• lars (5/5): - Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen . Von der Einrichtung auch sehr schön soweit eigentlich. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer kann man fast gar nicht regeln . Mir wurde gesagt am nächsten Morgen . Die niedrigste Temperatur sind so 22/23 grad . Zum schlafen ist uns das zumindest zu warm . Im Badezimmer war der Wasserhahn undicht . Und die Toiletten Spülung hat sehr laute Geräusche gemacht . Was sehr doof war . Wenn an der selben Wand dahinter das Bett steht . Das frühstück hat soweit geschmeckt. Nur für den Preis hätte ich irgendwie mehr erwartet. Aber über das Personal kann man nichts sagen . Die waren sehr freundlich

Ab Mittwoch waren dann viel mehr Gäste vor Ort..das Personal gab sich Mühe alles einwandfrei zu gestalten. Jedoch mit 3 Perosnen war es fast nicht mögöich das Frühstücksbuffet immer aufgefühllt zu erhalten. Das Personal gab sich grossr Mühe. Auch am Empfang wurden wir nett empfangen und sehr gut informiert oder auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Dir Lage des Hotels war super..auf der anderen Seite die U-Bahnstation. Perfekt. Wir kommen sicher nochmals War alles gut.

If you are traveling without a child/baby, it is comfortable and value for money. - The location of the hotel was good, the subway is just across the street and many attractions are in walking distance. The breakfast was also good with several options. Staff were very friendly in general and helpful in many ways. The rooms are covered with carpet and no matter how hard it is cleaned, I believe the dust could not be cleaned. If you have allergies, it is unfortunately not a good choice. Also, rooms don’t have electric kettles and we couldn’t prepare a proper baby formula in the room.

• Bettina (7/5): - Personal war sehr freundlich. Das gehobene Zimmer was ich extra gebucht habe, konnte man nicht warm bekommen. Weiterhin war die Dusche ständig abwechseln kalt, warm und heiß im 10 Sekunden Takt. Nach meiner Reklamation hat man sich entschuldigt, sonst ist leider nichts passiert.
• maba0001 (7/5): OK - Insgesamt ein Standard-Business-Hotel. Normales Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Unser Zimmer war schon leicht abgewohnt (man sieht an den Wandpanelen der Betten, dass da schon viele Gäste ihren Kopf angelehnt haben). Das Frühstück hat eine gute aber nicht überragende Auswahl. Der Ablauf und der Service während des Frühstücks zu Stoßzeiten sind chaotisch. Man spürt deutlich, dass im Service keine einzige professionelle Servicekraft arbeitet. Kommunikation mit den Service-Mitarbeitern funktioniert zum Teil nur auf Englisch. Dafür 22 € pro Person zu verlangen ist heftig.

Petit déjeuner avec des œufs faits à la minute sur commande et servis à table en plus d un buffet classique. Les espaces communs sont beaucoup trop petits pouvant créer des embouteillages au petit déjeuner et au bar le soir .. Dommage.

• Sabine (9/5): Sehr gutes Hotel mit tollem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis in Toplage mit kleinem Abzug beim Frühstück - Das Hotel war von der Lage her super und auch das Zimmer war sehr großzügig und geräumig. Auch der Fitnessbereich hat mir sehr gefallen. Am Empfang wurde ich sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Leider war es beim Frühstück etwas chaotisch und der Kaffee war nicht gut, was für mich als Kaffeeliebhaberin eine kleine Katastrophe am Morgen war. Auch das Personal, das Bestellungen wie Eierspeisen aufgenommen hat, war nicht sehr freundlich und es dauerte auch sehr lang, bis die Eier dann auch kamen. Wenn man geschäftlich da ist und Termine hat, dauert es insgesamt zu lang.

Loved our room, it was spacious, had a very comfortable bed and had a great makeup mirror. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was good. Made to order eggs, and loved that I could get a coffee with oat milk. Pillows were flat and no other options available. No smart TV, so no options except German TV which we couldn't understand. Breakfast buffet top ups were very slow to be topped up.

• Taťána (9/5): Perfect for a cozy stay in Berlin - We highly appreciated the hotel services, especially the possibility to store our luggage prior to check-in and the amazing breakfast. The hotel room was cozy with very comfy beds and external blinds. It was also very convenient to get to the hotel, as it is very close to the U-bahn station (perfect when arriving from/to Central bus station, or traveling across the city center). Everything was perfect except for one small drawback, as it was a bit tricky to have a shower with constant water temperature. Probably due to low pressure in the system, the cold and hot water were not mixing properly, so the showering was more like a cycle of cold, nicely warm, and hot water, quite independently of what you setup.

