• Fabrice (8/5): Très belle chambre - Chambre spacieuse avec un grand lit confortable. Produits d hygiène offerts. Frigo et Coffre fort, Très belle salle de bain. Nombreux rangements et penderie. Balcon avec table et 2 chaises. Au calme et finalement pas loin des activités et commerces Une chaise à l'intérieur de la chambre aurait été un plus. Pression eau chaude TRES faible

Приятный номер на втором этаже, с кондиционером и лоджией, где можно посидеть и посушить вещи. Удобное расположение относительно пляжей, магазинов, салонов массажа и прочее. Минут 17 до пляжа Ката, минут 7 до Ночного рынка Каты, минуты 4 до большого магазина 7/11. Обменники также близко, работают до поздна. Приятный хозяин гостиницы Alex и его жена - помогли нам с трансфером на Пхи-Пхи и дальше по нашей поездке. Также у них можно взять в аренду скутеры. Обязательно ещё раз приедем сюда, нам очень понравилось! Не нашли минусов

• Svenja (8/5): Very nice room, nice communication. Quiet location - Nice room, very clean, option for breakfast. Very quiet and seemingly safe area. Very reliable conversation on what's app. Organizes the transfer to the airport as well. Check in before 6pm, otherwise you have to self-checkin (very well explained) and try to meet the owner to give your information. Lock on the door was a bit unreliable (but I still felt very safe there). Location close to all the restaurants, but a bit far from the beach.

La struttura è vicina a tutto ma poco fuori dal caos delle strade principali e del night market, il ché la rende una posizione ottima. Staff amichevole e gentile. Struttura e arredamento (bagno soprattutto) un po' datati.

The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were very friendly. The bathroom layout was inconvenient, as the shower was not separated from the toilet. Even with some space between them, water reached the toilet area, making it difficult to use after showering.

Funcionários super simpáticos, compramos os passeios direto com eles e deu tudo certo. O banheiro estava com problema de infiltração, o gesso do teto pingava água acumulada. Iminente cair a qualquer momento. Ralo do banheiro funcionava quando queria.

Ogni giorno venivano fornite due bottigliette d'acqua e comunque c'era un boccione nella parte cucina. Forniscono 2 dispenser con shampoo e sapone. La pulizia della Camera lasciava a desiderare perché presentava capelli e peli al nostro arrivo e le piastrelle della doccia dovrebbero essere passate con la candeggina perché c'era presenza di muffa nelle fughe

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, e ci siamo sentiti proprio a casa! La struttura è vicinissima al night market per la sera e alle principali spiaggie kata e karon beach tutto a piedi! Lo staff anche super gentile! Peccato esserci stati solo una notte!

• Sara (9/5): Nel complesso, un’ottima scelta a Phuket, con un rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero buono! - Ho soggiornato qui durante la mia vacanza a Phuket e mi sono trovata davvero bene! Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutare e a consigliare tour e attività da fare nei dintorni, il che è stato davvero utile. La stanza era carina, pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario, perfetta per un soggiorno comodo e senza pensieri. La posizione è ottima, a circa 10 minuti a piedi da Kata Beach, quindi comoda per raggiungere la spiaggia ma abbastanza tranquilla per riposare bene. Molto apprezzato anche il riordino giornaliero della stanza. L’unica piccola pecca è che in 4 giorni non sono state cambiate le lenzuola, anche dopo che si erano macchiate.

• Preeyaa (10/5): Made our trip more memorable. Beautiful place!! - It was a wonderful experience staying at this place. We booked last minute and we were apprehensive of the place. But it was beyond words starting from the hospitality from the time we entered. The person knew my name before even me telling him. Which meant he knew his customer arrival well. He allowed us to stay 2 hours prior to the booking time. He did not demand more for it. The place is so thoughtful arranged. He has kept mats to carry to the beach and slippers and water to wash feet once back...these small things make a lot of difference. A lady there taking care of the place was also very polite and friendly. .Loved every bit of the place!!

Homestay owners were really lovely and gave us really good local food place recommendations and deals for boat day trips, therefore it is not wise to buy tickets beforehand online (especially recommend PhiPhi boat tour). All in all, our stay there was amazing! Bathroom could use some renovation.

