- Dimitrina (10/5): Fabulous - This hotel was incredible and one of our favourite stays. The space was insanely spacious and we had everything we could ever need including an oven. Air-con and fan was a dream and shower was amazing. The on site restaurant was so good we ate there twice. The location is good and wifi was great. The pool was amazing. We had a car and we’re lucky to have a parking space but parking is a bit limited.

- morganemnt (10/5): Parfait pour le prix ! - L'emplacement proche de tout. La piscine est top. Le jacuzzi dans certaines chambres était super, même si les jets ne fonctionnaient pas. Le petit parking à disposition devant. L'odeur d'humidité partout dans la chambre.. c'est insupportable. Et rajouter un sèche cheveux.

- Clara (8/5): Très bien - Végétation dans la cour de l’hôtel, personnel agréable à l’accueil, piscine et transat, chambre de bonne taille avec petit balcon. Comme on est arrivé tôt notre chambre n’était pas prête donc on nous en a donné une autre et tant mieux car la chambre au départ était côté route et je pense que cela aurait été très bruyant car beaucoup de passage sur la route, au final notre chambre était éloigné de la route donc plutôt calme. Nous n’avons pas essayé le petit déjeuner de l’hôtel (en supplément). Place de stationnement devant l’hôtel Musique à côté de l’hôtel le soir mais qui n’a pas duré toute la nuit donc ne nous a pas trop dérangé pour dormir
- glenndenniston (10/5): Great room, excellent food on site very helpful staff. - Our room was massive - we did get a free upgrade. The facilities were great in the room, there was a nice pool. The big pleasant surprise was the quality of the food in the on-site restaurant don't over look this option. Location was close to the main street which had some touristy shops and restaurants. Off street parking was easy to access at the front of the property. Definitely happy to stay here again. No issues with this hotel.

Thr photos can't do it justice. - pool was nice but could use a touch up.where there is noticeable discoloration / staining. - the patio door key 🔑 easily gets stuck and is difficult to remove when locking it. - the kitchen/ lv room could have better lighting like under lights below the shelves. - the reception staff could be more fluent in English for guests who do not speak Spanish. Very minor improvements. We loved it! Great setup for the cost! We will be back again! Satisfied guests!

- Adrian (9/5): The hotel was great, but check about transfers - The location worked well for us, and we liked the leafy courtyard feel, with a nice swimming pool. The staff were excellent, and very helpful trying to assist me retrieving a bag that KLM had left in Amsterdam sluggishly getting it to Cancun. Easy walk to a couple of excellent restaurants, and a choice of locals' or tourist breakfast cafes. Arrangements for the transfer from Cancun Airport were poor - we'd passed on information about enforced flight changes, but it took a long time to be picked up. It wasn't clear who we were paying, and the minibus was extremely uncomfortable - not worth the 2500MXN it cost.

- Felix (10/5): - Zimmer mit 2 Terrasse und eigenem Pool, ruhige Gegend trotzdem schnell im Zentrum, 7/11 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt Wir sind gegen 22 Uhr angereist und es hieß, dass ein Security Mensch und den Schlüssel geben würde, vor Ort haben wir dann aber 30 Minuten auf ihn warten müssen, was nach einer 16 Stunden Reise nicht sonderlich angenehm ist

Les petits dej du restaurant sont en supplément mais très goûteux et à prix correct. Super literie. On a vraiment aimé cet hôtel. Le bruit ! La route, les chiens qui aboient sans cesse... les boules quies sont INDISPENSABLES. L'eau de la douche était à peine tiède.

The location was great, easy to get to the Main Street for catching Collectivos and finding restaurants It is next to a loud road so sometimes you’re woken up but the air con acted as white noise so wasn’t too bad.

- Hannah (8/5): Good location and value for money. - Now rooms and pool. You had no view from balcony because of tall plants, and balcony chairs were uncomfortable so need cushions. There was quite a lot of traffic noise.
- Janik Marius (9/5): Super Lage um Tulum zu entdecken - Die Lage war super, Anlage war sehr sauber und das Personal war super freundlich. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit privatem Whirlpool auf der Veranda. Der war super, allerdings war der Ausblick in Richtung einer derart vermüllten Straße, sodass es etwas uncool war. Morgens trafen sich dort in der Straße Obdachlose…schlussendlich haben wir den Whirlpool daher nur einmal genutzt.

La chambre et le bon lit bien ferme, le resto (japonais !!!) dans le jardin de l’hôtel, on n’a pas testé la piscine mais ça avait l’air correct et surtout l’accueil à la réception. Bref, la relative tranquillité des lieux dans la ville bruyante et festive de Tulum est un très bon choix.

