A special mention to Mr. Yadav at the restaurant, who ensured that every request was taken care of promptly and attentively. I would also like to appreciate the room service staff, Ms. Asiyong (apologies if I’ve misspelled the name), who was extremely professional and always greeted guests with a warm smile. Very close to Consulate, financial district and some amazing restaurants.

Shout out to Mr. Pinki Yadav, Manager, Mr. Himanshu and all the other staff: service with a smile ! Maybe a bit more service with a smile at check in and check out: not all the staff admittedly but it would be good to inculcate such a culture across the board so that we don't feel that some staff are indifferent while others are welcoming.

A special mention to Mr. Yadav, who personally ensured everything was taken care of and recommended some excellent dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, the hospitality was outstanding, and the service provided by the entire team was commendable. It was a delightful stay, and I would definitely look forward to visiting again.

Check in smooth and staff very professional. Room is very clean and hygienic. Breakfast has so many varieties and services are excellent. Thanks to the Server Tirumulesh for nice hospitality in the Restaurant.

Front desk was really good too.. very nice staff.. arranged complementary cab for me for work. Room was very spacious and clean. Overall I had amazing experience staying in Lemon tree and would love to come back whenever I visit Chennai next time.

• Narayansvl (10/5): Very Satisfying Experience! - Although I had heard about Lemontree Hotels, I had never stayed at any of their properties until recently. Thanks to its location near the US Consulate, my wife and I stayed there from January 5th to January 7th. The experience was extremely satisfying, from check-in to check-out. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful across departments, with special mention of the Reception and Housekeeping departments. We had taken a Getaway package that included Breakfast and one major meal. I must say the buffet spread is pretty satisfying. Mr Yadav, the Executive at the Restaurant helped us a lot with his culinary suggestions.