• Anne (8/5): Zeer prettig verblijf! - Het kan liggen aan het type kamer en/of dat we op de 7de verdieping zaten, maar we hebben tijdens ons verblijf geen enkele hotelgeluiden gehoord. Geen dichtgaande deuren, of anderszins! Zo prettig! Kan niet echt zo iets bedenken. Of misschien een klein dingetje. Bij aankomst werd ons verteld dat ontbijt tot 11:30 duurt. Is ook zo, maar alleen in het weekend. We hebben hierdoor het ontbijt op vrijdagochtend gemist, want doordeweeks is het tot 10:30. En als je na een lange reis de dag ervoor pas rond10:00 wakker wordt ;-) , dan ga je dat niet meer halen. Maar goed, zoals gezegd, klein dingetje! En er zit een bakker tegenover het hotel, dus later wel kunnen ontbijten.

• Sarah (9/5): Una grata sorpresa con un personal inmejorable - La verdad es que nos gustó muchísimo todo: -El personal: absolutamente todo el mundo es súper amable, respetuoso y realmente bueno en lo que hace. Las recomendaciones de restaurantes para cenar que nos dieron fueron top. -La ubicación: está cerca de todo, el metro está justo delante y caminando se llega súper rápido al centro. Aún así, es un hotel muy tranquilo y cómodo. -La habitación: nos subieron de categoría sin pagar más y era muy amplia, con un baño de buen tamaño y todo tipo de comodidades. Estuvimos muy a gusto los 4 días y nos trataron increíble, aunque es cierto que si cambiaran los cojines de la cama, entonces ya sería increíble, porque eran muy muy finitos y no eran lo más cómodo del mundo para dormir.

• Yvonne (9/5): Jederzeit wieder - Sehr schön war es das wir trotz Frühanreise schon ein Zimmer beziehen konnten und auch ein Upgrade bekommen haben mit fantastischem Ausblick ins Grüne. Zimmer sehr schön groß und auch das Badezimmer geräumig mit viel Ablagemöglichkeiten. Ein Ganzkörperspiegel war auch vorhanden. Sehr bequeme Betten. Gut war auch das man die großen Fenster öffnen konnte. Auf Grund dessen das zwei Anliegen leider nicht behoben werden konnten hatten wir ein sehr nettes Schreiben auf dem Zimmer mit Gutscheinen für die Bar die wir auch dankend eingelöst hatten. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, zwar jeden Tag das gleiche aber die Qualität war sehr gut. Das mit der Zimmerreinigung mit dem Schild und dem Schalter fanden wir ne sehr gute Lösung. Die Lage ist einfach mehr als genial und auch das Taxi rufen vom Hotel aus hat super geklappt. Rundum ein guter Aufenthalt und würden dieses Hotel wieder nehmen. Personal im Frühstücksbereich sehr langsam und nicht sehr Gäste orientiert. Bestellungen wurden irgendwann mal aufgenommen, kamen dann entweder gar nicht oder falsch. Tische wurden nur langsam weggeräumt. Leider wurde eine Stunde vor Ende der Frühstückszeit nichts mehr aufgefüllt. Unsere Toilettenspülung ging leider nicht gut, was wir auch gleich mitgeteilt hatten aber diese konnte in vier Tagen nicht behoben werden leider. Auch ein zusätzliches Kissen war leider nicht machbar. Die Sauberkeit was den Staub im Zimmer anbelangt war leider katastrophal. Wir haben das in den Atemwegen sehr stark gemerkt und auch Kleidung die nicht im Schrank lag war nach paar Stunden voller Staub. Die Duschabtrennung war leider etwas zu kurz so dass man echt aufpassen musste beim duschen das man nicht das ganze Bad flutet. Was auch sehr schade war wenn man zu zweit ein Zimmer bucht, eine Minibar mit Füllung vorhanden ist das es dann nur ein Glas gibt.

• Edgina (7/5): Great location, clean room but climate control doesn’t work properly. - Great location and the staffs are really accommodating! The airco/heater is not working properly. We were there when it was warm outside, the room didn’t go lower than 24 degrees. They are using climate control and it gets hot at night. Shower pressure could be better and hot water temperature changes constantly.

• Monica (8/5): Visita a Berlino - In buona posizione , ha una fermata della metropolitana proprio di fronte, permette di visitare tutto facilmente . Alla reception molti dipendenti sono italiani quindi è facile comunicare. Peccato per la moquette in camera ( avevo chiesto con molto anticipo di avere una delle 4 camere con pavimento in legno) ma non è stato possibile. In compenso però la camera era molto spaziosa, bagno grande con doppio lavandino e grande doccia separata. Presente anche un paio di divanetti, un tavolino e una scrivania. Colazione non molto varia con pochissime cose dolci. Possibile comunque farsi fare omelette, uova strapazzate etc. Basta non aver troppa fretta.
