• Lutz (8/5): Top Strandlage zu sehr günstigen Preisen - Schöne kleine Bucht mit Sandstrand und vielen Angeboten. Die Unterkunft ist schlicht, aber im Restaurant und am Strand sitzt man gut. Wir hatten einen sehr fairen Preis und haben die Buchung nicht bereut. Wer für den Preis ein Luxushotel erwartet, hat ein grundsätzliches Problem.

• Martine (9/5): Un endroit où l’on retourne sans hésiter ! - La gentillesse de l’équipe, le superbe emplacement, la qualité de la restauration, les transats à disposition sur la plage, l’ombre des filaos, la proximité de petits restos et des fameux 7/Eleven m, le calme … Le bungalow a besoin d’un sérieux rafraîchissement voire d’une restauration ! Tout est « cassé » ( porte serviette par ex.), le lavabo (réparé avec du Rubson bleu) , plus de dérouleur de papier toilette, un miroir dans lequel on ne peut plus se voir tellement il est noir et piqué. Et le service à table est une vraie catastrophe : vous vous retrouvez avec le plat commandé par une autre table et une heure après que la personne avec qui vous mangez a déjà fini son assiette ! Mais tout cela est très bien vécu malgré tout et très largement compensé par la sérénité qu’il y règne. Mais tout cela risque d’aller à la perte de cet établissement si le patron ne réagit pas !

• Andrey (7/5): Если брать самый дешёвый вариант, то только переночевать - Я брал самый дешёвый вариант, чтобы просто переночевать, поэтому вариант примерно соответствовал тому, что я ожидал. Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый. Хороший ресторан на территории с выходом на пляж, даже когда переехал в другой отель продолжал ходить к ним есть. Старый матрас на кровати, прям пружины чувствуются. Слабенький кондиционер. Душ прям рядом унитазом и без перегородок.

• Cressida (10/5): Great location, lovely staff, friendly and clean place! Recommended! - Great location! It’s literally on the beach front. The rooms are clean, fresh water delivered to your room daily and your sheets and towels replaced and room cleaned every second day. The staff are really friendly and helpful and it’s got a lovely relaxed vibe. Perfect if you’re looking for a value-for-money stay! One of the bars right next door on the beach has some parties (presumably on a Friday night) and the bass made it impossible to sleep one night. It was only one night though and that’s probably more about me being too old to party! 😎

• Malcolm (8/5): Staff very helpful, especially the owner’s daughter who was very knowledgeable and helpful - It was 25 footsteps to the beach, you had to walk through the restaurant area The access road to the hotel was full of potholes, gravel and lumps and bumps, quite dangerous when driving scooters.

• NINA (7/5): - Great location, and the staff is available always when you need them. The facilities, especially the rooms and bedrooms. We had two bungalows and one bedroom upstairs. All three were antiquated and need to be refurbished badly.

The plug sockets didn’t work well and often sparked! No toilet paper was allowed in the toilet and even then it blocked up constantly. A dark and uninviting room.

• Joe (9/5): Excellent Value - Well located next to the beach, 5 minute walk up the road to the main Cheongmon road with a 7 Eleven, good value for money, staff all very friendly, laundry service was useful. Rooms are a little dated, coffee and water was not always stocked daily. We ate once in the restaurant and found the wait times to be quite long and the food to be average. However overall we were very impressed with the property and thought it was excellent value for money.

My room was above the kitchen and was loud. Also, construction on the property makes the whole experience less relaxing.

• Deep (9/5): Excellent!! Would HIGHLY recommend it!!! - The locations is PHENOMENAL! It’s right on the beach!! The restaurant is also wonderful, great food and very reasonably priced. The hospitality was AMAZING!!! The staff were so sincere and really helped make your stay wonderful. We had an early tour before the restaurant opened but they went out of their way to pack a breakfast for us. They also helped with organizing transport to our next island.

• Kim (7/5): A unique and peaceful experience I thoroughly enjoyed. - Breakfast was not included, but I had breakfasts at a luxury resort few doors away also overlooking Cheong Mun ocean that offered all you can eat breakfast for 300 BTH. The room I stayed in was as expected, dated but was kept clean at all time. The owner and staff were always friendly and willing to help. I even got a motor bike ride from the owner's sister-in-law to one of my outdoor activities. Thank you Sugar! There is nothing much not to like, the hotel is well located and the owner and staff are so welcoming. Not too sure about the wifi was slow connecting, so I used my data instead.

AC, shower with hot water, very good cleaning. Everyday fresh water and fresh towels, also a beach towel. The kitchen is really one of the best on the island. Enough sunbeds. Very fair price. It was good, but please buy some new towels, it’s not nice to get a towel with big holes in it.

• Bella (8/5): all in all it suited us because its cheap and close to the beach. - a step away from the beach the beach is facing a stony part if the swimming area so you have to really be careful not to get cuts on your feet by going around the sandy part. it is also bery close to the bar and if you don’t like noise and sound coming from the bar you have to ask them to lower the sound. The food is expensive so we had to go out to the main road to eat cheap. It is also far away from the main pier back to the mainland so be ready to hire songteaw which will be costly if you don’t know the real price. we opt to rent a bike because it is very far from the Central Samui

• Holly (7/5): Good - The location of this property is amazing for the price. Essentially you are staying right on the beach, which is beautiful. There is a shop close by. There are also lots of lovely restaurants and bars right on the beach front. The room is a budget room, but it was nice for the price we paid. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Budget room so you get what you pay for here - slightly dated room but still a lovely property with great staff so would definitely stay here again.