- Karen (9/5): Beautiful, comfortable, relaxing stay - The room was huge! It had a lovely patio with beautiful chairs overlooking the courtyard. It had toiletries. We ate breakfast at the restaurant that is a part of Xscape Tulum, and several dinners. All were very tasty! The staff were amazing - very helpful and solicitous of our enjoyment of the hotel and the area. Well done, we would definitley stay there again. The ONLY thing that could have been better is not the fault of Xscape Tulum. The GPS consistently took us to a spot a block away, around a corner. Not sure why? We had to ask a number of people on the street/in a restaurant where it was. We were glad to find it, but it was frustrating after a long day, to have problems finding it. Definitely worth the effort, though!

- Jenna-Sian (10/5): 10/10 - best hotel in Tulum! - We had the most glorious stay in this hotel. Cannot fault a thing. Ignore any reviews with any negative rating - they definitely are being fussy. Everything was 10/10 , perfect location, room was huge (we had a downstairs room with the outside bath), staff were helpful and we felt very welcomed.
- Kimberly (10/5): - The grounds are very clean and and atmosphere was soothing. They had a great sushi restaurant and a bar on the grounds. The rooms were simple but clean and accommodating. The staff was great including the restaurant and bar staff I would definitely stay again great place especially for the money.

- Cordula (9/5): Ich kann das Hotel empfehlen und würde wieder kommen. - Gute Lage, ich konnte zur ADO Busstation und Geschäften laufen, hübsches, sauberes Zimmer mit Kühlschrank, freundliches Personal und schönem Garten mit Pool. Das Essen im Restaurant war auch lecker.
- Emily (8/5): Great location, calm and comfortable stay - Beautiful, peaceful and calm with a fantastic restaurant and pool area. Loved the friendly cats. I liked having the kitchenette in the studio. It had everything I needed for a 5 day stay. Have to cross a busy road to get to sidewalk, but otherwise pretty good location close to town and nearby restaurants.

- Valerie (8/5): - Bonne localisation, on a dû changer de chambre et le personnel a été très gentil et compréhensif. La chambre est spacieuse, le ménage laisse a désirer par contre. Endroit tranquille et très jolie. Matelas et oreillers pas trop confortable à mon goût. Donc on a eu du mal à dormir.
- Jo-Anne (6/5): Nice for budget travel - The grounds and onsite restaurant were lovely. There was a lot of traffic noise from the street. It is located on a side street with no sidewalks.

- Sandro (10/5): Ubicación celestial - El apartamento es realmente espacioso y está decorado con gusto. La terraza panorámica con jacuzzi es preciosa. El personal fue impecable, muy atento y se preocupó por hacer de esta estancia una experiencia inolvidable. La atención de recepción fue excelente, al igual que el servicio del personal del restaurante, siempre sonriente y atento. La ubicación era excelente, un entorno maravilloso rodeado de vegetación y con una hermosa piscina central. La selección y presentación de los platos en el restaurante, impecablemente cuidado, fueron excelentes. Gracias a todos; recordaré esta estancia como una de las más agradables de mi vida. Todo era perfecto

- Louise M K (8/5): Perfect stay for your holiday in Tulum - I have stayed at this hotel approx 6 times over the years and will positively return again . I like the proximity to the ADO Bus, walkable to the center and easy to cycle to the beach . It’s cosy and the rooms are big with terrace / balcony & kitchenette. There are organic toiletries, lots of towels and hot water ( which isn’t always a norm in Mexico). The garden has grown a bit out of proportion but it’s very nice by the pool. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. It’s like a home from home. Previously there was an Italian restaurant on site , now it’s a sushi restaurant in the evening and Mexican in the morning. A short walk behind the hotel there are plenty of restaurants & art walk in the jungle . On the upper floor there was a noise from the pump, as I am a light sleeper I complained and was immediately changed to a room on the ground floor where I slept very good. No issues .
- Adel (7/5): Central location, beautiful place, noisy but recommended - Lovely penthouse apartment in amazing location. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Close to La valeta and tulum centre so perfect really Super thin walls and super noisy road. The penthouse (number 3) had a weird pump that kept us awake all night but we got earplugs and the stay was perfect after that. For the price we paid it was still definately worth it

- David (4/5): Decepcionante para el precio. - La ubicación. El ruido que se escuchaba por la noche. Las ventanas no cerraban bien y no podíamos descansar. El personal de limpieza dejaban continuamente sus enseres, y platos, vasos, ceniceros sucios en el camino a nuestra habitación y era muy desagradable.
