Mi è piaciuto tantissimo il balcone indipendente, perfetto per rilassarsi in totale privacy e godersi il panorama in tranquillità. Il bagno è davvero spazioso, moderno e molto curato, mentre la camera è dotata di tutti i comfort: letto comodissimo, ambienti puliti e ben organizzati, tutto pensato per garantire un soggiorno piacevole e senza pensieri. Un appartamento accogliente, confortevole e ideale per chi cerca relax e comodità. Ci tornerei sicuramente! La salita per arrivarci. Un vero e proprio incubo.

- Uwe (2/5): Braucht man nicht, Patong ist voll und wird von Osteuropäischen und Arabischen Leuten dominiert. - Sehr freundliches Personal beim Frühstück. Parkplatz vor Ort. Sehr laute Umgebung, Roller Vermietung nur gegen Abgabe des Reisepasses obwohl man Gast ist und alle Daten vorliegen. Gäste die auf den Balkonen kiffen so das es überall nach Cannabis riecht, ist nicht erlaubt, wird aber geduldet. Pool dreckig, Liegen sehr alt, in der Lobby liegt die Dreckwäsche. Nach 2 Nächten abgereist.

- MYFTARAJ (8/5): - Μου άρεσε η τοποθεσία γιατί ήταν ήσυχα, παρόλο που βρισκόταν κοντά στην αγορά. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό, εκτός από έναν κύριο, που δεν κατάλαβα πότε ποια ήταν ακριβώς η δουλειά του. Μας έκανε παρατήρηση με έντονο τρόπο ότι δεν μπορούμε να χρησιμοποιούμε την δεύτερη πισίνα του καταλύματος γιατί ανήκει σε άλλο ξενοδοχείο. Του εξήγησα ότι στην κράτηση μου γράφει ότι διαθέτει 2 πισίνες, όπως μας ενημέρωσε και η ρεσεψιόν. Τα στρώματα ήταν άβολα, η ανηφόρα για να πας στο ξενοδοχείο είναι ζόρικη γιατί έχει μεγάλη κλήση. Εγώ προσωπικά το έβλεπα σαν γυμναστική, αλλά κάποιος που έχει προβλήματα υγείας θα δυσκολευτεί.

- Onur (8/5): - Büyük bir kompleks restoran ve havuzlara erişim var.Klimalar her odada inanılmaz soğutuyor. Çevrede çamaşır yıkama yeri ve 7/24 açık market bulunuyor. Sr sea view apertments için oda fiyatları biraz daha düşük olabilir. Otele çıkarken bir rampa var inanılmaz yorucu,motorbisiklet ile iniş ve çıkışlarda dikkat etmelisiniz.
- Shishko (9/5): - Удобное расположение: ночной рынок в шаговой доступности, до пляжа Карон 10-15 минут на байке, до пляжа Патонге 1,5 км, ходили пешком обычно через ночной рынок). Крутой подъем в гору по дороге к отелю метров 100 только плюс для нас. Так как мы активные, пешком ходили в том числе до Джангцейлона, Бангла Роуд и по городу. Очень тихо, можно расслабиться у бассейна, ночью никто не мешал. Уборка номера по требованию, действительно вид на море и зелень, балкон, удобная кровать, хороший вай-фай. Заселили ночью, так как прилетели около часа, с доплатой, но адекватно. Выселение до 12.00, но разрешают пользоваться бассейном и другой общей инфраструктурой (вылетали тоже ночью, поэтому было приятно провести день у бассейна, а не бродить по городу по жаре). На территории чисто, персонал аккуратный, спокойный, практически не пересекались. Если брать байк - отличный вариант по соотношению цена/качество. Бассейн и лежаки староваты. Les murs sont dégueulasses tout noir la piscine sale et en plus le gardien est de nuit il est désagréable il a eu beaucoup de chance que je me suis pas énervé Les chambres il n’y a pas de meubles tout est vide, on se croirait dans une cellule garde à vue

Although the first room we were given had a non-functional AC, the staff quickly responded to our request and upgraded us to a two-room apartment with a dining area and kitchen, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel pool was stunning and offered a scenic view, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety. The only downside is the hotel's location on a steep slope, which can be challenging for elderly guests or those with knee problems. However, this isn't much of an issue if you have a vehicle.
- Grant (8/5): I would stay here again, for the price. - The property was super clean and very big. There was also great air conditioning units in each room as well. Great value for money. There is a massive hill to get up to the property so when you are walking, it’s super uncomfortable and painful. Also, the shower head was not good, so the shower itself was hard to use if you were taller. However, I think all of Thailand, except for the most premium hotels would be any different.

