- grace (1/5): Unbearable , extremely dirty rooms and bad costumer service untill you become demanding. - The gym was half decent and breakfast had large selection . I had more worse experiences then good) The rooms were so dirty my feet were black from about 4 steps(didn’t go barefoot again). Under the bed was so dusty n crusty there was stuff from previous guest , I wiped down the surfaces (tables, night stand) it took about 3-4 baby wipes for to be not black at one point I thought it was the varnish (it wasn’t) but I will say the sheets were clean or at least had no visible dirt on them. The second night we stayed here the biggest RAT (6th floor )I’ve ever seen ran up our curtain into a big hole in the roof.. so obviously we demanded a room change at the minimum (weren’t able to do anything until we demanded a refund over WhatsApp) the magically a room appeared for us at midnight btw… which the aircon was BROKEN, if you’ve ever been in January yk that was unbearable. Attached is the hole featuring a lizard of sort who also paid a visit .. more welcome then our other furry friend.

- Parikshit (8/5): Very good - Staff was friendly, the rooms were good, they forgot to clean the rooms while we were away in the day twice in our stay of 5 days, but after we called them they immediately sent the housekeeping staff.. water bottles are only given once a day and that too only 2 small bottles, so pl carry extra bottles along with you when you check in. The location if very central, the beach is close, restaurants, night clubs and shopping are not too far away. The breakfast mainly comprises of Indonesian food and eggs.. The pool is nice and has some soft music playing there all through the day. Good amount of parking space for guest. Traffic in Seminyak is always terrible though, a motorcycle is a recommended option to use for your travel.

- Spriha (1/5): Terrible Stay – Avoid If You Have Asthma or Any Breathing Issues - Terrible Stay – Avoid If You Have Asthma or Any Breathing Issues I stayed at this hotel with my mother, who has asthma, and we had an extremely unpleasant experience. As soon as we entered the room, we were hit by a strong, musty smell that made it hard to breathe. My mother couldn’t even sit in the room for five minutes without feeling unwell. I raised the issue with the manager, and while we were offered an alternate room, it had the exact same issue — the same overwhelming musky smell. It was clear this was a wider problem in the hotel, not just one room. Although we had booked a non-refundable stay, we were forced to leave immediately for health reasons and had to book another hotel on the spot. No refund or compensation was provided, and the staff didn’t show much concern for the situation. If you or anyone you’re traveling with has asthma or any respiratory condition, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. Very disappointing experience.

Housekeeping struggles with communication as they cannot understand English. Breakfast was the worst even had food poisoning from eating all the things I didn’t know. The room needs spring cleaning there’s a smell that is strong. All around it was just bad

- Lisa (5/5): The location is great and it’s a clean hotel - Location was good, facilities were clean The staff didn’t offer to show you the room and gave me the wrong directions to find it and just was walking around for ages by myself and none of the staff found help. My aircon made a loud rattling sound when I and was always dripping. The cleaners started at 8am and I would be woken early every morning with them being loud and yelling at each other down the hall and knocking on doors - they should not start cleaning this early and be quiet till later in the morning

- Kylie (2/5): - Do NOT book to stay here. They have a NO refund policy so when you actually see the property you can't change to another better hotel. The "gym / fitness centre" does not have working equipment so you can NOT use anything there, I don't even think the airconditioning in there works as it was very hot when I tried to use the cable machine that is broken. The "pool view junior suite" overlooks a construction site which can be quiet loud some days. The linen is OLD I even had a cover with a hole and frayed. The towels have stains on them. You do not get the daily water bottles as advertised & I had to ask for them. The breakfast is very poor compared to other places I have stayed in Bali over the last 14 years. The staff are friendly and it is not their fault the property is old and worn out and the gym equipment is broken.
