Thanks I booked for my family, but due to personal issues, I ended up visiting alone. I tried to reconsider my booking for the same room, but the staff did not help, and there was no option on booking.com to reduce the occupancy and price for single occupancy with the same room. My booking is with half board for my family, but it has not been reduced for single occupancy. I request that Booking.com provide a facility to contact customer care or the hotel staff for assistance with this type of matter. Also, there are very few food options with the half board. Thanks

• Anish (7/5): Excellent value, but not quite 4 star - Staff were excellent, food was tasty and reasonably priced. Property isn't truly 4 star. It is probably 3 star now due to age / limited maintenance. The bathroom was very dated and cleanliness not at 4 star standard.

They even prepack the breakfast for us when I requested due to travelling. Hotel location is nearer to airport. They do have luggage storage and airport transfers with a min charge. Hotel is recommended 👌

• Hojoh (7/5): Good - It was very good I stayed in room no 608 . Around 8-9 pm there was terrible furniture moving noise from the upper room which disturbed me and I couldn't get a proper sleep . After a long flight and paying a decent amount for the room i expect a little peace and silence . Other than that everything was good . But please take notice that your customers aren't disturbed with annoying furniture arrangements whatever reason you have for it

The hotel’s proximity to the airport was perfect for our travel plans, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering everything we needed for a short stay. The staff were polite and efficient, and check-in/check-out was smooth. It was a quiet and restful night for both of us before our next flight. We’d definitely recommend this hotel for couples or anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near Cochin International Airport Nothing stood out as a negative. Our stay was comfortable and exactly what we needed

• Kpm-guru (6/5): Pleasant - Basic Stay at Diana Luxury Hotel My stay at Diana Luxury Hotel was just okay. It’s a basic hotel with nothing too extraordinary, but it was decent for a short stay. The breakfast offered was good and definitely a highlight of the experience. Overall, it’s an alright option if you’re looking for something simple.
• Nitheesh (5/5): Passable - Location and the door boy.. The setup of room.. No amenities.. No hair blower... No refill. Non privacy... Ppl walking thru the lobby can be heard.. And the room boy pushing his trolley can be heard super loud and what u speak inside the room is public. Not sound proof. Expensive but not worth.

• _orlando_arnold (2/5): Avoid. - This is supposed to be a four star hotel, but that’s at least two stars too many. Dirty rooms, poor quality food and too far away from Cochin. On the positive side, the staff on reception were helpful and tried to make things better, but the issues appear endemic within the hotel and there wasn’t much they could do.

• Cherian (5/5): Just okay. - Its location. No proper customer service. Very late to attend to the requests of customers. Everything else other than the room comes with extra charges. Room was just okay, not very clean or not that bad. Washroom was not clean.