- Fank (1/5): Bad - The worst hotel I ever stayed in and I worked in hotels for 30 years The hotel was up a mountain it was not very clan and the TV wasn't working air-condition needed same attention I asked to check out but refused a refund then I offered to stay one week and got again refused a refund the rooms vered very clean I suffer from high blood pressure and suffered very mutch I completed to your customer service department but was not very impressed with the service I really think never ever to book whit you again the worst hotel I ever stayed in sea view what sea view if you have line I can send you photos or send me a link to my email it ruined my trip

It features a nice pool, friendly staff, and spacious kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. It is within walking distance to Patong Beach (approximately 25-30 minutes if you are fit). However, the return journey requires some stamina as it involves climbing a steep uphill. Overall, renting a motorbike is a great option, making it ideal for singles or couples on holiday. Additionally, the property offers access to a serene pool in another facility owned by the same owner Room service was very inconsistent—I had to tip 100 baht daily just to have my room cleaned. However, I was quite surprised by the poor quality of the towels provided at times—completely torn and extremely thin, not even suitable for floor cleaning. If you don’t follow up on housekeeping, no one will come to clean your room. Regarding the location, some taxi motorbikes and tuk-tuks charge extra fees to take you uphill. Additionally, certain excursion transportation services require guests to meet them downhill, as their vehicles cannot make the climb.
- Chang (1/5): Not so good place to stay. Worst place ever!! - Falsely advertised sad apartment. Rundown all the way. One of Bedrooms doesn’t even have a door nor AC. Staff knows it but neglected to fix. Dirty bathroom and this place is not inviting at all. Regret not reading the review and the negative reviews are all true. Do not book here, you do, you will regret. I rather pay more to other decent place. Nothing to like this place except a decent location

- Lucas (10/5): Magnificent views and peaceful. - I stayed for over a month and it was so peaceful with a beautiful view. Wifi for work was excellent and use of pool in the main resort was a blessing. The hill was no problem for me and in no time ur in the thick of Patong but when U go up the little steep hill you're transported to a peaceful piece of earthly heaven, There is a small patch of jungle in the front - vacant land that is also so rare in this location and then the sweeping panoramic view. The housekeeping girls were wonderful happy little sparks who did a great job, and it was super affordable, yes the room is retro & basic but the view, great air-conditioning, decent size, big sliding doors fresh and painted white with white floor tiles, great wifi and unforgettable views , ticked all the boxes for me- I was so happy here and I'm usually not easily pleased. So very grateful I booked, originally I was only going to stay a week 'while I found something better' but for me I felt I found something very special and relaxing so I stayed for 5 weeks!!! So grateful. Thank you ! I really didn't mind but the bed is definitely of the hard variety.
- Paul (1/5): Worst hotel stay in Thailand - I've stayed here before. The location is good When it rains the room floods . Not just a. Little bit but cascades through the walls . Obviously I stayed in rainy season and wasn't aware of the health issues that would ensue. I raised my concern and asked for a room change on day one to be told an engineer would deal with the issue. Four days later and a second complaint nothing was done . The cleaners were fantastic and would build me flood defences but the room was constantly damp and ruined my electrical items and made my clothes constantly stink. It is not habitable. When I raised this STILL nothing was done and I was being stonewalled. Eventually I gave up and left the hotel on day eight and got a hotel where the room was watertight . The reception staff are rude and dismissive . I will never stay there again and will recommend nobody else does until they sort out their issues . I have raised this with booking.com who are also being stonewalled by the hotel. I think booking com should remove them from their site . Also at the same time they decided to do major drainage works in the street and not inform anybody of these works . Maybe the hotel would like to make a comment here .... I won't hold my breath. I am going to get in touch with my credit card company and see if they can get my money back. This hotel needs some proper management and be accountable for their short comings
- Katy (5/5): Nice space however the internet and hill are the let downs - warm shower, good amount of space, great black out curtains. the internet wasn't useable, this was a big let down for us considering what we paid. It couldn't even load a web page and when we mentioned this it was shrugged off. We had to go and purchase two expensive data packages. The hill is like a small mountain and bikes sometimes don't make it up. This isn't necessarily the accommodations fault however it is off putting.