• Paulynz (10/5): Excellent place to stay for me. Great location and attentive, responsive managers. - I liked the location primarily, quickly followed by the attentive managers. The homestay is conveniently located to the SK11 gym, two 7/11s and multiple food places. Then there's the short walk to the beach and the night market. The managers are always informative, quickly responsive to your needs, and sometimes will go out of their way to do that (like taking me to the Immigration Office in Patong to extend my visa). Everything was great. I'd stayed at Phuket Racha Kata Homestay for 28 days in 2023, and had mentioned in my review for that period that the AC in my room wasn't operating efficiently. When I returned in 2024 the AC had been replaced.
• Max (9/5): Very nice family run hotel near Kata beach! - A super welcoming owner always ready to help and give infos on the surrounding area, the nice spacious room with a balcony at a fair price with a good aircon and wifi. There is free water and coffee every day, laundry service is provided quick and efficient. The area is very quiet, close to the beach (15min walk) and the night market is just 5min from the hotel. There is a 7-Eleven nearby and a microwave as well for food options. Beware than the mattress is quite tuff, gotta get used to it !

Great location, both close to the beach, the Nightmarket, and quiet at the same time. The water pressure in the shower was weak. No semi transparent curtains. You either don't have any sunlight or don't have any privacy. A more modern TV with Netflix would also be nice.

• Gloria (10/5): Exceptional - We really enjoyed our 3 nights here. The room was clean, big and had a little balcony. The bathroom was also a decent size and the shower was not too close to the toilet (like we've seen so far). We loved the fact that you can borrow for the day beach mats, beach towels, hats and umbrellas. The owners are nice, they gave us useful information about police checkpoints. There is a common kitchen/dining area where you can prepare your breakfast in the morning.

The staff was super friendly! We got there in the morning and they stored our bags until the room was ready. After checking out, we also left our bags there and picked them up in the afternoon. We were not charged in any of these situations. There is a small kitchen with some utensils, bread and biscuits that you can serve yourself throughout the day. • Saurabh (10/5): Awesome, Awesome and Awesome!!! - Racha@Kata did not treat us as guests, we were treated like a family. The overall stay was extremely comfortable, and full of warmth and care. The place was very happening, at a walking distance from Kata beach. It has lots of eateries around. The room was super clean and very spacious. Alex guided and helped us with lots of information on island tours and gave a pretty good deal on our tour bookings. We did all the booking with him only. Alex and family were very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. He also gave information on local markets and food. This was my best-ever homestay experience. I highly recommend everyone to stay at Racha Kata Homestay only, when in Phuket There is nothing. Everything was perfect.

Don’t wait a 5 star hotel but everything is clean and nice - The owner was very pleasant as we asked to have 2 rooms on the same floor and it wasn’t a problem for him. Everyday they gave 2 bottles of water. We liked that the owner did his best to solve our problems. For example, they order the taxi for us, we rented a car. So, they are were very pleasant. Sometimes we had problems with cleaning but we asked the owner.

Large clean room with kettle and fridge. Excellent scooters for hire and walking distance to night market. Was a bit expensive for a budget option. Bed was Thai style hard!

• Paulynz (9/5): Great stay and I'll definitely be staying there again. - What can I say that hasn't already been said. Alex , his wife and staff were all great, quickly responsive, helpful and friendly. The home-stay is centrally located on a private road so there's very little through traffic and the area is generally quite quiet away from the busy shopping areas. I'd originally booked a standard room but was offered an upgrade to a Deluxe room at a nominal charge so I jumped at the opportunity, ending up in a 50% larger room with a balcony. My room was cleaned every day (if I wanted) and two bottles of water and two coffee/sugar/cream were left in my room every day. When I asked for four lots of cream, that's what was left in my room thereafter. Hot shower, AC and beach AND bath towels provided. I hired a scooter for three days but didn't use it much as everything that I wanted was in easy walking distance. I really only wanted the scooter to get to the southern entrance to Kata Beach as the centre entrance was closed for some sort of earthworks. I started using Tuktuks to travel to the beach as it cost less than hiring the scooter. Alex's wife pointed me to a small cafe called "Koi" about five minutes walk from the home-stay. They cook Thai food for Thai people there. The food was awesome so I would go there for brunch almost every day. On more than one occasion, when I happened to be heading out to eat, I was invited to a home cooked Thai lunch with Alex, his wife and the home-stay staff. The food smelled divine so there was no way I was turning that down. All in all a great stay and I'd easily stay there again when I'm next in Phuket. Not me at all but some of my visitors complained that the AC wasn't cold enough.
