it's own! Last year we stayed in the first condo section and loved it main floor and convenient to everything about the property. We had a two bedroom and the kitchen was older. Again we loved it. This year we had a one night stay in this condo and it is a nice unit in the new Condos. Ground floor and the pool is right out the door. One thing about this location is at night the road noise was a little loud, the view was nice. Make sure you check that the internet is refreshed. We had very S..L..O...W interrupted connection. Hard when you reconfirming flights etc. We love this property overall. Great beach location, you can walk for miles on the beach and take a horse ride or buy some local goods. The Spa at Casa del Mar is wonderful. Daniel is a first class manager and if you want an amazing massage book one with Cristina. WOW!
- Mark (8/5): Great condo unit next to pool and beach - Stunning setting on the Sea of Cortez. Immaculate property, beautifully landscaped grounds. Friendly staff. Lovely ground floor condo unit, but appliances dated, furniture worn and worst of all, beds uncomfortable. I would stay at Casa Del Mar again but not in unit Ballena 103.
- N (10/5): The quiet place to be in Los Cabos - It was amazing. The casa Del Mar Condos is located half way to the 2 main towns Cabo San Lucas and San Jose de los Cabos, really convenient and even if you don’t have a car, there is are parked inside the condo. Their phone number is in the booklet in your room. The Condo is beautiful, inside and outside, with manicured garden and quiet pool area. The private beach is just few steps from the pool (careful with the waves and courant) You can enjoy as well the Hotel Casa Del Mar services for breakfast, lunch and diner, but you can easily cook your own meal if you are don’t mind to go for groceries upon arrival. We had really wonderful time at Casa Del Mar Condos and we’ll come back.
